Nice T4, in the center of Annecy, located on the first floor of a quiet building at 10 minutes walk from the train station, courier place and 15 minutes walk from the lake.
With a surface area of 89m2, the apartment offers a capacity of 10 beds, 2 of which are intended for children due to the low height of the mezzanine (1.10m)

Pierre was very attentive, helpful and responded quickly to all my questions. It is hard to find a property that can fit 9 people and is only 1km from all the main attractions. The place is simple but has everything you could need or expect being in the middle of the city and including garage parking!

Nine of us - six adults and three children -spent a wonderful Christmas here. Pierre was kind and helpful throughout, he even installed a Christmas tree and a bottle of champagne. The flat is 15 minutes' walk from the old town and 20 from the lake. Shops are close by including a bio supermarket. When we had a problem with the shower, Pierre was there to fix it within an hour. Parking and waste disposal are easy and there is a dining area which we could all fit into for meals. Thanks, Pierre!
