This fun, new 2 bedroom/2 bath cow themed suite is located in the heart of Slabtown, Traverse City steps away from a favorite local burger joint and beverage store. Slabtown Suites is only minutes away from downtown Traverse City.

The Space:
The modern, open floor plan and funky interior design is the perfect spot to host your family or friends in Traverse City, MI. Cook a wholesome meal in the fully-equipped kitchen or relax on the plush couch in the attached living room while watching television.

The stylish main bedroom holds a comfortable king size bed with a flat-screen TV, walk-in closet and has an ensuite bathroom! The charming guest bedroom holds a king size bed, closet, and a flat-screen.There is a drip coffee maker in the kitchen and we do provide a couple of single serve coffee bags to start your stay on the right foot.

NOTE: Our Smart TVs feature streaming capabilities ONLY with a subscription to HuluLive. You will also have access to your own streaming service accounts while on property. (Sorry, no cable TV.)

Slabtown suites is a gem in Traverse City! Incredibly clean, modern, and comfortable. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms made it a perfect spot for a work trip with a coworker. We were only in town a short time, but will definitely be back!

Very clean and nice. Bedrooms on opposite side of each other a plus. Great light from large windows. Walk to downtown was very easy. Great parking.

Perfect condo to stay at and discover Traverse City and the surrounding area. We even took a day trip to tahquamenon falls and got back in time for dinner. You can pretty much walk to any establishment. Condo was bright and clean. Recommend this place if you are planning a trip in the area.

Location is out of the congestion of things but within walking distance of a lot. The property is exactly as listed and well supplied with paper products soaps and food prep needs to make the stay stress free. Thoughtfully decorated and clean. Will definitely stay again. Thank you Slabtown suites! Some must visit places: Trattoria Stella, Blue Tractor Barbecue, Poppycock, Chateau Chantel, Sugar 2 Salt

Enjoyed a stress-free booking and checkin/checkout process. The management company was good with timely followup to our questions. The condo is beautiful and fully stocked. Both beds were very comfy with nice bedding. The location was great.

Perfect location. 15 minute walk to downtown or a few minutes to the bay. Quiet neighborhood and we really enjoyed our stay. Place was clean and had lots of natural sunlight.

It was a great place to stay for a mom's wine weekend in Traverse City. It was close to downtown that we could easily access with the free bus or uber.

This property was very clean, spacious, great location and had everything that we needed. We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The one downfall is the parking since only allowed 1 car per unit. Management company great to work with and they suggested where our extra car could park. We would definitely stay again.

Everything about this property was good. Parking lot is challenging if you have a midsize car or larger. We were in a Ford Explorer and that was pretty difficult to navigate with others in the lot. Just a note....not a complaint. Thanks for a great stay!

The condo was like brand new! Check in and communication with owner was super easy and helpful. Condo was within walking distance of a couple restaurants and shops, easy and quick drive to downtown TC. Great neighborhood location. Could use lamps in the family room and/or dimmers on the light switches as the lighting is either too bright or not enough. Overall, great place and great location!

My sister and I rented this apartment for a winter hiking trip. A short drive to Sleeping Bear dunes park which was spectacular. The apartment was perfect for us; spacious clean and well equipped.

We had 2 couples for our annual color tour of Traverse City. Never stayed in slabtown before but we loved it. The condo was amazing. Plenty of room and spotless. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. We will definitely return to this condo again!

Rental suite was really nice, clean and nicely decorated. Better direction for utilizing the TVs would be useful. Unit in one bedroom would not turn. A small dresser or something similar would be helpful so you had somewhere to lay out your things. It was impressive that everything was labeled. Your not requiring any cleaning by your guests was an unusual and quite nice feature. Thank you and we enjoyed our stay.

We had a great time! The place was very clean and check in was super easy. Only thing we would change would be to have better lighting in the living room but that’s a trivial thing. We’d definitely stay again!

We loved this space. It was clean, well equipped, and in a great location. We've stayed in VRBO properties many, many times and this one also stood out for a several reasons: 1. Riley was so responsive for even the simple question we had for him. It was awesome. 2. The booking process and lead up to our trip was well detailed, so we didn't lack for any information. 3. Most properties have a binder that they leave in the unit, and most don't measure up. The information in our unit was very detailed, organized, and useful. Really good. 4. Something you rarely see on properties is an easy check-out day. There were NO requirements on us when checking out. No laundry to do, trash to take out, etc. This was an amazing feature. We'll definitely stay here again.

I highly recommend this large condo. Communication with Riley was excellent and the information he provided was invaluable. Although we have been to Traverse City several times the places he recommended were unknown to us and we enjoyed the places we had time to visit. We did a lot of walking including going downtown and stopped at places we would not have noticed if driving. There’s plenty of neighborhood restaurants within walking distance that have plenty of good food. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks again for everything.

From the moment we booked our stay until arrival, Riley’s communication skills were exemplary. The condo itself was perfect for our uses. Others commented on the furniture not being comfortable, but it’s fine for as long as you’ll be sitting on them. If you can’t sleep on these beds - you’re the problem. They’re like floating on a cloud. The elevator was a bonus. The narrow parking lot can be a challenge for a larger vehicle, but I got to show off my skills. Location was good and allowed for walks into town for exercise. Don’t miss Slabtown Burgers across the street. In summary - condo had everything we needed and look forward to another opportunity to stay there again. Thanks, Riley!

This is a spacious, modern condo in an excellent location, within an easy walk to downtown Traverse City shopping and also close to the lake. It is right across the street from Slabtown Burgers, which has excellent burgers, fries, shakes etc.
