The location was perfect to get to local ski resorts, with everything we needed, and it's right near the freeway and local shopping/restaurants! The host was extremely helpful and quick to respond, and I would absolutely consider renting from her again!

I stayed here with a family of 6 on a ski vacation. We wanted a place close to several ski locations so we could go to a couple different mountains. This place was perfect. Good communication from owner, central location, property was clean and as advertised. Would definitely recommend.

The basement layout was quite amazing honestly. Very big and plenty of room. All the rooms funnel into an open dining/open living room concept. Was nice and cozy and had plenty of showers. Everyday after skiing we cooked dinner in their beautiful kitchen and then watched movies until we passed out around the fireplace. Little awkward to share the hotub, but we made friends along the way. Also the communication with the host was excellent! I accidentally locked the door behind me with the keys inside and the host was quick to resolve the issue.

Stayed for 2 nights with 6 family and friends in March. The place was beautiful and had more amenities than we needed. Hot tub was wonderful after a day of skiing! The family room was spacious and the 3 bedrooms were great! We would definitely stay again!!! Thanks Molly

We thought we were booking a house. We had the lower level of the house. There was no mention on the house description, that it was the lower level we were renting. Information on site was misleading. To get into the house, we had to walk around the garage on snow/ice to access the entrance. Very difficult carrying items from car to house. We did not know ahead of time the owner would be there while we were there. We could hear them walking around, very loud, sounded like they were walking in their ski boots. We also had to coordinate parking with the owner during our stay due to limited parking. I do not recommend this rental if you are there in the winter and the owner is upstairs or another renter. Not enough privacy. No instructions on hot tub, where to put garbage. Very disappointed with our stay.

Great setup with the rooms and bathrooms. Great communication. It is the downstairs of the house in the first pic and not the whole home. I assumed it was whole home but no issues at all. No one was home and was not disturbed would book again for sure.

The trails and lake were lovely, and the wildlife amazing! We saw 2 moose! Great space, the little kids and all the adults had a fantastic time. The location is perfect. Thanks for a wonderful (If brief) summer getaway!

The home was great and very relaxing!. The owner warned us that the hot water was going to be out, but we managed well without it. We didn't realize that this property was on the lower section of the main house ( I didn't read the description as well as I should have) , but it was still great and we enjoyed being able to use the main deck and the great hot tub! Thanks for a wonderful weekend!

Overall this was a great property: clean, fully stocked, and close to everything. It is the lower level of the home but has a lot of natural light. The entry is located on the back side of the house and the entryway is a little tight as you enter into a tiny foyre/drop zone and take the long flight of stairs to the living area where you can then spread out. The hot tub was wonderful. The kids loved playing outback in the deep snow. There were shovels and sleds for them to use. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect place for our family, we had 7 adults ! Convenient to skiing and town of Frisco. Best equipped kitchen for a rental. Molly responded to any question I had right away. Would definitely recommend !

The space worked well for a week long ski vacation for a group of 7 friends. Fantastic location--extremely easy access to Frisco restaurants/grocery stores and nearby ski resorts. Molly provided lots of information and was very responsive to questions. The space is primarily in the basement, and the upper level of the home was occupied for part of our stay, but neither of these things really caused us any issues. The large, well-stocked kitchen is definitely the highlight of the space. Wish there was more space to store ski/snowboard gear, though. Overall, we had a great stay.

This VRBO was a great experience for me and my friends. The location is perfect as it’s only a few minute drive to Main Street in Frisco and within 15 minutes to multiple ski resorts. The only concern I have is that there is no TV in the living room, but it’s not major problem. Other than that I would highly recommend.

You are in the basement! Images and description are misleading. You have to walk around a narrow uneven snow packed path to get to the back door, Carry all of your things down a lot of stairs. Path is not lit up at night. Be careful. Really nowhere set up for a ski family to store your gear inside except down the stairs in the long hallway which crowds the area. Coat hooks there would be very helpful. Boots and helmets need to warm up for skiing the next morning, skis can stay outside. Image shows TV in living room which is Not there. If you want to watch the game you have to gather in the bedroom. View from living room is of the back of neighbors house and trees, not the mountains as the listing says. If there is someone staying upstairs you hear every footstep, toilet flush, and faucet turning on due to Residential wood frame construction. Overall very nice rental, the kitchen is well equipped but the rest of the rooms are cluttered with too many decorations leaving less space for your things. Molly was very friendly and quick to respond to texts, Area is upscale and quiet. Location is fantastic.

To be clear, this is the basement of a bigger house, and the views are consistent with a basement. The decor is very strange and the master bedroom was not comfortable, it only had one egress window, making it seem pretty dark and gloomy. Overall I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it. The location is good.

This was the perfect location to get to Breckenridge, Keystone and other activities. The property was well stocked and had some of the best kitchen pans! Close to grocery stores and everything you needed. The owners were so responsive to our questions. Great stay.

The house is perfectly located. There are trails behind the house that allow miles of dog walking potential. The bike path that goes to both Breckenridge and Copper Mountain is close and easily accessed. The house was clean, well maintained and the kitchen had all of the necessary kitchen utensils. Molly was pleasant, responded to our queries quickly and very accommodating. All in all a very pleasant trip.

Our monthly stay was remarkable. Our host, Molly and Dave were only a text away from any inquiry. The property was adjacent to many miles of hiking paths so our high exercise dog was able to get her fix. The property was close to town and centrally located to everything.....including the rec/bicycle path, shopping, restaurants and all things Summit County. The property was stylishly decorated, the beds comfy, the hot tub relaxing and a big surprise was fresh raspberries which I picked daily for breakfast. We will make thus stay an annual thing!
