Our oceanfront Newport Beach vacation home is a true gem, with multiple levels of comfort (all with breathtaking ocean views), and a feeling of serenity and privacy. The highly-coveted pier-to-pier location and spectacular Pacific Ocean views make this home a memorable destination that draws vacationers back year after year! Here is what you will find:

FRONT UNIT GROUND LEVEL:

DUE TO THE MODERATE COASTAL CLIMATE, THIS HOME, LIKE MANY IN THE AREA, DOES NOT HAVE A/C.

PARKING:
2 carport and 2 small garage spaces

LAUNDRY:
Free washer/dryer facilities are located in the unit. Guests must provide their own laundry supplies.

LOCATION:
Optimally situated between the Newport and Balboa Pier, our home is also a short walk to full access of Newport's beautiful bay and pleasure harbor for boating, kayaking, paddling and sight-seeing, along with multiple restaurants and other casual eateries and shops. Nearby Marina Park (one block away) is a must-see on the bay any time of year, but also the best spot in town to view the world famous Christmas Boat Parade.

DISCLAIMER:
Because the rear unit is not connected internally to the front main house, parental supervision of children and any guests under 25 is mandatory at all times in both front and rear units - especially overnight. The rear unit is not permitted to operate as a "kids' room" per local ordinances.

CITY TAX:
A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals, (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.

SECURITY EQUIPMENT:
This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces, and/or entrances to the property, as well as noise monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect the property, guests, and ensuring compliance with local ordinances.

This is a great house right on the beach that was perfect for our family of 9. Never felt crowded. Very comfortable.

Enjoyed a beautiful location right on the boardwalk with plenty of beds and bathrooms to accommodate our group and walking distance to everything we needed. We rented both units but I wouldn't want to rent just the back unit because the deck isn't great. As stated in the listing, the units are not connected but it's very easy to go back and forth between them. We had a few minor items to address upon arrival but property management was very responsive.

Beautiful home (both A and B units) that accommodated my whole family comfortably to celebrate my milestone birthday. The layout was perfect for our large group, with a huge dining table where we played games, ate and visited. Location was ideal with nearby activities for kids and adults, and of course the ocean straight out the front door. Beds, pillows and linens were good quality. Barbecue and 4 parking spaces a huge bonus. A few things that could and should be easily addressed by the homeowners and realtors. - Blankets were needed for each bed as the evenings were quite chilly. One twin blanket in each room was a problem. - Towels! In such a beautiful beach home, one thin towel per guest to use for beach and bathroom use is ridiculous. Go to Home Goods and splurge. - The 3-1 shampoo-conditioner-body wash was awful. Seriously? Spring for decent products. - One of the two dishwashers didn’t work, which wasn’t a problem, just FYI. Overall though, I would definitely stay there again, and just bring extra blankets, towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap. Maggie Medjuck

My daughter graduated from Chapman University and we needed a house large enough for the whole extended family. So many large king bedrooms with their own bathrooms! Loved the ocean view and access to all of Newport. We walked or road bikes on the path right outside our door daily. (renting bikes is a MUST) Management was a dream to deal with. We thought we might have a get together on the roof top deck, but it's too small. Since noise is a big consideration after 10, it was better to have our gathering indoors anyway. The really large kitchen flowing into the family room and bar was just perfect. Highly recommend this rental.

We stayed a week in the entire house. What a wonderful spot and would absolutely stay here again. Pros: Location!!! This couldn’t have been a more perfect spot for our trip. We loved it! Close to everything and the view was amazing. The kitchen table was the BEST! We so enjoyed dinners cooked in the big kitchen sitting around the big round table. The patios and views were great. Cons: the overall unit is a bit dated. The furnishings, cabinets, flooring etc shows its age. But it was clean and comfortable so not a big deal. The parking is great and easy to get in and out. We LOVED our stay here
