For outdoor enthusiasts, stunning Yosemite National Park is just down the road, one of the most beautiful sights to see in the United States. Bass Lake is also nearby, offering fun-filled days of boating, fishing, paddleboarding, and just about every waterfront activity you can imagine. If you want to explore local eateries, shops, and entertainment, discover downtown Oakhurst just a few minutes away.

Inside the home, you'll find a bright interior with a warm feeling of welcome throughout the space. Spend time with loved ones having great conversation on the comfortable furniture, or hosting a movie night on the large TV in the living area. Prepare grand meals and lake picnic snacks in the spacious kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar. The main bedroom is the epitome of comfort, with a spacious room for personal effects, and an exquisite en suite bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. Kids will love bunking down and making memories in the bunk beds, as well as playing outside on the tree swings! Make your vacation unforgettable when you spend it in beautiful California.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

It’s such a beautiful place to get lost in nature. We saw deer daily and the bird life was incredible! The accomodation is so comfortable and spacious . Rooms are amazing, bathrooms and kitchen. It has everything you need and they are very generous with what they offer. We will come back again! Highly recommend!!

This home was extremely clean, well equipped and very spacious. Would highly recommend this place if visiting Yosemite and you’re staying outside the park. Takes 1 hr 15 mins to tunnel view. Close to grocery stores, coffee shops and still feels secluded enough to enjoy the nature around.

It’s a convenient location with grocery stores and restaurants nearby. About 90 minutes away from the Yosemite valley. Nothing fancy but the property does have all the necessary amenities. Not sure why Vacasa managed properties don’t provide tissue boxes and coffees. People would have enjoyed the stay even more.

This rental was perfect. Our 3 small families (baby and dog) attended a Yosemite reunion, that traffic was stunning and stressful. Our day at nearby Bass Lake was much better! House had all essentials to make meals or picnic layouts. Deck has 4 seating areas. Mgmnt was very responsive to some minor needs. Dead end road and much wildlife.

Very good experience for us, a short stay at Yosemite for two nights. It’s located very close to all the shopping center. Clean, sufficient supplies, check in & out efficient. The only trouble we had is to enter the code for the locker. There’s no instruction prior to the arrival other than the texted password. But once you called the management, it got solved right away. Overall, I will recommend for sure and will be back for another time.

When we first stumbled upon this home online it seemed almost too good to be true. We went for it and everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Everything was perfect, they really thought of everything. We did 2 puzzled while we were there. They were hard but we had a great time figuring out the pieces. The home is really comfortable. The kitchen contains everything you need. The bed is comfortable and the bathrooms are clean. The location was incredible, quiet and we saw 2 deers while having our coffee in the morning. Our stay was comfortable and memorable. Thanks for such a wonderful time! We will be back for sure!

Loved coming here, will definitely come back. The interior was beautifully arranged. Kitchen and rooms came with everything we needed. Every morning, we looked out the windows and saw deer roaming. Very picturesque. It was very safe for our dogs to be on property without worrying that they'd be run over. The house is just 20 mins south of Yosemite South entrance, which was perfect for us. Definitely beats staying at Tenaya Lodge. Plus this house is next to all the major chain stores if you need groceries or take out food. Can't wait to come back!

My husband and spent a week exploring Yosemite NP and surrounding areas. This home was a wonderful home base very comfortable, clean and easy access to everything we needed. The area has excellent restaurants. Had a wonderful time while we were there would highly recommend.

The biggest inconvenience was the AC unit, which was EXTREMELY LOUD (sounded as a taking off jet). In addition the minimum temperature to be set was 75F (too much to our taste) Otherwise the place was nice

This home was very nice and it is conveniently located near the entrance of Yosemite National Park. There are many shops and restaurants nearby. There were a few issues at the home when we arrived, but they were very quick to respond and try to make things right. Overall, this was a positive experience for us. Thank you!

The home was easy to find and access. The bedrooms were a nice size and bathrooms convenient. Everything we needed was available from linens to cooking equipment. We enjoyed the deck with plenty of furniture. There are plenty of restaurants if eating out is preferable and located conveniently to the south entrance into Yosemite.

Home is in a great location, very clean and comfortable. Nice place to stay with everything you could possibly need. Only issue we had was they didn’t respond to our messages. Not really much of a big deal we just had a question of where the bear box was on the property because we couldn’t find it. Far from a deal breaker, everything else literally was amazing, we just kept the bag of trash in the kitchen closet and figured they would put it in the proper place after we checked out. Highly recommend this home.

From the moment we arrived we found this vacation home to be perfect in every way! It has been newly renovated and is absolutely gorgeous. Clean, bright and beautifully decorated throughout. Everywhere we looked there was another thoughtful touch. Stocked with everything we needed for that home away from home feel.....seriously, they have thought of EVERYTHING! We spent our evenings relaxing outside on the charming, furnished deck...complete with lighting, fans and the tranquil sounds of water from a darling pond. This home sits on a large, peaceful lot of land that offers a lot of privacy. We loved watching the deer and quail passing though daily. Plenty of great shopping and restaurants close by. Convenient location near Bass Lake and Yosemite National Park entrance. We can't wait to come back. Don't hesitate to book this vacation home...you won't be disappointed!
