Horrible, horrible and horrible and I am being nice £80 I think I should have got a few hours sleep

Nothing went well the room I was given had just been decorated so naturally it had a very very very strong smell of paint, I literally could not breathe so I complained to the staff that was on duty but he did not have any sympathy, I then went outside to get some fresh air as the paint was starting to trigger my ashman,I went back inside and told him this is unacceptable and I paid £80 for you guys to kill me .It was only when I was on the phone to my son who is a solicitor that he contacted the owner and they swapped my room with another guys room. I am surprised that you do business with this so called hotel . Then in the morning I had to be careful that I did not burn myself as it was hard to find a balance between the hot water tap and the cold water tap seriously the only way to describe this place is its a SHITHOUSE and you should seriously go and inspect it before you send anyone there ever again. I spent £80 for one of the worst night in my life I should have have just slept at a bus stop.PLEASE DO NOT SEND ANYMORE CUSTOMERS THERE UNTIL YOU HAVE CHECKED THIS PLACE OUT you owe it to the people that use your website.

There is absolutely nothing about this place that says hotel there is nothing about this place that says bed&breakfast all these people are doing is preying on people and you guys are helping them. Yher is nothing about the place or the service that I like I would never ever recommend anyone to this place.

The rooms were really dirty and in the toilet had poo stains . I asked the guy to change the sheets and he said no he was very rude and argumentative . I wouldn’t recommend any ones goes there . What you seen online is not what you get

A very bad experience, To forget as soon as possible

Parking for car was good, in front of the hotel.

Bedroom was 9 m2 ,we had no chair, no table, no night tables, no space. A lot of dust. Bathroom was in an other part of the bedroom. After one day we got an other room, but also 9 m2. , and no table and no chairs again. We had bathroom but shower was not Ok for women and not possible to get the right temperature.

Having a fridge in the room was great. The kitchen downstairs at the back of the house/Hotel was handy to have.

It's a very old house/Hotel in need of a refurbishment.

good location, close to train station

It is the dirtiest hotel I have ever been in my life, it has a shower inside the room that smells a lot like urine, there is no toilet in the room And it seems that people pee in the shower, it's very unhygienic!!!!

Exceptional

Walid was very welcoming I appreciate the fact that I got to see the room and decided if it was good enough for me shiam was there at check out she didn't hassle me about my check out time or tried to get me to leave they were always pleasant checks in with the guests to make sure privacy and comfort was met I enjoyed my short stay and I will definitely be coming back here whenever am in the area ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

Daylight robbery

I didn't like anything at all. The room was in very bad condition. I had to book at the Travel lodge because I couldn't sleep at Crystal Lodge. The place doesn't deserve to be called a hotel, it's daylight robbery.

What they advertise on their pictures is nothing close to what the place looks like. I felt like it was daylight robbery. The place was so dirty that I could not even spend a night there, even though they took my £312. The toilet was in a very bad state, the beds were dirty, the curtains were dirty, the floors are worn out, it was shocking.
