With lots of room for separation this wonderful two-story home has stunning views of the water from just about every room as well as each bedroom.

For those that like a good book there is a small reading room to sit back and enjoy some quiet time. The large walk-out basement is a great place to get away and hang out, watch some TV, play air hockey or even listen to records.
The outdoor decks offer the perfect vantage point to enjoy the sun, stunning skies and views of the lake. Enjoy a fire in the raised fire pit at the mid-level down to the lake. After hard day of play out on the lake or beach, the Jacuzzi is the perfect place wind down
Siltcoos Lake:
The largest lake on the central Oregon coast is also one of the region’s best fishing lakes, especially for warm water fish including largemouth bass.
and is one of the few lakes in Oregon where you can keep a wild coho salmon in season.
Siltcoos Lake is a sprawling 3,164 acres located between Florence and Reedsport in the wonderful dune country of the central coastline.
Siltcoos is one of the most celebrated largemouth bass fisheries in Oregon.
You’ll find tons of good bass cover all over the lake, including fallen trees, drop-offs.
Crappie also hang out around structure and found in shallower water during the spring.
Siltcoos is known to have good populations of less-pursued species including yellow perch, sunfish and bullhead catfish.
Trout are not the primary quarry for anglers here, but the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife does stock a modest number of rainbow trout here. Look for those plantings to take place in late winter or early spring (March and April are good times to check the stocking schedule linked below).
Native cutthroat trout also live in the lake and its tributary streams and may be kept as part of your daily trout limit.
The coho salmon fishery here opens in October and runs through December. Fishing for these fish is usually not productive until significant rainfall draws in these large fish, which most often happens in November.
There are a modest number of coho caught and kept here, but it’s a fairly unique opportunity. Boaters catch most of the adult coho, often by trolling wobbling lures in the creek channels the salmon use to return to their home streams.

This home is a quick drive from multiple access points to the Oregon Dunes and ocean
beaches including popular access on South Jetty Road then the city of Florence is five miles north. The charming Old Town section of the city

experience the unique natural wonders of this area. Bring your camera!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house is lovely, clean, and very well equipped. The amenities were wonderful, those that worked. We loved the lake, the dock, the patio, the deck, and the kayaks. There was a fun ping pong table in the garage and an air hocky table in the den. The beds were very nice and comfortable, in fact everything was nice and comfortable except for a couple of things and those two things became a bit annoying. The two annoying things were the heat system and the hot tub. We stayed in September and the weather was variable. Sometimes it was quite hot and sometimes it was cold but the heating system is not variable. It was set at 69 degrees at night and 70 degrees during the day and it was locked. I contacted the host using the "contact host" message board to see if we could turn off the heat on the hot days so we could allow some natural cooling overnight to cool the house for the coming day. They did not respond. The second annoying thing was that they have a lovely hot tub which doesn't work and they did not respond to my requests for service. It would have been nice to have the use of the hot tub as it was one of the amenities promised in the listing which led me to choose this listing. We stayed for 9 days and they finally responded on day 7 and said they would look into the hot tub situation but they had not done anything by the time we left. I loved the home but the support was abysmal.

This is a beautifully remodeled lake home with every amenity we could have wanted. The outdoor spaces with both and gas and wood fire pit were exceptional. The dock and kayaks were a hit as was the air hockey and ping pong table. Also it was immaculately clean and decorated. Just a stellar VRBO!

This property is amazing. The home is perfect for a family adventure. Having all of the fun games like ping pong, air hockey, lawn darts and corn hole made for an even better time. Another plus is how quiet the house is and the bed were. With kids and teenagers in the house, the adults still were able to get some peace and quiet. What an amazing home.

Our family spent 6 days at Peaceful Waters and this property provided everything we needed. The house was very clean and spacious with a beautiful view of Siltcoos Lake, included quality amenities, and the private dock kept our boat secure when moored. Definitely recommend!

You do t really need to leave the house once you are there... plenty to do on the water, air hockey and games inside plus a great hot tub, fire pit and lots of room to stretch out...bring your sunscreen!

Prior to arriving at Peaceful Waters, we had spent a week on the northern Oregon Coast in a location we love, but the house left much to be desired in the area of upkeep, beds, and furniture. What an absolute delight to arrive at Peaceful Waters. The house is immaculately maintained. It’s beautiful inside and out. Everything is nice and very comfortable, the decorations, the furniture, and the beds. All the decor made me smile, from the woven fish hanging in the reading nook to the hanging bed lamps in the downstairs bedroom. They gave equal care and attention to the several outdoor seating areas they have provided, as well as a beautiful path down to the lake. And finally, the lake views are amazing from the outdoor sitting areas as well as from almost every room of the house.
We highly recommend this home.

We have been traveling as a group of women for 13 years. This was an exceptional house with Great Lake front views and accommodations. We enjoyed the water sports, fire pit, BBQ and hot tub. Oregon is a beautiful State

Beautiful house, Big and plenty of room. Beautiful views. short drive to town. only downside was horrible water pressure, and the hot tub turned green and had nasty floaties on night 2

My buddies and I go on an annual golfcation to the coast every spring. This house was by far the best one we have stayed at yet. The views are amazing, the furniture was super comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and we had a great time. My only critiques are that we couldn't find the remote to the DVD player and the bbg-grill could use a deep clean. Loved this place and would definitely stay here again.

The property was lovely, very clean, everything you need for cooking and baking and a gorgeous view of the lake! Plenty of room to be alone and two great areas for family gatherings. It was peaceful and very relaxed. Really enjoyed our stay- we only had one small glitch and that was that the property people did not send us the code to get in- however once contacted we got it within 15 minutes- so all was well!

We had two families stay over Thanksgiving. We took our Razors and rode the dunes. The house was perfect. The teens loved their own room and hot tub.

Our yearly fishing trip over 35 years and would say this place fit our needs perfectly. The place was super clean and had everything you would need for a trip. our group ranged in age from 19 to 64 and everyone had fun. If you rent this place be in good shape the fun goes all the way to the lake and when you walk back up you feel it.

The house was great. It was clean, very easy to find, close to many of the coastal attractions, while still giving the feeling of a fairly remote lake house. My wife nearly lost her mind as the deer from the neighborhood actually let us pet them and feed them carrots & apples.

Gorgeous views from a comfortable split level home. Beautiful sun rises on the full upper deck and a fabulous newer hot tub to finish the day on the lower deck. Beds were ultra comfortable with all the extra blankets and linens you need.. The kitchen had all the hardware needed for great meals. Do bring your own condiments, foil and plastic wrap. There was even an entry on the deck for our wheelchair bound family member! Perfect!! And also a walkable path to the dock. Wow, that a fantastic place!! We'll be back!

Great time at a great home. Everything you needed was supplied. View of lake was outstanding! The hot tub and fire pit was enjoyed by all. The only downside was the water was a lot farther away than what it appeared in the pictures. There was a very well maintained walk to the dock but it traversed a steep hill. Overall it was a great stay.

We had a great stay and loved the house/location.

This house has it all from kayaks and private dock in quiet lake to all the indoor amenities to keep a range of people busy from age 3 to 60. Great listing!

Our stay was wonderful in this beautiful and well put together home. We had everything we needed there. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything to cook all of our meals. The house super clean, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The hot tub and the air hockey were an added bonus!! Thank you

This is a wonderful home to stay with all ages! Beautiful lake, lots of different indoor and outdoor spaces, the hot tub and air hockey were big hits! Relaxing views and also played a little ping pong!

We really enjoyed all of the extra fun activities at the house. The lake was very enjoyable with a paddle boat and kayaks. We had a blast with the air hockey! A great place for a reunion with children.

Great house for a large multi-generational family group from 23 to 89 years old. Easy to get around to Florence, great facilities with a bbq and jacuzzi that we all enjoyed. Living room was large enough for all of us to sit around and chat in the evening and all of us had a comfortable bed. We very much enjoyed the stay.

We have used several VRBO rentals over several years. I have to say this rental was tops!! The house was in great shape, had every kitchen/cooking item you could think of, it’s well laid out to provide adequate space/privacy and a lot of room for a group dinner or TV watching……AND entertainment downstairs with air hockey, a pellet stove for cold days and a collection of music. The tiered deck was set up perfectly for a group campfire, dip in the jacuzzi and lots of chairs to sit on and admire the beautiful lake. This was primarily a fishing vacation for our group. We brought our own boat and used the great dock. Checkin and check out was flawless and the owner was very responsive to our pre-trip questions. The only challenge that some people may run into is the lengthy tiered downhill walkway to and from the dock/lake. Our group consisted of retirees in their early 70’s and we did not have any problems. I could go on and on about this house. We would love to go back again sometime!

Clean, fully stocked, quiet, lots of room for my family of 5. We thorougly enjoyed every moment there. We enjoyed the hot tub and the air hockey downstairs. Beautiful home and property!!

The property is amazing with phenomenal views. Quiet neighborhood as well with many amenities for all to enjoy! Great spa, though it failed to work on our last day, but called property manager who answered during the Superbowl (thank you for that as well). Overall, one of the better places we've stayed, and there's been quite a bit over the years. One slight downfall is the master bathroom as the shower is very slow to warm up and just made wrong. Thank you!
5.0
We had a great time here, the home is comfortable and clean. I was able to park my 30 foot enclosed trailer in the driveway with no issues with the proximity to the sand dunes this place was perfect for us. The lake made it very nice and relaxing, we didn't go our riding as much as we normally would because the home was so comfortable and i will say it again relaxing.
5.0
Four generations of our family came together for a week. We had a great time. Lots of space to spread out. Everything was perfect. The patios were fantastic and the lake view was awesome. Spa was perfect too. Everyone loved seeing the deer come through almost daily. We would all stay here again.
5.0
Overall, we loved this property and hope to return. We enjoyed the separation and the many nooks to explore. There were tons of games and puzzles. Plenty of parking and the bedrooms were all on separate levels, very private and comfortable beds. The home was well stocked with everything except we did need a proper sponge for washing dishes (we only had a sponge that was cut 1"x 3"). More towels to dry dishes would be nice and the propane tank was empty by the outside gas firepit. The hot tub water needed a good shock as well or just emptied and refilled. All easy fixes! We really enjoyed our time here. Thank you!

Great place for family fun: fishing, kayaking, air hockey, ping pong, deer watching. Lots of outdoor space and seating. Wish we would have stayed longer.
