Atlantic Villas 303 is spacious, tranquil, and beautifully decorated! The moment you step into this three-bedroom, three-bath beauty you know it is going to be a vacation to remember. This high-end property comfortably sleeps 7 and has amazing views of the Atlantic Ocean. The main living space encompasses the living room, dining area, and gourmet kitchen, perfect for entertaining. A large leather sectional is nicely situated so you can enjoy watching a movie on the flat-screen TV or take in the ocean view through the large windows and sliding glass door. The condo boasts two private balconies that are beautifully furnished and offer an inviting space to stargaze. The dining area is part of this open floor plan and includes a wet bar with a wine cooler. The primary bedroom has a king bed and access to the balcony with breathtaking ocean views. The en-suite bathroom is connected to the bedroom and is complete with double sinks, a walk-in shower, and a luxurious soaking tub. The units here are all 3 bedroom/3 bath units with modern, fully equipped kitchens and bathrooms. The complex was built in 2006 and down to the smallest detail, these high-end beach condos are top-notch. Atlantic Vilas has a pool with a separate hot tub on a pristine pool deck that faces the ocean. Underground parking, FREE wireless internet, a community room for gatherings and parties, and a building security system are all provided for the guests. Every unit has spacious balconies with fabulous views.

We chose to stay at this property because it was right on the beach, within walking distance to Flagler Avenue, and large enough to accommodate our family. The property management team was super responsive in responding to my questions before our arrival. Everything was smooth during our stay and I didn’t need to reach out to them for anything. The condo was very clean with modern upgrades. We will definitely stay here again!

This property was clean, spacious, and fully stocked. Check-in process was smooth; everything was explained on the link they provided. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance. At the beach, right across from the condo building, there is a lifeguard (10 am - 6 am) which was a major plus since we traveled with kids. All in all, we had a great stay.

The property is just as it presents in the listing. My one biggest issue is that you do not have a designated parking place. I was told I had one parking place designated but upon arrival late at night with my two year old disabled daughter I found no spot to park. I parked down the road which was not an easy task since I was alone with my daughter. I called the next morning to get the code to the garage so we could park and was informed that we do not have a parking spot out is first come first serve. It also happened to be Spring Break so I am sure you could imagine how busy NSB is during this time. There was no laundry detergent and we were required to wash beach towels before we left . I did not bring Laundry detergent as I do not do laundry on vacation. I did bring all other items such as garbage bags and dishwashing detergent. I had to run out with my daughter the night before we left to get laundry detergent once I realized we were required to do the towels. This was a bit annoying ... However, everything else perfect ! Condo Beautiful and comfortable !

The condo was beautiful with ocean front view. We had some confusion with checkin and garage parking. I feel like the instructions were for all condos on this property and were very general. They need to be clarified per each particular condo because not all condos on this property have access to the parking garage. That would eliminate a lot of confusion upon check in. Otherwise, the condo was well stocked in kitchen and bathrooms with plenty of towels. Comfortable beds and plenty of room for our family of 4.

Overall a great a experience and the property is just as described in the listing. The views of the beach and the ocean from the balcony are wonderful and you can also keep any eye on the pool area from the balcony. The property itself is very spacious, we had three teenagers and two adults and everyone had plenty of space. The kitchen is well equipped and a short walk of less than 10 minutes gets you you to the downtown with plenty of restaurants. There is direct access to the beach and the property provides some beach chairs and beach toys which is nice for those flying in. Overall highly recommended.

Overall we loved the stay, but there were a few issues. We rented 2 of the units to celebrate our 50th Anniversary with our family. We reported on arrival they we had no remote for the garage and because we had 2 units the other unit discovered someone was parked in the spot we should of had. Contacted the rental company and they never got to car moved or a remote to us for the whole stay. Other issues were the two back bathrooms bath drains were stopped up. The one was unusable as the water took forever to go down, and the toliet in that room refilled very slowly. Without these issues it would have been a perfect stay. These are beautiful units with a great view of the ocean and beach. I would rent again.

The condo was beautiful, spacious and clean. All of the beds were so comfortable, even the bunk beds. All of the mattress' seemed brand new. Loved the big living area and kitchen. Tons of beach towels and chairs provided. The only problem we had was the fridge stopped working on us the last 2 days so that was not fun to deal with as we had a 2 year old that needed her milk cold and as well as are other grocery items. A maintenance girl did provide us with 2 coolers so we could fill them up with ice but nobody came to actually fix the fridge. The condo had a large cooler provided. I'm glad this happened at the end of the trip otherwise this would of been a huge inconvenience. The bedroom with bunk beds could use some lamps for at night time and the bunk room did get really hot for some reason. I loved the dual balconies and watching the sunset on the back balcony was gorgeous in the evening! The only negative of the whole trip was the fridge going out. Definitely would stay at this property again!
