The Cherry St House features a spacious layout with thoughtfully designed rooms that blend vintage charm with modern comforts. Each room is tastefully decorated and furnished to ensure a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. Here's what you can expect:

Bedrooms: Four beautifully appointed bedrooms with plush beds and high-quality linens.

Bathrooms: Two modern bathrooms, tastefully renovated with amenities such as heated tile floors and specialty shampoo bars and locally made soaps.

Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and all essentials, including a farmhouse basin sink, refrigerator, gas stove, and stackable washer and dryer. Stocked with an initial supply of coffee, tea, spices, eggs, butter, milk, cereal, and snacks.

Dining Room: Features an oak table with seating for six, a corner desk with a monitor for work or study, and a floating bookshelf and small hutch for added functionality and style.

Living Room: Offers a stylish and comfortable setting with a leather couch, cozy reading chair, and a 55-inch smart TV.

Sunroom: A cozy retreat with two comfortable chairs and a table, perfect for enjoying natural light and peaceful moments.

Outdoor Spaces: Relax on the covered front or back porch, ideal for sipping your morning coffee or unwinding in the evening. The stone patio with a Solo stove provides a cozy ambiance for gatherings around the fire.

Guests have access to the entire house, including the beautifully furnished indoor spaces and the charming outdoor areas.

We also offer bike rentals and ample parking, including RV hook-ups for your convenience.

Upon arrival, your host will meet you at the property, provide a home overview, and answer any questions. An access code will be given at this time. Check-in is after 4 PM. If your travel schedule does not allow for a meet and greet, the access code will be sent via text prior to arrival.

• The Antler Loft: Maximum occupancy is 6 guests.
• The Cairo St Bungalow: Maximum occupancy is 4 guests.
No extra visitors are allowed without prior notification.
🚨 Roof Access:
• Antler Loft: Access the roof at your own risk. Owners are not liable for accidents or falls. Please stay within the designated rooftop patio area—other sections of the roof are strictly off-limits.
• All Other Properties: Roof access is not permitted.
📚 Library Ladder: No climbing on the library ladder in the living room—it’s decorative and not for use.
👶 Children and Pets: Always supervise children and pets, especially around open loft areas, library ladders, and outdoor spaces.
🌟 Kindness and Courtesy: Be kind, considerate, and leave things as you found them.
🚭 No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking, vaping, and candle burning are prohibited inside the property. For ambiance, battery-powered candles are provided.
🐶 Pet Policy: Approved dogs only (up to 2). Dogs must:
• Be over 1 year old, housebroken, and fully vaccinated.
• Remain on the main floor of the home or in non-carpeted areas.
• Be leashed while outside.
• Never be left unattended unless kenneled.
