This harbor view home with inground pool offers 4 bedrooms, 4 full and 2 half bath, and sleeps up to 9 people comfortably. Easy walk to Ida Lewis Yacht Club, New York Yacht Club and walking distance to downtown Newport shopping, restaurants, and more.
The space
The sunny spacious open living area has cathedral ceiling, 60" Flat-Screen and Foosball gaming table. Stunning waterside deck that overlooks the harbor. A gourmet kitchen with high ceilings, quartz countertops, stainless appliances, Sub Zero refrigerator and opens to walk out deck. A breakfast nook and a stylish dining room with seating for 8 or more guest. The Master Bedroom suite has a King Bed, water views, a sitting room with full wet bar, and the master bath features a tub and sauna. The lower level has a separate entrance, open living, flat-screen, large bedroom, full bath and laundry room with newer washer/dryer. Outside, you'll find a patio with a heated inground pool and hot tub. This private complex offers nature landscaping with a curved driveway, 5 parking spots and 2 car garage.

~ September $45,000 (Labor Day Weekend & Newport International Boat Show)
*One (1) month minimum lease duration for the months of June, July, August and September.
*Custom Packages available for multiple months.
