My stay at this hotel was very good I will gladly recommend it to others. I plan on staying there again

Just a one-night stay as I was flying out in the morning. The shuttle is a plus and it's located very close to the airport. Restaurants close by.

Great place especially for the price. Rooms were clean and updated. The free shuttle to the airport was so helpful.

We are doing there event 2 time a year .they are amazing . We love it

The room was a non-smoking room, however it appeared that someone definitely was smoking there. Everything smelled of cigarettes the walls, carpet, chair, curtains
When I called the front desk to see if I can move to another room, they claimed to be fully booked.
There was blood on the bathroom mirror, the bed was so hard.
I just wanted the night to end.
I am currently staying at La Quinta, it’s actually $8 less per night and the room is amazing.

Very smoke infused

Check in was difficult due to an outrageously loud party going on in the function room directly across from the front desk, making any instructions/questions/answers difficult to hear. (Perhaps closing the door to the room would have helped, but it was wide open). We had 2 rooms reserved. In both rooms the electrical outlet to the table lamp went out some time during the night (leaving the devices being charged from that outlet un-powered). Upon entering the first room, it was obvious that it had never been cleaned after the previous occupant, or it was still being used. The room was a mess. Returned to the front desk for a room change. In the new room, the shower diverter lever was stuck in the up/shower position, so filling the tub for a bath would have taken hours due to the water-saver shower head. The tile had many spots of mold . The selection between hot and cold on the on/off lever was extremely difficult to adjust. The first wash cloth I attempted to use was filthy dirty. There was a big chip/crack in the sink (fortunately, it did not leak). Big hole in the wall above the mirror The sheer curtains at the window were shredded The latch to hold the bathroom door close was missing In the second room, flushing the toilet produced gushing water between the tank and the bowl, and all over the floor. The smoke detector was missing At breakfast the next morning, many items were used up long before replenishment.

Room needs renovations. Everything is broke or in bad shape. Door doesnt seem to lock because the cleaning guy knocks on my door at 8:30 and comes in while we are sleeping to ask if we are leaving. Check out is at 11am why do you bother us at 8:30?? Never seen that before

Very convenient to Albany Airport, and their Airport Shuttle was much appreciated. Decent Fitness Center, and the Indoor Pool would be nice any time of year. Complimentary Continental Breakfast hit the spot.

I was given a room that smelled like cigaretts and the bed sheets were dirty. Asked to be switched and they put me in another room. The bed sheets were dirty with holes. Asked for sheets and they gace me dirty sheets again. Went to walmart to buy a blanket. No hot water in the morning

Dining options are nearby, they have shuttle that take you there and they are very willing…. It was an okay experience…. Will be back.

Old, beat up, scary. Arrived at 12:30 am and luckily we were just staying for 4 hours because we had an early flight. Book somewhere else. The front desk help and security guard (yes, they need a security guard) were very friendly but thats all this place had going for it. Old room with broken and weak doors. Thin walls and a 9 inch matress ontop of a squeaky metal spring frame. Didnt want to step foot into the shower. Dirty bathroom floor. As we left at 4:30 am there was someone living in their car parked right outside the door.
There are 5 other hotels within 1 minute that i would have rather stayed at.

The room had a real disgusting smell, bath was old and unpleasant to use in any way, especially supposedly white towels were grey like used 10 years already. Dirty walls and beds.

roaches crawling up the walls, shower moldy, smelled unpleasant very disappointed in hotel and travelocity's star rating. Should have been a one star at best. $125.00 for the worst room I have ever stayed in.

arrived after midnight and given a room with cockroaches running up the walls in the bathroom . Mold in the bathroom shower. No cups in the room. Water stains on the ceiling. Window sheers with shreds. Unpleasant smells throughout the building. Called the front desk and was given another room without any apology. Very disappointed stay for $125.00 dollars and we will never stay there again ! It would have been better to have spent the night in the airport. Disappointed in Travelocity's rating, should not even be one star. Very misleading and unfairly priced.

I love how well not all rooms connect right to the pool room but I had the room that go to it. They have outside are where you can cookout. The only part they really need to do is get better as cleaning. The bathroom need to be hair free when new people arrive. And need to check make sure no bugs I had found some bugs by the surge bar by the table. They did put me in a different room when I went and mention to them. Good staff I like the place though. I would come back. Just make sure check the room before actually to take the room.

We arrived after driving 6 hours to the property. The room was dark as in not enough lighting and had a foul smell. What concerned me most was that there were security guards manning the doors to the hotel. We went to the room and opened the blinds and there were people sitting outside looking zoned out. We were concerned enough to ask for a refund after being there about 15 minutes. We were refused a refund so we left and went to another hotel. Not our best experience and we definitely would not recommend this property.

This hotel is definitly not as shown in the photos I saw. Room and bathroom were not well maintained and not clean. The electric wall outlets were in poor shape and either broken or so worn charger plugs wouldn't stay plugged in. An outlet behind the bed had no cover and the top plug was broken with exposed internal metal parts.

A little underwhelming, the check-in took long, our room smelled quite strange, and the room next to us definitely had a resident that was smoking cigarettes. The bath tub in the bathroom felt like it was caving in a little. It was do-able, but definitely won't be coming back here. Also, the pool water was pretty cold.

The staff was very nice and answered ever question I had.
The worst part about staying here was the condition of the place, it seems pretty run down. Also, there were at least 3 security guards on sight. (They were either overweight or looked to be under 20 years old)
I'm not sure what kind of issues they've had over the past but it seemed like overkill.
For the price of a stay you actually get a lot.
I would say 3/10 cleanliness and that's just because the hotel seems old.
But a 8/10 for everything else, it's definitely worth the stay if it's only a night or two and you're catching a flight in the AM.
The desk is actually open 24 hours

The rates were cheap, the pool was fun, and the staff was very helpful.

Booked because it's close to the airport and they offered a shuttle. Quick pickup and easy check-in. Security guards all over because they house migrants. Zero issues from anything. Very safe. It's half of the price of others in the area.

Honestly had to pray the entire night that I would still be alive the next morning. We will have some gnarly PTSD after our one night at the Albany Airport Inn

Weird smell, stained sheets and no service

Very old. Very dirty. Very loud clientele. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming and accommodating.

Toilet did not work, mold on ceiling, beds uncomfortable, noticed others having issues with cards but ours worked. There was what I thought was a security officer, but then I realized he didn’t speak English and not a US citizen. There were lots of questionable people hanging around that may have been drug dealers. The room and hallway was smelly. I would not recommend.

This is an older chain hotel made over into a family-run establishment. It is a little awkward and shabby but the beds and bedding were top rated. The people were kind and working hard to make us comfortable.

We just stay for five hours so we couldn’t enjoy all the amenities of the hotel. In general it’s OK

This hotel was unpleasant to stay at. The room smelled bad, for one. Furnishings were worn and tired. I was assigned a room with a door to the pool area, so I listened to people walking through that area all evening. I could hear people in the rooms on either side of mine talking, televisions blaring, babies crying, etc.
There were so many young families with children racing around the lobby at 10pm when I checked in that I presume this hotel is being used as a family shelter. Not advertised, not expected, and not appreciated.

This hotel was not great but it was not bad. Walking in the lobby is dark. The room was clean and bed comfy but the bathroom was in need of new paint. Not sure if there are smoking rooms but I definitely smelled it. Also, children were running down the halls and slamming doors.

Place was not clean,, restaurant was closed and place smelled of weed all the time, place got to have issues they have security guards on premiss

The property looked pretty sketchy with some sort of program run for refugees and homeless people. Part of the hotel was also offering food services to people not staying in the hotel. I will not recommend this for families
4.0
There are families living at this hotel. Sad.. There were lots of kids screaming at the indoor pool all day. The hotel has shabby rooms with inexpensive maintenance and repairs. Not too many people staying when I was there. 24/7 security guards at 3 side entrances (why?)
