About this apartment rental
This fabulous apartment is set in the heart of Leith, voted the 4th coolest neighbourhood in the World (TimeOut 2021).
Leith is awash with fabulous restaurants for every taste and budget with 2 of the 3 Edinburgh Michelin Star restaurants a 10 min walk away.
The apartment is perfectly located for all main tourist attractions with The Royal Yacht and Princes St a 20 min walk away, with the Old Town just beyond.
This neighbourhood has a cool cafe culture vibe and is a must visit!
The apartment has been fully renovated in 2022 so everything is brand new (with the exception of some lovely antiques). All the beds have new mattresses to give you a great night's sleep. Including the 2 pull out single beds that are available for parties of more than 6.
Living/Dining/Kitchen
This is a massive space over 11mt x 5mt and is fully equipped with everything you need.
It is lit by some quirky antique lights which are complimented by some modern recess soft lighting.
The kitchen has everything you need should you want to eat in (although there are so many amazing places to eat in the area you may not need this!).
Master Bedroom
This huge room has a super king bed you can get lost in and also a spare pull-out single bed to make this a family room. It is decorated with lush velvets and sumptuous furnishing to help you really enjoy this special space.
Twin Bedroom
This cosy room has 2 single beds and a further spare pull-out single for families. It has some fabulous art work and up-cycled antique furniture.
King Bedroom
The rich red walls give this room a very Royal feel especially with the two fabulous seats. The giant chandelier also makes this room feel super luxury.
Bathroom
Fitted with a luxury claw foot bath and decorated with Italian prints and antique candelabra to ensure you have an indulgent soak in the deep tub.
Shower Room
The rain shower in this space has great water pressure to ensure you have a great start (or end) to your day.
Toilet
Sperate to the bathing rooms to make sure no one interrupts you!
Hall
Luxurious tartan carpet adds toe the very Scottish Castle feel of this apartment. The antique bookcase has plenty of books and games to keep you occupied.

Very convenient location to the tram! Very clean and nice place to stay.

Overall, a very clean and well centred place. It was east to get to city centre by tram or buses. My only regret was one toilet apar frim that it was beautiful l, clean and very spacious. Would definitely return to the property đź‘Ś.

We had a party of 6 (my husband, myself, our 3 kids 15, 19, & 21, and my elderly mom). There was no sleeper sofa available so one of my kids had to sleep on the couch. Temperature inside was not comfortable, we had to use fans because windows won't open. Very dirty outside around the grounds. Listing was t accurate either.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely apartment. The apartment was convenient and in walking distance of sights we wanted to see. Although there was parking provided, we chose not to use it due to the location and returned our rental car early - would recommend no car if possible during your stay.

Really great location and beautiful, clean home. We walked to old town everyday (the tram is right outside if that’s your preference) - it’s only about a mile away. Lots of yummy restaurants and friendly people!

Easy access to all parts of Edinburgh, tram stop 3 min walk. Food and Groceries on the doorstep

The apartment was a good size for our group of six however, there were some drawbacks. There was no kitchen roll, no cleaning products in the kitchen, no laundry detergent, a broken sink in the shower room, and an incomplete plumbing set in the room with the bathtub, so that water would shoot to the ceiling when one of the valves was opened. The listing was a little deceptive because it said there was a dryer and there was only a clothes drying rack. In Scotland, it takes at least two days for clothes to dry, which was a big drawback for a family with small children. The neighborhood was not very nice, there was graffiti and rubbish everywhere. In the evenings, there were drunk people wandering the streets yelling at flower beds.
For the cost of this apartment, we definitely did not get value for money. The apartment was run down and missing basic equipment and the area was terrible. We would not stay here again.

This apartment was great. It looks exactly as the pictures show. We were a party of 7, we were all happy and comfortable. The location is great with a tram very close by.
The kitchen was functionable with all the things you need to feed your family. 2 supermarkets just up the block. This place is a gem. If you book it you are winning. Host was great and very responsive.

Really excellent location. House was neat and tidy and had everything that it promised. We'd definitely recommend this for anyone travelling to Edinburgh

Great apartment with a great location near the tram. Was easy to get around the city this way. Clean and roomy for the four of us.

The property was booked with a parking space that did not exist. An unresponsive host. The beds were not ready, as agreed, there wasn't enough bedding. Ended up with mattress on the floor, instead of beds. We had a parking fine because the parking permit didn't exist plus costs for additional parking. 2 guests had limited mobility. Never again with this property. Never again with VRBO

Very clean place. Owner was nice and allowed us to check in early. Close to tram that you can take, to easily get to Edinburgh Castle, etc.

Our family of 5 had a fantastic stay here. The property is spacious and lovely, and in a great location. Highly recommended.

Great house for our adult children and us to stay overnight but street noise was awful - take earplugs or noise cancelling headphones. Windows are very dirty and need cleaned.

Great location, close to the tram line so easy access to the city centre.
The apartment is spacious and has everything you need for a comfortable stay.
I would definitely stay here again!
Thank you.

Spacious well equipped clean flat. Ideally located on the Edinburgh tram route, I would recommend it and I would definitely stay again.

This flat was perfect! Beautiful decorations, comfortable beds, up to date bathrooms, and great location with places to eat and grocery shopping close by. If we come back to Edinburgh, we would choose to stay here again, no question!

Except communication everything was excellent. If communication is improved no complaints since someone new to the place should have properly communicated to avoid check in hiccups.

This is a nice apartment in a great location. It is a 2 minute walk from the tram station which connects you right to the airport, the old downtown, or the shore - that was fantastically helpful. It has great restaurants within walking distance (La Casa and Antoinetta are both outstanding), as well as good take-away and bakery/coffee shops. There is a grocery less than a minute walk away. Downside, the apartment only has one toilet and the plumbing to the shower/tub required some serious voo doo to figure out. We had six adults staying (two of us in precarious twin beds) and would not recommend trying to squeeze in more. The neighborhood is noisy at night, all week long.

There were 5 of us including two pre-teens. The bedroom setup was perfect for us. The kitchen is well equipped. The living/dining room area was large and nicely furnished. The only negatives are the street noise and lack of upscale shops and restaurants.

The flat was uniquely decorated and generally well equipped with everything you could need! It was far enough out of the town centre to make parking possible, but handy enough for central bars and restaurants. It was perfect for a weekend break with a group of friends.
The only downsides were - we were using one of the pull out beds and had to hunt for the linen which wasn't easy to find. There was also no duvet cover - and the host didnt respond to my comment or phone call - so we had to buy one, which was annoying when we had booked the apartment for 8 people. The flat was also a bit dusty. I would stay here again though as felt it was good value overall!

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment. The location was nice just out of the hustle and bustle of the big city.

Place was clean, spacious, and was a wonderful place for our group of 6! Best part was the endless hot water!! A little outside of the main attractions, but overall was a wonderful place to stay

We had an outstanding time at the house! Check in was very easy, and parking was readily available. The inner decor feels as though you're in a castle. Would definitely come back again!

The property is in a good location with access to both the shore and to the castle in 20 minutes. Nice bedrooms and living area. There are 3 bathrooms but only 1 with a toilet. All in all a nice stay
