Get me out of here ASAP
The swimming pool is pretty good, but it's impossible to relax there. There' just way too much construction noise going on during the day, and kids and music during the night. The apartment is just ok for the price.
Probably one of the worst stays of my life. If you want to stay in overpriced, noisy, overrun by strange people, then this is the place for you. Don't count on any friendly interactions with guests, they all have the same closed unfriendly face. These people are just ruining Bali. Booked the one bedroom apartment, coming from another noisy place in Legian, and hoping/thinking/expecting something a little bit quieter in still-less-developed Berawa. What a disappointment, it was even worse. The apartment is just small and not equipped enough for the price we paid. It also faces all the construction, probably more then simple rooms. THERE IS CONSTRUCTION ALL OVER THE PROPERTY, EVERY DAY, FROM 8 AM UNTIL 10PM sometimes. No noise or rest laws are followed. This will likely last at least another 2 to 4 years. I heard shots fired! When it's 6PM, you want to enjoy the nice sunset from the balcony, and expect the noise to stop,it doesn't. At 10PM you think it's finally going to be over, but then either there's loud music from neighbours, or super loud music from Atlas and other clubs nearby until 1 AM. The pool is often crowded with kids screaming from 4PM onwards. There are HUGE aggressive bees flying around from trees nearby. We almost got stung a few times until we decided to stop using the pool or going in the balcony. The breakfast is poor, limited and repetitive - eggs, toast and juice. Underground parking is only for bikes. You have to park your car outside in a dirt park. The location is just alright. Either you have a bike/car, or you'll have to walk a fair bit in dangerous roads until you reach the restaurants or supermarket area. The beach is 10 minutes away by foot. However, that's not the nice part of the beach. You'll have to walk either north or south from that location another 10 minutes until you reach actual Berawa or Batu Bolong.

Couldn't wait the monent for check out
Location
Very small rooms inside a very narrow villa with a ridiculous super tiny swimming pool the water heater provides water for one person shower, forget about 2 persons, they ask 400 k for deposit, be aware that this is mostly to protect equipment that us shared in the common kitchen, which means if other guest breaks it you will pay as well. Too much noise for the arrival of other guests inside this supposed narrow villa. Small bed for 2 , narrow room, no Netflix, very impersonal and doesn't look you are in Bali, more like very cheap resort in south of spain. Will never go back
