This 4 bedroom, 3 bath home sleeps 14 guests, making it a perfect getaway for large groups. Enjoy the community's private river park that offers fabulous swimming, fishing, or just kicking back and chillen! Located next door to On River Time is a tubing rental and shuttle service for those who want to begin their tubing adventure up river and float home! On River Time is the perfect launch pad to begin your Guadalupe River vacation!

With plenty of parking, guests are welcome to bring their water crafts to enjoy this river property! The main level of this splendid river home is located just up the stairs. Guests are met with a lovely, spacious deck complete with plenty of outdoor seating for dining or just hanging out with a favorite beverage! On those toasty Texas days two outdoor ceiling fans provide a wonderful breeze to enjoy the outdoors. Upon entering, guests are greeted with a relaxing atmosphere with high ceilings and tile flooring. The living space offers a comfortable sofa, complete with large flatscreen television to enjoy a relaxing movie night after a long day of river play! Appreciate A Taste of Texas with fun accents carried throughout the house. With plenty of seating at the dining table and bar everyone will have a place for a delicious meal! The kitchen is complete with rich dark wood cabinets and a fun tile backsplash that coordinates with beautiful granite countertops. This kitchen features a full-sized refrigerator, cooktop stove, and dishwasher, perfect for large groups!

Just down the hallway from the kitchen, bedroom 1 features a King bed and flatscreen television, and hill country views. Bright accents contrast well with the dark wooden tones in this space, making it a relaxing oasis for your stay! A spacious bathroom is complete with a walk-in shower and large vanity. Just across the hallway bedroom 2 offers two sets of bunk beds, this space ensures everyone gets their own bed for a restful night of sleep. Down the hall, bedroom 3 also has two sets of bunk beds, with one full size bed on the bottom. With two large windows, this room fills with wonderful natural light! A bathroom is located off of this bedroom, complete with a spacious walk-in shower and a lovely double vanity, making it great to accommodate many guests. Soothing Earth-tones are highlighted in this bathroom for maximum relaxation! Bedroom 4 is located downstairs on the ground level. This room features a queen bed and a bunk bed, sleeping a small family or a group of kids. The flatscreen television in this room is perfect for a movie night for the kids while their parents enjoy their time on the deck upstairs! A bathroom is also located at ground level just outside of the fourth bedroom. This bathroom is complete with a walk-in shower and large vanity and mirror, perfect for cleaning up from your day on the river before heading inside!

The main level outdoor space offers a picnic table, and charcoal grill! Perfect for Grill Masters to show off their Barbecue skills while enjoying Hill Country views and a favorite brew.

If you are looking for more fun in New Braunfels, explore the adorable downtown area with tons of shops, restaurants, museums, and theaters! Rent paddle boats or picnic at Landa Park, swim at the Spring Fed Pool, spend the day at Schlitterbahn Water Park, or visit one of the local wineries or breweries for wine or beer tasting. If you enjoy live music, the property is a short drive to Whitewater Amphitheater and River Road Ice House. Take a day trip to Gruene, home to the historic Gruene Hall, to enjoy music and dancing, or dine at the delicious Gristmill Restaurant. Adventure and explore in the Natural Bridge Caverns and catch the zipline on your way out! You can also enjoy a beach area with swimming and nature trails at Overlook Park, just a short drive away with great views of Canyon Lake as well as the Dam, or rent a pontoon boat or jet ski for the day!
