What a gorgeous space! We loved our stay. The decor was beautiful, and there’s tons of space! Every detail was thought of to make this a one-of-a-kind stop. Plus we were walking distance to everything which was a huge plus! Secure parking in lot and all around an A++ pick. Can your decorator design my house!?!? 😀

Pretty good spot. Middle of pittsburgh. Only problem really is that none of the windows close so you hear noise all night. Could also be a safety concern. The host did provide earplugs.

This studio is perfect for a couples getaway. Location is excellent and Parking safe and easy. Very clean and charming furnishings. Walking distance to restaurants and bars. It’s located in the action so is a bit noisy later at night. The porch space was clean and comfortable plus!!! Will stay again! 10 out of 10 recommend.

The apartment was clean, bright and well equipped with just about everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bathroom is really the highlight of the property with heated tile and a large waterfall shower.
Parking is free, convenient and easy to find. Walkable to restaurants and shops and reasonably close to downtown.
It is, however, very close to a major road. I think some other reviews really underplayed how loud it is at night. I would stay again but definitely would add ear plugs to my packing list.

I stayed with a couple of my girlfriends for a weekend away. The location was okay but you could hear traffic during the night. That didn’t bother us at all. The apartment was BEAUTIFUL. The property manager was very responsive and made the checkin and checkout process VERY smooth and easy. I would highly recommend this stay!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a short weekend getaway/work place holiday party/ Friendsgiving. Having lived in the Pittsburgh area for a long time previously, I love the strip and this was the perfect location. The 31st bridge is a little noisy but that’s that city white noise ambiance! The unit was beautiful and my God I’d like to take that bathroom home with me! We would definitely stay here again! Thank you!!

Beautiful and spacious apartment within walking distance to cool shops and restaurants in Lawrenceville.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The property was easy to find, very clean, very convenient for a Steelers game and the owner was very accommodating. I am not used to the city so sleeping was a challenge with the traffic but by the second night I was settled in. I couldn’t ask for anything more than a Steelers win for this weekend.

Came into town a night early for a birthday celebration and was lucky enough to find this listing that is usually booked months in advance.
From the moment my boyfriend and I entered the flat we knew we wanted to stay another night; not that we could.
Highlights: the rainfall shower, convenient parking, location and photo ops within the flat and easy check in/out.
We would absolutely stay here again on our next trip even if for only one night again.
Cheers,
T&E

Other than the neighborhood this was the nicest rental I’ve stayed in! The area was super loud at night and a little sketchy, but was walking distance from better areas.

We stayed here for our anniversary weekend. Pictures do not do it justice, every detail was thought of and very classy. Walkable to strip district restaurants/breweries. Helpful hosts!

This property was very nice. It was clean, snazzy, and close to the strip (20 min walk). The parking lot right next to it was convenient and easy to find with the mural. The bridge exit was a little noisy but we don’t mind it not being silent. Overall it was a great stay and I would definitely recommend it.

The apt was just as cute in person as in the photos and we'd happily stay here again when visiting family in town. There is no stove, but the toaster oven, microwave, and coffee pot all served us well. (There were electric pans we didn't use). I felt safe walking alone with the dog at night and let my teen out alone in the neighborhood to walk him as well. The apt was quiet except for road traffic (loud if you aren't used to trucks and a busy street) but it was fine for us. One night there was a group in an adjacent apt (could hear everything! and it was concerning to the dog - so to us as well.) Thankfully that was only one night. All in all a great rental unit & we had timely interactions with the hosts as needed.

This property is cuTe. Like… really, really cute. The location was wonderful for seeing a show at Stage AE (less than 10 minute drive). A lot of nice details. And the outdoor space was lovely. The hosts were on point with giving me needed information about check-in and using the smart home features and stuff. We were in town for the weekend and had time to explore the neighborhood a bit (omg go to the French pastry shop on Butler St!). We had a blast! I will say that there’s a serious lack of linens and blankets though. The listing says the place sleeps 3, but the bed didn’t really fit my bestie and I comfortably (it was a full- a foam style bed- pretty firm, probably not great for a side sleeper, but I liked it), and there was not one single extra blanket to use on the sofa. Not even a throw. And it’s just a sofa (very comfy!), not a pullout. The bed had 2 top sheets and a very thin blanket. There was only one dish towel and 2 sets of bath towels. No paper towels. So a little thing like drying your hands was kinda impossible. I don’t know what I woulda done if I had spilled something on that super lovely couch! I would 100% stay here again, but I would bring extra blankets, towels, and dishrags. And I wouldn’t bring more than 2 people (and one person should either be a good cuddler, or agree to sleep on the couch).

We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment is as beautiful as shown in the listing and actually was bigger than it looked in the pictures. It was clean, well stocked and the bathroom was a luxury. Would highly recommend for its location between Lawrenceville and the Strip. We had more dining options than we could indulge in over our six day stay. I look forward to another stay!

I cannot speak more highly of this property. Not only is it beautiful and immaculate, the location is fantastic and parking in included! Such a find.
Communication with the host was very easy and explanations for the property were as well. I go to Pittsburgh to do things and see the sights, but it certainly would be very comfortable to relax in this space for awhile. Modern, yet homey. Very well appointed. Exquisite bathroom!!
And I almost forgot about the outdoor space. Also lovely and inviting. We took advantage of it, even though it was chilly.
Neat history of the building also.
We plan on returning and will be very disappointed if the space is booked. Thanks, Adam
