Sehr gutes Hotel mit großem Defizit beim Thema Müllvermeidung

Für eine Übernachtung in Nähe des Flughafens eine sehr gute Wahl. Das Hotelshuttle hat uns auch kurz nach Mitternacht noch problemlos mitgenommen. Das Frühstück in gewohnt kanadischer Form war reichlich.

Im Hinblick auf das Thema Mülltrennung bzw. Müllvermeidung haben wir in vier Wochen Kanada so einiges erlebt. Aber dass es zum Frühstück im ansonsten sehr gut ausgestatteten Hotel ausschließlich Einweggeschirr oder besser Wegwerfartikel gegeben hat, das hat uns doch sehr irritiert. Sogar das Besteck war teils aus Plastik oder Holz.

We had nothing but good things to say about this Holiday Inn Express. The rooms are lovely, well appointed and spacious. Loved the chaise lounge for relaxing after a day of touring in Toronto. The staff were super friendly and efficient. Their breakfast offerings were tasty and more than generous.

The planes were a bit noisy with being so close to the airport but that can’t be helped.

A beautiful property and great staff

I loved the modern decor of the rooms , hallways and lobby. Staff were very efficient and friendly . The airport shuttle service was great .

There were no vegetarian / vegan options available in the frozen food that was for sale in the lobby store .

Excellent service

Check in with Ms Merita D'Souza was exemplary: efficient, patient and with a welcoming smile. A model for reception. The shuttle driver Candido was also very patient, polite and readily answered my own and others' questions.

New building, cleanliness, comfortable room. Good for one night near the airport.

Breakfast was a bad joke and the policies...we had to pay for parking (but this is a habbit în Canada). They requested a deposit (I don't understand why since they easilly could inspect the room at checkout), that they will return to us in a very long term in which you can't use your own money). But this is a habbit în Canada, too.

The breakfast was one dimensional which consist of eggs, sausages and beans with no other variation.

The hotel is located far from supermarkets, gas stations and other stores which is okay but the prices in the express shop on the hotel grounds is too high. A bottle of water for $3.50 plus tax is crazy

Great Staycation

Everything - checkin was smooth and they were very gracious in accepting our early checkin and late checkout requests. The staff were welcoming, professional, extremely personable & very polite. The room was bright and spacious, as was the bathroom. The bed and pillows were like heaven. I generally don't sleep well in hotels; the beds are either too soft or too hard, but the bed in our suite was the perfect combo of firm with a slightly soft top and the pillows were wonderful, longer than king size pillows, full and fluffy. The rooms also are equipped with a microwave, mini-fridge and a mini Keurig coffee machine Temperature controls were easy to navigate and we had a great view of the airport; we had fun watching the landing strip, trying to guess out where people were coming from. And though we were right by the airport, our room was surprisingly quiet

Close to airport and comfortable. Highly recommend

The room and location. The shuttle to and from was easy. Check in was seamless. The room was spacious. Great WiFi and I was happy there was an iron! All in all I would stay here again.

Breakfast could have been better. Check out took some time to verify the room was OK. If you have an early flight it's something to consider, since they have to send housekeeping to check while you wait.
