There are 2 full bathrooms and convenient first-floor access, it's perfect for family trips. Two parking lots will ensure a hassle-free stay. Ideal for multigenerational trips, our family-friendly haven welcomes elders and children. Reconnect with loved ones in our welcoming space for a truly special stay.

@ The space:

Our thoughtfully designed space caters to a variety of guests, including traveling nurses, families, tourists, government workers, single individuals, and long-distance workers. We strive to create a welcoming "home away from home" experience for every guest.

Indulge in the convenience of our house amenities, complimentary 2 slots of parking at front and Wi-Fi access at no charge. There is no where you can find the similar house in downtown of Boston. You'll have exclusive access to the entire first floor of the house, where central air condition/ center heat system strategically placed air vents ensure optimal comfort in every room.

Please note that our apartment is part of a multifamily property, and your unit is located on the first floor.

@Access instruction:
- Two parking lots on premise are reserved for the guests
- Basement level that has a dryer and washer with coin. There is an instruction how to use the washer and dryer there, please kindly take a moment to read.
- Keypad is equipped on the building entrance and the unit entrance.

- ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR EVENTS OR SOCIAL GATHERINGS...VIOLATIONS WILL WARRANT IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION WITH NO REFUND AND SECURITY DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED.
**NO Parties or Events**, including bachelor or bachelorette groups. Quiet time after 10:00pm. Please be respectful to the neighborhood, no loud talking is allowed on decks after 10:00 PM. Please note, if you are loud after quiet hours or caught having unannounced guests over, your reservation may be terminated immediately at my discretion and you will not be refunded.

**Guests agree to book under the understanding that the hosts are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occur while on the premises, and that the hosts are not responsible for the loss of guests' personal belongings or valuables and that, by accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm to themselves arising from their use of the premises or to others whom they invite to use the premise.

-Any visit from the local police department will result in immediate eviction without refund.

There are security cameras OUTSIDE ONLY around the house for safety reason (entrance, parking, back yard if yes)
