Wildlife surround , WiFi connection, air conditioning in the room.
No room keys, old and uncomfortable beds, simple food meals, rude staff, no tours offerings - I had to travel to a different tour companys at Puerto Misahuallí to get information about them. After 2 days they just offered me a night walk tour around the lodge. Last day before I left I received a Booking online complain from this place. I asked the owner and they didn't know what happened. Really disappointing place.

Great large pool
The property is without inspiration, not well maintained, everything is parched and grounds a mess. The common space is without inspiration. The owners are very unpleasant and weird in their communication.
Breakfast and dinner time are only on 1 fixed hour. They even bang t door in the morning. The activities offered are delayed and inflexible.
The pool area is not well developed, only with a few plastic chairs. The lodge has 0 vibe, there is Virgin jungle right in the back and a nice river next to the lodge to bath. The lodge however doesn't stimulate to use any of this, all has to be according their preprogrammed activities.
The place is economic, still however it's not worth a visit. Basically the owners have messed up

The pool was nice, the property is also really beautiful. The breakfast is nice. Especially the hot chocolate homemade by Junior.
I didn't really like the way that they tried to sell you everything. They even wanted to sell us plastic plates for our homemade dinner. It didn't seem very ecological at all. Especially in the Amazon, it felt wrong. We declined. I also have mixed feelings about their tours. I guess they're more affordable which is nice. I mean the guide Junior was nice too. But they tried to really sell us on this night hike, telling us the jungle came alive at night. They gave us headlamps that didn't work. No batteries! A good portion of the hike is just on the property... I mean I didn't need the tour. It was not nearly as cool as they made it seem. We saw an owl and a few spiders. Same for the day on the river and the animal sanctuary. I have mixed feelings about these rehabilitation centers for animals. Either way not that cool to see them in cages. Every other animal was described as aggressive. And the indigenous tribe was really not that enthusiastic to receive us to say the least. The lunch was equally disappointing. Most importantly though we were waiting for the river descent on the raft and we were getting attacked by sandflies. I asked each of the owners independently and they both said these are sandflies - their bites are nothing, they last 30 minutes. I can't imagine why they would say that!!These bugs (noceums!) are treacherous creatures. You will itch for at least 2 weeks. It really sucks!! Esp at night. I don't understand- they can't not know that. Please never tell people that again! It's been a month and I still have the scars on my feet/legs. If you get bit a little it's ok. 5 of us and we each had maybe 50 bites each! One of us got infected... And was totally avoidable had we not been misled. If you like tours go for it, but I was disappointed with both of them. The river rafting and jumping in the river was nice.

Everything exceeded my expectations. Food was great, the pool was a big plus, the room was spacious and clean and the best was that you are in the middle of the Amazon rainforest with a huge and affordable tour offer. They are very flexible and elaborate tailor made tour programs. I definitely recommend night hike, Amazoonico rescue center and chocolate tour.
Everything was great

The food was very good. The place and location is fantastic for being in the jungle and remote whilst having the nature around and many activities to enjoy. but most of all is the customer service and the staff. English speaking too if that is a help for some.
From the start till the end, excellent communication, help and friendliness. I had a bad experience at another hotel and so I messaged this one. The owner picked me up from where I was and brought me there and in the morning. Such a great time!
nothing.
