Clean, comfortable, good location and very nice front desk staff.

The room was clean, warm and tidy. I liked that it had a fridge and microwave. It was centrally located and easy to get on/off the freeway. Grocery store and good eats very close. The hotel desk clerk was great!!

My granddaughter took her daughter for a little staycation, due to a family crisis. It was a nice getaway.

"WONDERFUL!" I'd Stay Again.🥰

I enjoyed my stay. The room and facilities were kept clean. The staff were beyond accommodating. I loved the hot tub and pool amenities. It was quiet with no disturbances. Thanks again for having me!🙏

So, there wasn't much of anything that I didn't like. The only thing I had a tough time with were the mattresses. Mine was a firm mattress and I'm used to a soft one. So the first night, I spent a lot of time trying to adjust. The next couple of days it was fine.👍✌️🙏

We will definitely stay there again and highly recommend this location

We had a great room and the breakfast was fantastic. We decided to make the Belgian waffles. The instructions were so simple and fun and they turned out absolutely delicious. Fantastic, friendly staff. Really enjoyed our stay.

Very old and tired motel.

Staff friendly and helpful.

Very old and tired motel. Rooms had been updated and were clean, but overall it's just a depressing motel. Would not stay there again or recommend it.

Breakfast was super convenient and met the need to get us started for the day. Thank you!

Their was plenty of parking and the lot was well lit. However, the one thing we found challenging at this location was the small parking spaces. The spaces were quite narrow, which doesn't allow enough room between vehicles to open your door to get in, if you have a large truck or SUV.

A basic hotel, but nothing special

Breakfast was ok, coffee was weak and disappointing. Location by freeway , not close to Auburn. Staff nice.

Comfortable and clean, very friendly, willing and efficient staff.

Breakfast was fine but not exceptional. There were a range of choices, some fresh items. Eating area very clean and well set up. Better than most franchises I've tried.

A small thing. . .it appears that contractors are living at the BW Golden Key. They leave early in the morning and tend to drive heavy trucks that are loud enough to wake others when they start up. Perhaps contain these folks separately, say, in the back units away from more typical guests.

Friendliest staff!

Great location close to the highway. Room was clean and there is ample parking. The staff were so friendly and helpful which is so nice after a long day of travel.

If you can tolerate the noise at night, it was a decent place to stay.

Breakfast was standard, with good coffee, and basics were available, such as cereal, and fruits, The room was clean, and had all the basics. The staff was nice, easy check-in.

The only issue I had was the freeway noise. We could not sleep at night. I asked if they had other rooms with less noise or better insulation. They were fully booked and they offered us earplugs. We were there to attend a wedding on Saturday. Because we did not sleep at all on Friday, we decided to leave on Saturday evening after the wedding, even if we had booked the room for 2 nights.

Great

My job requires travel several places every week. This is the best I have seen. Roomy, comfortable, very clean, in a beautiful location. While it is dated it still offers old fashioned comfort. Imagine! I had an easy chair to sit on. Not just a bed!!!
