wish we could’ve stayed longer. cute town and excellent place to stay

Nice place for families in Hofn

Location is right on the water, the place is the top floor so no noise and lots of privacy. It is the only apartment, so the space is good for 5 people to sleep in. Has washer (no dryer though). kitchen was well stocked. Overall it was a comfortable place.

No dryer. The checkin process is a little painful, you click a button and someone will come which can take 5-10minutes. This could be improved. Not clear instructions provided for checkout.

The view to the harbour, possibly to use wahing machine, children enjoyed huge TV with Netflix.

Hugely overpriced, the rack for drying the clothes was rusted, old cutlery etc.

Highly recommended

We had the whole of the top floor with parking right beside our own front door, so very easy getting luggage in & out. Very spacious, warm & comfortable apartment with everything we needed including a washing machine & detergent for our laundry. Beds & shower all great! Stunning view of sunrise over the harbour.

Bathroom is renovated and huge. The owner was lovely. Overall good place to stay in hofn

Huge room, huge kitchen, and a very well thought out bathroom, really easy to bathe an infant. Next to a great take-out restaurant, and a separate private entrance, perfect for covid precautions.

Smoke smell in the apartment, and also a very strong urine smell in the living room. We were a bit grossed out and didn't sit anywhere in the living room.

The host met us and gave us the keys despite being slightly later than the check in time. Kitchen has basic supplies. Clean, convenient. nice place to stay overnight for a family of 5. The apartment is right next to a diner with great breakfast ...yummy skyr, pancakes, omlet and good coffee! Convenient to downtown famous restaurant Pakkhu's and Ishusid Pizzeria! We got our covid pcr test at the health center close to this place before we headed out to the next destination Myvatn! Easy to register on travel.covid.is- results were back by end of the day.

The perfect place for our group of three. Airy and light, really nice location. Thank you.

A nice location overlooking the harbor, and near some good restaurants. Easy parking and comfortable beds.

There was no dishwasher ( not a big deal).

A nice place to stay in Hofn

We stayed for 2 nights in the apartment. Although the house is quite old, it is very comfortable and clean. It is located in front of the port, the restaurants and the Netto supermarket are all on a walking distance.We enjoyed it very much.
