We had a wonderful time in this beautiful, unique home. We were very comfortable and the house was perfect for the five (could have slept 7 comfortably - 2 twin beds not used.)
Couple of tips - bring bug spray! Mosquitos are I abundance, at least this time of the year. Also, there was some construction happening at the house across from us which made for a lot of noise during the work week. They only work a half day on Saturdays and are off Sundays. (Just something to prep for.)
Also, bring some tide pods and dishwasher pods, they don’t have them here. They also only supply one roll of paper towels, so things you may want to consider buying more, as well as fresh sponge if you’re a weirdo like me!
Otherwise, it was perfect and the store is so close that it easily accommodates our ability to walk to get whatever we need. The beach access is a true 10 minute walk. Heading down was easy, heading back was much harder being mostly uphill.
Neighbors super friendly, lots of beautiful birds, lizards, wild cats…we even saw a snake, which was not poisonous.
The property manager was VERY responsive the entire trip. Would definitely come again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Me and 6 of my girlfriends stayed here fo celebrate my birthday. The house did not disappoint. It is very spacious so none of us felt like we were on top of each other. The neighborhood is very nice and we felt very safe. I would highly recommend this house. It is also super close to downtown. I will definitely be renting this house again in the future if it's available.!

We came to cabo for my bachelorette and the house was perfect for 8 girls. There were a couple of small things that need to be fixed like the air conditioning in the master and the hot water in the master but other than that the house is beautiful, perfect and safe location, we would stay here again.

Nicole and her team were absolutely amazing. We came with a group of 7 and Nicole provided great recommendations and was always super responsive with any request we had. Cannot thank Nicole and her team enough for hosting such an amazing stay.

Had a wonderful time with our family. Everything exactly as listed on line. We spent most days bbqing and lounging by the pool. Short walk to beach with good snorkelling. Having the grocery store across the street was wonderful too. Plan to return one day.

The house is exactly as described online with the property manager responding very promptly over any minor issues further rectifying them swiftly. The quick 15 minute walk to the beach allowed for early morning sunrises and a beautiful view. With this however we wish the appliances were more properly labeled primarily focused on the complicated function of the oven, fans, light switches and dishwasher. With this there are a few minor missing amenities, including tea towels, garbage bags and dish rags. Overall would highly recommend this air bnb to anyone with a larger group visiting Cabo San Lucas. The location was excellent and the establishment was an extremely enjoyable experience.

We had a blast at Casa Coco! The neighborhood was beautiful with easy walkable, access to an awesome beach. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. Communication with the property manager was seamless, and all of our questions were answered promptly. We couldn’t have asked for a better start to 2024!

The house is great for families with a rec room for the kids to play games, watch movies and right off the pool. The beds were super comfortable and linens were readily available. The only cons for us were that we thought that the pool also had a hot tub as the smaller pool looked like a hot tub, and the pool was pretty cold. Unfortunately, there was also construction taking place right in front of the house during the week day, we flagged to Nicole and she was super responsive and reached out to the HOA but just a flag. Thanks to Nicole for your responsiveness! The house is pretty close to Cabo San Lucas and a great market.

We rented the house for 4 adults and 2 kids and we loved how much space there was. Every room had it's own bathroom which was really nice and the rooms were quite. The pool was perfect for younger kids as it is about 3.5 feet deep which is also perfect for just lounging all day in the water. The house is walking distance to a grocery store and some restaurants and a spa. We really enjoyed the stay.

Nicole's place was a charming palace with so many high-ceiling, spacious rooms and a gorgeous backyard with a stunning pool! The house is located in a nicely gated community and has a convenient store, café and a pharmacy, etc. within in a walking distance, as well as a huge grocery store across the street for all of your kitchen needs. Nicole is very transparent and highly communicative and was there for us every step of the way prior to the arrival date to answer all of our questions and concerns. Unfortunately, once we arrived at Casa Coco the anticipated construction (very rare) by the house was much louder than we were prepared for. Nicole was very sweet and sympathetic, and kindly let us cancel the rest of the nights even though it was past the deadline to modify/cancel our trips from our end through Vrbo. Even when I forgot some of my belongings after leaving the house, she had her staff leave the items at the front security for me to pick them up. We would love to return to enjoy the house another time - thank you for everything, Nicole!

From the original booking thru till we checked out was fantastic. The house is amazing, BBQ area, swimming pool is great! Very quiet neighborhood and very safe! Grocery store across the street which is nice and the beach is a 5 minute walk. 11 bucks for an Uber to downtown Cabo to go have some fun at night! Can't say how amazing Nicole was to deal with, she anyway questions in a timely matter and was fantastic to deal with! Will definitely be staying here again!

We had a great experience at Casa Coco! The full kitchen was wonderful, we loved the pool and fantastic views from every window/balcony. We had a few "hiccups" which were cleared up/fixed very promptly by the host. Would stay here again without any hesitation knowing we would be accommodated as if were family.

Thank you to our amazing host. My family and I (Total of 6) enjoyed every second of our stay at Casa Coco in Cabo Bello. The neighborhood is beautiful. The house is even more beautiful. It’s just as it’s presented/pictured here online. The highlight of my family trip was spending a full day in the back yard grilling and enjoying the pool. We are definitely considering staying here again. We absolutely loved it. no negative notes or comments it’s A DREAM VACATION house for sure. So sad we had to leave. THANK YOU HOST NICOLE FOR EVERYTHING!

The house was really beautiful and comfortable and the location was perfect. We were one single adult, one couple, a 12 y.o. and a 14 y.o. and it was more than enough space for us.
Only drawbacks were: (1) the hot tub doesn't work - I know the listing doesn't mention it, but having seen it in the photos, I assumed it did, (2) there was no bottled water at the house -- in a place where you cannot drink the tap water, this seems like something a host should provide, and (3) there were no toiletries - I don't know if VRBO customs are different in other countries but I am used to there always being shampoo, conditioner, and soap in the bathrooms.

The house was very clean. I had no trouble checking in and all my questions were answered in a fashionable manner. The house looked just like the pictures and was in a great location.

Great place. Some challenges. But it’s mexico. So all understandable. Property manager was very attentive. If not able to accomplish much because of circumstances. No jets in the jacuzzi no heat in the jacuzzi, no window coverings in the kitchen area which makes it overwhelming hot in the afternoons. No hot water in 2 out of 4 bathrooms , we made it work. Overall. The little annoyances are far eclipsed by the amazing property and the location. Would stay there again and again.

WARNING!!!! This house was a nice place, unfortunately, the owner did not pay the power bill and on the 5th morning of our 8 day stay the power was turned off at 8am. At 10am, Instead of being honest they said it was a power outage (all the neighbours had power). We did not hear back from them until after 5:30 pm saying that the power bill was not paid and that the power would not be back on until the next day! (!!! NO Flushing toilets, No Air conditioning, no cooking, all of the food that we had bought was now warm in the fridge. Unfortunately we had to move our family to a hotel for the last 2 nights of our stay. The owners are not willing to cover the cost of the hotel or the groceries that we lost because of the power being turned off. Very unsatisfied with this experience and are still trying to recoup costs we lost because they did not pay their bill. It is not fun to find a hotel last minute in Mexico for 7 people!!

Honestly fell in love with description, once arrived not so much before I proceed Ms.CINDY WAS VERY GREAT!!! In my opinion a house and or villa doesn’t need to be listed if it’s being remodeled. Advertised 4 bedrooms 1 bedroom was locked therefore only 3 rooms available (luckily 2 of my guest backed out). Slim to no hot water in master bathroom, microwave very small, new stove placed in during CHECK IN (had to watch a video to plug it in and set it up) turned AC on in one of the rooms and it soaked the ENTIRE BED, have to pay for HEATED JUCUZZI, a dead bird found on balcony (very scary for superstitious people), several outlets DOESNT work, etc! For the most part Cindy tried her best to accommodate me quickly however, all of the retouches and upgrades needs to be done FIRST before listing. It was very embarrassing to say the least and this experience by far made me never want to rent a villa again. On the bright side Uber is very convenient and the villa is very close to everything.

Our stay at Casa Coco was May 13th – 20th. This is a great location to stay in Cabo, only 4 miles by car to downtown. There’s plenty of public beaches to drive to but there is a very nice beach area accessible within the gated community that is within a short walking distance from the home. This community, Cabo Bello, is very secure and quiet, which we loved. It’s a great area to get out for a walk or go for a morning or evening run. Security patrols the interior as well as monitor who comes in and out 24/7. The weather during this time was excellent with only 40% humidity so May is a fantastic month for great weather. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the size of the home was very nice and clean on arrival. There are so many areas of the home to enjoy and you have a washer and dryer, which helps if you do not want to pack many clothes. There is also a very nice grocery store across the highway that you can walk to but there is no crosswalk so you have to be quick to make it across safely. In addition, you will need to take your own shopping bags or purchase theirs, as they do not provide paper or plastic sacks. There’s a couple of good restaurants within walking distance so if you don’t rent a car, you do have those you can walk to. If you do rent a car, we went with National Car Rental who had the best prices and great customer service. We drove to Todos Santos, and had a wonderful day walking about enjoying the sites and the local food. The hosts were excellent during our stay and we had the pleasure of meeting Cindy who is such a warm and lovely person. We loved Cabo Bello and looking forward to a return trip in the future.

Beautiful on the outside. Stream behind house trashy so just dont look that direction. No hot water in master shower which was a nightmare. Random lights dont work. Youll have better luck cooking with your lighter than the stove. Barely a warming flame. Micro new but too small to fit plates that are provided. Bring your own dish soap if you want to use the dishwasher. Broken glass coffee pot was a bummer but usable. Fountains at property were not working at least not that we could tell. Lighting pretty poor throughout tough to see in master. If you want to heat the pool apparently you wont be able to cook or take a hot shower which we couldnt do anyways for the most part. All the floor is the same color tiles as steps so becareful we had two elders fall coming out of the master suite. Beds were comfortable. Towels were pretty ragid. If my math is right this property is taking in about 5k to 9k a month if well occupied. Be nice if some of that was reinvested into the property. Alot of warnings to not use the power and ac when not there because of power supply issues? LED fixtures could help with issue and updating appliances to energy savers would help also. All in all the price was right and the house beautiful. Owner was responsive over the phone but id prefer him to be proactive or at least have someone respond in person to deal with my angry wife trying to wash her hair in a freezing cold shower. Whats the point in spending almost 2gs for four days and have a unhappy wife.

Enjoyed our stay. Having stayed in Baja a lot, this place checked almost all the boxes, which if youve stayed in Baja much, thats about as good as it gets. Not a dis at all. Just saying if tou want it 100% to your liking, you might just need to buy a place and make it so;-) Thanks Ron. Really appreciate the stay.

Our family booked our trip for Casa Ron without knowing the property was for sale. The closing occurred just before our trip, and Casa Ron wasn't helpful at all! The new owners were better than we could have expected! Cindy took such great care of us and reached out immediately when we couldn't figure out how to turn the jacuzzi on & had a pool guy there within the hour! We booked through Casa Coco to use the pontoon boat & it was the highlight of our trip! We will definitely be back soon!

We loved the location of the house. Close to everything and a short drive to downtown Cabo. We had a car so easy on and off hwy was a plus.. The house does need some updates but you can easily overlook those based on the price and location.

Ron, the host was very responsive to any and all questions and requests. The place is large and well equipped with most things anyone would need. Felt very safe and the beach was walkable, only about 10 minutes away. There is an incredible new grocery store just across the highway from the gated community which I would highly recommend. Bakery, fresh fish, fruit and veggies, prepared foods, ice, water and anything else you could possibly need. Probably the nicest store I've ever been in, just amazing and the staff there were also terrific. We had noisy neighbors, 3 screaming kids for a few hours each day but that is impossible to control. I would stay again for sure. Thanks Ron.

Ron has a great home. It is well furnished and you will find everything you need. Each bedroom is a master with ensuite. Great pool and outdoor eating areas. There is a large well stocked supermarket directly across the highway and also a private beach a short walk down the hill. There is a coffee shop close by as are a handful of restaurants. The neighbourhood has 24H security and the guards are very friendly and helpful. The house is less than 10 min to San Lucas by Uber. I would stay here again!

This property is wonderful. It’s clean, very nicely decorated, and in a great (gated) location. The owner is helpful and very accessible. The pool, spa and outdoor kitchen are a big plus. The internet was spotty and there wasn’t a lot of hot water but all in all, we had a terrific time.
