Los alimentos y las bebidas de excelente calidad y gran surtido. El club de playa esta muy lindo

El club. De playa abre a las 10am cierra a las 5 pm. Las habitaciones son pequeñas. Tienes que compartir mesa con otros huéspedes por falta de espacio ❌. No cuenta con estacionamiento.

Like the comfy of the beds good mattress Loved the the cleaning ladies cleaned the room every day and put new clean towels. The staff at the food court excellent Always so helpful Wild life on the back stunning The club Niru with stunning view loved it

The check in We had to wait till 3 pm We got there early the front desk staff not helpful at all The food court hours not helpful The only restaurant to have a good meal Too many restrictions to make the reservation Dress code way to crazy

El club de playa bonito lugar, apartado de todos, acceso a la playa muy fácil, el kayak muy divertido,la comida bien, las bebidas básicas pero bien, intalaciones limpias, el personal de cocina un poco seco al dirigirse a uno pero siempre muy respetuosos, personal de seguridad y resto del hotel siempre muy atentos.

Un grupo como de 8 personas imagino latino-estadounidenses porque mezclaban el español con inglés (spaninglish) tomaron como si estuvieran en el spin break y pues había varias familias con niños pequeños

Las instalaciones del hotel son excelentes, el club de playa está espectacular y el personal es siempre amable y atento. Los alimentos son muy buenos, preparan espectáculos para cada noche de una gran calidad.

Un día no hicieron la limpieza del cuarto.

We like to be in this place. The beach club is pretty and hotel too.

Locations was good. The property worths the price we paid.

We didn’t have internet in our room. The beach club closes at 5 and some of the beach staff were not nice cause they were just repeating that the beach club will be closed soon.

El personal con el que se hizo el check in atendía de mala gana, la comida poco variada, así como las camas súper incómodas y el baño sin alguna amenidad más que un jabón para manos que jamás cambiaron

It was very enjoyable

The rooms were nice, the pool/beach club was great- staff were good, sometimes at the front desk were not very helpful but for the most part it was great. Check in was seemless

the fact that you didn't have food options between 5pm and 730 pm.. not very helpful with families with children for sure.

Avoid the rooms with old ACs!!!

Food ok, good. Location also ok. Small nice hotel. Night shows were amazing. Staff super nice. Beach club is nice, pool awesome.

Loud music all the time, everywhere, annoying. They gave us a king size room with an awful AC, the room smelled like humidity when AC was on. We got sick, idk if AC caused it. After two nights of this nightmare we asked for another room with a newer AC and it was amazing. Bit we had to ask for it. It is unacceptable they're offering those rooms with old ACs. The old room was even more expensive! It looked like a 2-Star hotel max. Very disappointed. Never going back to this hotel.

The room was very clean. The hotel is located in an amazing garden with various option to have fun with the kids like a mini-golf and table tennis. There was a shuttle to the beach club every half hour, but it is also possible to walk to the beach. We liked the restaurant at the beach club where the lunch was. The pool was nice but the beach is open to the public and was always very crowded.

We didn't like the food in the main restaurant (breakfast and dinner). It was not very delicious and caused some stomach problems to my husband and me.

Great location, very friendly staff, great value.

The location is fantastic, very close to the beach and the Beach Club has amazing views.

The beach club closes early at 5:30, it would be nice to stay open for the sunset.

they charged us more than was said . no elevator and we had a elder person . the tv in room didn’t work . wifi in rooms never worked. food always cold .your at the beach club and can’t go in wet to eat in the restaurant. at dinner time they have a show and they don’t have enough tables for every room so you have to share a table with other people and we are high with COVID cases . the people go to eat and stay till show is done the people that want to eat have to wait till people leave at 10pm to eat . I would not stay there again and would not recommend to any

NEVER AGAIN!

The cooks, waiters and maids were very nice.

I Can only wear gym shoes. We were not allowed to eat in the specialty restaurant because of wearing gym shoes. Lunch was off the property. We arrived around 11:15 or so. We were hungry. Lunch off the property didn’t start until 1:00. If we would have eaten when we got to the hotel, that would be breakfast. So then on the day checking out we would have to pay for breakfast per management. There were other issues.
