Located just a block away from the Chesapeake Bay and Bay Ridge community beaches and a few miles from Annapolis' historic downtown area, this roomy home will be perfect for a memorable family vacation! There are warm and inviting social rooms for gathering, quiet nooks for some me-time, and sprawling outdoor spaces. The large deck overlooking the lawn into a wooded area offers a very private and serene setting. A sizeable outdoor table with seating and a gas grill is perfect for warm-weather barbecues and meals alfresco.

The spacious living room is adjacent and open to the kitchen with big, comfy furnishings. The sitting area off of the kitchen has more comfortable furnishings and a big-screen TV. The inviting den has leather furnishings and a TV. The open and updated kitchen features a full Sub Zero refrigerator and a full Sub Zero freezer, a fantastic island for prepping, and all the amenities. A separate dining room has seating, the kitchen table provides additional seating, and the kitchen island has stools.

There is a big game room on the lower level with a pool table, air hockey, and foosball table. Adjacent to that is a huge room with a beautiful big bar, stage, and an impressive home theater. Additional perks include free WiFi, Comcast Xfinity cable TV, and a Sonos music system throughout the home.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

There were 16 of our family members in the house from ages 18 months to 69. We were able to get everyone in a room and assigned a bed. They had a great game room in the basement with a pool table and foosball. They also had a nice bar down there. The kitchen was nice and large and very well stocked. We had to watch out that we weren’t using all the hot water at any one time since we had to run the dishwasher, washing machine and the showers every day. Another hot water heater would be really nice! The neighborhood was perfect and we took lots of walks down by the Chesapeake Bay and the kids swam in the surf. So much fun!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house is extra large and the kitchen mostly well equipped. It is one block from the water in a lovely neighborhood. There were plenty of things to do in the area. We highly recommend this place!

A beautiful, spacious and warm home. We had a large group of 5 women and a gaggle of kids. It was almost impossible to get the kids away from the rec room, theater and back yard trampoline. The home has everything you need and the space is perfect for a large group, we never felt like we were cramped at all. Check in and Check out was easy as pie and the responsiveness of the caretakers made us feel very welcome and respected. Would love to return. If you are looking for a beautiful, immaculate, peaceful home, this is the perfect home. We felt very welcome from the moment we arrived and were greeted by Christine. We were a party of 12 and we had more than enough space. The location is perfect. Food - Giant & CVS are both very close.The property is located in a beautiful, safe neighborhood. The theatre and game room is awesome. Too many great things to write about this house - you will not regret it! I would definitely rent this home again! Outstanding home. Great for entertaining friends, and family for our daughter`s wedding weekend. The rooms are all wonderfully decorated and comfortable. The basement level with bar, entertainment center and game room just added to the experience and the patio and backyard were very comfortable and relaxing. We had family from Illinois, Texas , and California and to a person all just love it. I highly recommend this home for rental. The owner and agent were wonderful to work with and we had no issues before, during , or after our stay. Only one concern: all rooms are on the second floor so for elderly or handicapped this could be an issue. August 2016. Spectacular Home! We are locals, but recently rented this home for our overflow wedding guests. It is conveniently located within a mile of Chesapeake Bay Foundation, the wedding venue. This home is spacious and beautifully decorated. It was the perfect backdrop for our awesome wedding photographer, Victoria Selman, as the wedding party got ready at the house the day of the wedding. The guys had a great time hanging out in the basement playing ping pong and foosball while the girls were 2 floors away. The master bedroom and bath had plenty of room for the bride and bridesmaids to have hair and makeup done. The upstairs hallway had perfect lighting for bridal portraits. The property manager, Kim, was friendly, gracious, and so easy to work with. Our guests had a great stay! We highly recommend this home to others, especially those hosting weddings at the Chesapeake Bay Foundation. We could not have chosen a more perfect house! Our daughter was married less than half a mile away at the Chesapeake Bay Foundation and we hosted our family and out of town friends at this house for the wedding. Everyone loved the house. Each guest room was beautifully decorated, clean, spacious and comfortable. There were plenty of bathrooms for guests and visitors, and again all beautifully decorated and clean. The kitchen is fantastic and the theatre and game room were amazing. The master bath is to die for.The house is made for parties and gatherings. The downstairs space flows easily from the kitchen to living room to the deck. There are great seating areas on the first floor that really lend themselves to to mingling or being able to stop and chat with groups of friends and everything is so open.Everyone loved the house and commented throughout the evening how perfect it was.Everything that we needed was in the house or close by.Just a short drive to grocery and liquor store and just about anything else you would need . The kitchen is well appointed and had everything we needed to prepare meals and so open that we could all be in or nearby to chat during meal prep. It was just a very warm, welcoming and comfortable atmosphere, which was just what we were looking for in hosting our family and friends. We had a great time, would definitely come again and would highly recommend this house to others. It made our weekend perfect. We live locally in Bowie MD, but other members of the family are scattered mostly in VA and Frederick MD.Our parents were coming in from the Midwest and my brother was coming in from Texas. We wanted a solution to all the family members traveling miles to different homes to visit everyone, and not being able to spend quality time.We wanted more than just a house - we wanted a home in which to spend our family Thanksgiving. We found exactly what we were looking for in this large, beautiful home.Not only was it spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, it was warm and inviting. We utilized every inch of the house from the breakfast room to the theater and rec area on the lower level.Everyone had a ball from my 80 year old parents down to my 4 y/o nephew.Their fabulous kitchen and dining area provided everything we needed plus more for a fantastic Thanksgiving dinner. The guest rooms were large and comfortable and the beds slept wonderfully. The kids spent Thanksgiving Day down on the beach(a block from the house) with their pants rolled up and feet in the water in November! The best compliment that I can give the home owners is that we were as comfortable in this home as we would have been in any of our homes with the extra perks(and there are many)that come with a vacation rental! Wonderful experience. The place was immaculately clean, thoughtfully and very generously equipped and provisioned (for one example, the `starter` cleaning and bathroom supplies promised were beyond ample for our entire stay), the information sheet was thorough, and the facility exceeded our every expectation. We loved Bella Chateau! It was perfect for our large family gathering, of 15 people, including 6 kids and grandpa! Everyone had plenty of space, and the house is really well appointed with all the amenities. Owners decorated for Christmas and we just added our personal touches, and they even supplied a bottle of wine from their own wines, which was very good! We loved the neighborhood of Bay Ridge- great to walk to the beach and neighbors friendly. Very convenient to downtown Annapolis and At Home Annapolis is terrific, very responsive!! It was so great to have someone to answer questions. Would highly recommend and we hope to come back for another family get together!
