About this house rental

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Totally remodeled! The view says it all! Sit on the large deck and watch the birds soar and boats in the water. Nearly 5000 sq feet plus 3 car garage (room for a golf cart) Head down to the beach and jump in the lake or perhaps go for a hike. Both are within a mile of your place. Enjoy one of the 9 golf courses or go for a bike ride. HSV has 11 lakes, fitness center and miles of walking and biking trails. Kitchenette downstairs.

This spacious ideally located property offers a stay better than you can imagine! Offering numerous comfortable places to enjoy the endless views and relax in the recently fully updated accommodations. During the morning sip your coffee from the oversized deck. Midday move down to
the lower shaded level and catch a nap in the hammock. In the evening catch 9 holes of golf. Return back in time for the sunsets! The pictures don’t do it justice. The quiet surroundings will easily make for a relaxing stay. Where else can you capture some of the most breathtaking views with this many of your family and friends. Family reunions, girls or guys getaways or a golfer's retreat would be perfect! Downstairs has a heated and cooled game room with foosball, ping pong table, dart board and weights for exercising!!!

With the views, luxurious accommodations and reasonable and fair pricing we doubt you find a better place to create your memories. This means you can enjoy a tranquil and homey atmosphere. The surroundings and extra service as well as the location will guarantee a great stay. Rest assured you should expect great service and communication from us. We will spare nothing to make this a top notch and clean service.

Other things to note:

***As far as pets we do allow dogs! Message us with details about your dog and we can discuss further. We have 2 dogs so we get how hard it is to leave our fur-babies! Our pet fee is $99 per pet for the length of your reservation, with a max of 2 pets.

We offer a 10% discount for military and repeat customers.

As you might imagine the more people means more upkeep and expense for us. We are charging a nominal fee of 15 dollars per person per night over 10 people. We think this is reasonable to help us keep up with the added expense of more guests!

With 12 recreational lakes hot springs village offers a variety of fun activities like fishing swimming kayaking boating and skiing spanning over 26000 acres of the Ouachita mountains. You will not believe the beauty! Hsv is the largest gated community in North America yet the place still feels like a tight knit community that’s diverse in background but United in living life to the fullest. Hsv is home to 9 unique golf courses one 27 hole golf complex that golf digest has ranked the number 1 course in Arkansas 4 years in a row! Ideal place to send some valuable time with friends and family!

Within a 3 minute drive to enjoy Desoto beach to swim. Many restaurants and hiking and a dog park are also very close by!

We really loved this home. It was the perfect size for us all to be together but to also be able to have time alone when needed. The view from the balcony was phenomenal so we spent as much time as the weather allowed out there. Kenny was kind and checked in to make sure we were doing well and if we needed anything. I would definitely recommend this home to others. The drive to downtown Hot Springs is about 25ish minutes so we didn’t go there every day. But it was close enough to go enjoy the Park and other activities in Hot Springs.

The house is beautiful, clean, and comfortable. There were 12 of us in our gathering (7 adults, 4 children, 1 dog), and we had plenty of space. The kitchen is expansive and appropriately equipped. The adults spent most of their time on the deck, which has gorgeous views (more beautiful than the photos)--whether it was clouds descending on the mountains or even a rainbow after a storm. But the children could not get enough of the game room--an old-school Nintendo, foosball table, cards, and space just for them. Kenny, the host, responded almost instantaneously to any question we had, while check-in and check-out were a breeze. We are already planning our next trip to this lovely property.

Our over 70 ladies' tennis team attended a tournament in the Village. Everyone was in awe when they entered the house. It's a beautiful home with an amazing view. It was very clean and comfortable and accommodated our team well. The hosts were exceptionally helpful and quick to respond to any request. We have stayed in many VRBO homes and this one was rated at the top of our list.

The house is beautiful. The views are awesome. We had 10 guys stay and everyone was very comfortable. The golf courses were close and amazing. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Hot Springs Village.

This was a beautiful well kept property in Hot Springs village with a great view of Lake Desoto. Our host was always ready to accommodate if we needed anything. Can’t wait to come back to Arkansas!

It was refreshing to stay at one of these larger homes that is as nice as the pictures show. The owners have gone out of their way to add touches to make sure all needs are met and you feel at home!

Cousin reunion met all our expectations. We had nine adults staying and there was plenty of room for everyone. We loved the view from the outside deck and sat out there each evening for dinner and conversation. The firepit was nice too. The dining room table was large enough for a full family card game! Everything was clean and the large kitchen was great. We lacked for nothing. Thanks!

First of all the communication from Kenny was top notch! There was never a question that remained unanswered from the start and his follow through to the end was amazing! Now about this house, I mean seriously, what was not to love. The views were stunning, the location secluded yet close to everything. Rolling hills and lush forest, with a beach a stones throw away, hiking trails galore. The house was spacious so our family of 8 could enjoy each other, yet still have our own spaces was fantastic. The young and the old enjoyed the game room and cards on the amazing deck. The beds and living rooms were comfortable. The bathrooms clean. The kitchen expansive. The private community lovely and safe. Close to Hot Springs for a day trip. If I had to do it all over again, I WOULD! This place was amazing. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Overall our stay at this property was a lovely experience. There was plenty of space for our 5 families (8 kids under 6years old) and we felt that the house and views were nicer in real life than in the photos. There was a bit of a scheduling snafu with the house being ready when we arrived but the managers were easy to work with and reimbursed us for time lost without being asked. We look forward to coming back in the future!

From the beginning the host were very helpful and answered any questions. Check in and checking out was very easy. The home was very welcoming and comfortable. Great amenities plus excellent game room. We got more than what was expected for our trip. I love the hospitality shown to us during our stay. I definitely plan to come back again.
