La limpieza : todos los días hacían la limpieza y resurtian toallas y cambian las sábanas , también me gustó que hay tienditas alrededor para ir a comprar

La regadera no había buena presión de agua, La tv por cable no se veía bien , siento que faltaban más ventiladores deberían modernizar las televisiones a Smart tv , y poner por lo.menos un mini bar con este calor quieres poner tus bebidas a qué estén frías.

Reserve a un precio de $666 y a mi llegada me cobraron $850, llegué a las 8:30 de la noche creí q mi salida será 24hrs después y me dijeron q tenía q desocupar al medio día!! La verdad no entendí o no leí bien mi reservación!! En fin!!

Good place for short stay

The bed was comfortable, the wifi was pretty good, the hot water was good, location was good.

There was some mold in the bathroom that should be removed.

LA HUBICACION DEL HOTEL, NO ES LA QUE DESCRIBEN, EN LA PAGINA, LA CUAL DICE QUE ESTAN FRENTE AL AEROPUERTO INTERNACIOAL DE CHETUMAL, LO CUAL NO ES CIERTO YA QUE SE ENCUENTRA EL HOTEL A 2 CUADRAS DEL MALECON DE LA CIUDAD AL OTRO LADO DE LA CIUDAD, ME PASE 1 HORA BUSCANDO EL HOTEL.

Que me cobraran más de lo que decía la app. El olor espantoso a humedad de la habitación. Asqueroso Faltaban lámparas La ventana daba a un tacho de basura

Ubicación

Las instalaciones son antiguas, la limpieza no es la correcta, hay hormigas hasta en la cama, la cama esta dura, el baño tenia telarañas y bichos, sarro. En General no es un buen lugar. No tienen terminal para pago con tarjeta.

Terrible Stay for 3 nights

Location was ok.

The pool was disgusting upon arrival. After complaining, a water truck arrived to fill, and then they shocked the pool, hence not usable. I only booked there for the pool. Otherwise, I would have stayed at a hostel. Bed rock hard! No sleep due to a loud party on the pool deck until 1:30 am. when I went to night reception and had to complain.

Muy mala experiencia, no nos hicieron check in y no nos reembolsaron.

Desde el principio no tienen a gente capacitada para atender a las personas. Reservamos una habitación familiar y una sencilla y tal como lo marca la política gratuita, cancelamos la habitación sencilla y nos llegó la confirmación por correo, con el monto que pagaríamos por la habitación familiar y hasta ahí ningún problema. Sin embargo el día que llegamos, una señora en recepción nos dice que no se canceló nada, teníamos 2 habitaciones y que no me iba a hacer check in porque si no me lo iban a cobrar completo, entonces tomó fotos de la cancelación y las envío a alguien. Posteriormente nos dijo que procediéramos a pagar por la habitación familiar en donde nos quedaríamos y eso hicimos. Al día siguiente registramos la salida y nos fuimos. Alrededor de las 3:00 pm me llega un correo y resulta que no hicieron mi check in y me cobraron nuevamente, ahora de la tarjeta que tenía registrada y por si fuera poco me cobraron por 2 habitaciones. Regresamos, aún cuando se nos hacía tarde para viajar y nos dijeron que ellos no podían hacer nada, que lo resolviéramos con la plataforma. Para no hacer más largo el cuento nosotros nos hospedamos ahí el 27 de octubre y el día 10 de noviembre nos dicen que la cadena OYO rechazó nuestra petición de reembolso, aún cuando tenemos todos los documentos de los pagos que hicimos. Nos robaron tranquilamente y esto es algo que nunca me había pasado en Booking. Que pena de verdad. Grupo OYO que decepción y al hotel Marías deberían poner a gente más competente en recepción, como es posible que no nos hicieran el check in y estuvimos en el hotel hospedados y nuestro pago que hicimos ahí tienen el registro.

El agua no estaba caliente, la habitación olía a cigarro y la bomba del agua estaba justo afuera de la habitación la prendían o muy temprano a las 6 am o muy tarde a las 11 pm

The service, we rent a room for 6 persons and they have only 3 towers and I asked for more and they said is only one for bed. Really, but we are 6 🤨 the man who is the manager don’t wants to bring more it’s bad situation.
