I would definitely stay here the next time I am in the area.

I love the little touches in the room, the bed was comfortable, shower was hot with excellent flow.

And adult size toilet would have helped, I think the toilet should be sent to. Kindergarten class.

Beautiful facility, great staff, terrific service, but the breakfast was disappointing.

Poor. The scrambled eggs came out of a carton, not out of a hen. The dry cereal was laden with sugar. Bad!! There was no bacon or salmon. There were no tongs to get the sweet rolls out of the container. There are a lot of air crews that stay at the property, and the breakfast should be better banned, not just filled with sugary carbohydrates

The toilet in 1039 did not work properly. Sometimes it flushed and refilled, other times it did not.

Perfect for what I needed

Close to airport and car rental return at BWI - perfect! Front desk folks folks found me a mani/pedi place close by with directions.

We dined at some great eating places In Hamilton.

We we right in the heart of the downtown area.

Overall the stay was good and the location was convenient.

The tv was inoperable when I arrived. Maintenance was able to fix the issue temporarily, but there were still signal issues which made it difficult to watch programming.

Brief overnight for an early shuttle to BWI.

We left too early for breakfast. Check in late in the evening with Nina was exceptional. Check out with Gabi was also well done. We went to the bar and had a few drinks. Looked like a nice place to hang out but we were too tired.

Everything was great. Shuttle service back took a little longer than we anticipated. We returned from our trip on March 23, 2023 at around 4pm. Made it back to our car at the hotel close to 530.

Near our destination.

Didn’t have enough towels. One dispenser empty. in shower. Needed toilet paper. Need less expensive restaurants. No perks for bonvoy customer.

Unfair charges to pay prior to staying the night

We stayed the week prior and it was excellent. This time was absolutely horrible.

We stayed the week prior and it was excellent. This time was absolutely horrible. If the front staff person was more pleasant, we would gave stayed. I was paying with cash. The booking was first less then $190.00 for the night. She insists I need to pay with a card and pay $240.00+. Since when is cash not accepted? When I told her I wasnt paying that price since I booked it for a lower amount, she said it the $50.00 was just a hold first the night first incidentals. I told her I wasn't paying that amount she basically said then I wouldn't be staying at the hotel that night. I didn't even have the chance to say I was paying in cash. My husband said let's go. Then they tried to charge my card for the $240.00. I knew because I just came back from a cruise the card didn't have enough room on it, that's why I was paying in cash. I showed up, they wanted me to pay for something I didn't pay for the previous visit.
