The bed was very comfortable. The location is also handy, close to the place I was visiting.
But one day the newly changed sheets had dried blood on them. Not nice. The motel is very basic, no room decor at all. The hot water faucet in the tub/shower leaked hot water and got very hot even during a three-minute shower. Hot enough to burn an unwary customer. The breakfast was not well supplied, no biscuits for biscuits and gravy, for instance. Staff responded to issues as if I was creating a problem for them.

I needed another date on my stay, because I couldn't make it, on my scheduled date, due to a car accident. I had try to contact the hotel never got them to answer over and over. Contacted Expedia app assistance, they tried to contact the hotel property and got no answer, so lost our on my money and my stay.

Need better coffee and breakfast

The pool was not open. Breakfast was only adequate. Staff were nice (when I saw them infrequently) It just needs some general upkeep. Only 1 elevator worked and it was very dirty. Our hot water faucet leaked. Sink faucet leaked if turned to hot or cold. It was convenient for our needs but wouldn't stay again.

It said breakfast included. But except waffles there was hardly anything else. Breakfast area was not welcoming.
They were even out of coffee.

Room should have been half the price. Very old building and not worth the price at all.

Front desk check is into an already occupied room. We open the door with the key given to us to a room that apparently had some basically living in it. We told the front desk and they had had someone who’s last name same as ours in that room. We didn’t stay there. Bad part of town and it didn’t feel safe.

The rooms can use a little TLC especially when you get on the elevator it makes you feel like you're in the projects in the ghetto very unsanitary

The Days Hotel & Conference Center by Wyndham Danville was clean, staff was nice and that had breakfast was the best part for me and my husband to get us started on our day. I will be staying there again when I have to take my grandson back home. in a couple of weeks. U felt safe it was quiet the gas station was right across the street. easy parking and they had cameras around the hotel that works over all the place was wonderful.

The person that checked me in was very nice. The renovation in the lobby looked nice. Only 1 elevator was working. The beds were comfortable. However parts of the bathriom were not clean. At first i thought maybe just old and worn but even the toilet paper holder was dirty on the inside. The person that checked me out was not as friendly but could tell she was probably frustrated as while i was checking out she addressed what she perceived as a late arriving employee.

The staff was wonderful!! They were all very quick to take care of anything, more towels, coffee in the late evening, restoring tv/internet when storm interrupted service, etc. Each staff member we encountered was very kind and welcoming.

Needed a place for U of I graduation and everything was booked or outrageously overpriced. Tried this, I mean, how bad could it be? Bad. Looks like a flop house. Fortunately, the front desk were helpful in getting me some clean sheets. Would never go back again.

The shower curtain was full of mold. The floor in the bathroom was very dirty in the corners. The bathtub was very slippery with no grip or mat inside.

We reached very late in the evening from driving, when we called ahead to confirm we were assured not to worry and things were good order and they gave us a nearby room.
Being late for breakfast and being closed, they did not hesitate to bring us the breakfast. In general very convenient location ( ~2 miles from I-74), good service, ample parking. Would recommend wholeheartedly.

The hotel room was clean, but it is in need of updating. Electrical outlets didn’t work, the hairdryer didn’t work and the room is definitely in need of a paint job. Also, the shower head was not attached in the shower.

The bed was very comfy, but the whole room had a "bed bug" vibe. In a state of disrepair and felt very bare bones. Elevator was sketchy to use.

Upon check in: baggage cart broken, back pack fell to the deck as the loose upper hook swiveled and caused my computer backpack to fall 4 feet. Many of the metal framed glass corridor’s door handles are missing pieces and or broken (fire hazard). 1 of the 2 elevators were broken for duration of the stay (6 floors). 5th floor smelt of old stale cigarettes smoke. Room smelt of old stale cigarettes. Both of the beds top comforters had cigarette burn holes (seriously folks this is bad). No bar soap. Then there was ZERO cold water coming from the sink so super hot scalding water forced us to wash in the bath tub. Shower controls were both loose and coming in and out of the wall (not attacked/secured to the studs) and large gaping holes were revealed behind the face plates - this inferior plumbing would never pass city inspection. Main door peep hole was missing the glass instrument. Sitting chairs cushions were dirty and dusty in the corners.
We’ve been staying in the Danville, Urbana-Champaign, Farmer City. Rantoul, Ottawa, area for several years as the kids attend college it UI-UC. For as many nights as we’ve stayed at these hotels for lack of other available rooms it has been nothing but a consistent disappointment! Although every hotel stay asks us for a review, not once have we ever gotten any feedback?
It’s a shame that the standards for your hotels takes such a dip in-the rural areas. I can assure you that if there were more room choices you’d be history. SAD!

The property is under renovation and feels not wrll maintained or clean, lack of signs made the process of finding your way around difficult

This property has gone through quite a few changes, but not necessarily for the better. I booked a business room thinking it would be decent, but I was wrong. I booked through Expedia and paid online, but when I got to the hotel they requested an additional $100, which they stated was supposed to be on the website but wasn’t. The toilet barely flushed and the place is run down. The only reason I stayed was the other hotels were booked for a College Basketball tournament. Needless to say, I won’t be staying there again.

The room we got was disgusting. I believe the hotel had it posted that there are renovations going on, but the cleanliness of the room was horrifying. Upon entering we saw handprints on the headboards of one of the beds, and the bathroom was just covered in either dust or some other white residue. The inside of the toilet was disgusting and overall i think i felt dirtier in the room than anywhere else on my trip. Our door was also missing the top lock so i felt a little uneasy.
Staff seemed pretty nice during check in and check out.
If i was not just staying one night I probably would have brought up the condition of the room, but i was so tired from driving i didn't bother. I probably won't return if I'm ever in the area. If the hotel reads this, please make sure your rooms are clean before filling them.

Cleanliness is an attitude that generally reflects management...
Work on the management at this location and cleanliness will not be an issue.

Room may seem cheap but the deposit is ridiculous. Clean quiet
1.0 / 10.0
Front desk attendant was rude, when I questioned the extra deposit they were asking for "incidentals" she was very rude "we started this a while back". I informed her that hotel.com did not state there was an extra deposit she rolled her eyes at me.
The hotel is under "construction" look just i was walking into a horror house. When i was getting ready this morning i seen a cockroach. After I booked local friends told me to make sure i check my stuff for bed bugs.

I was told the place was under new management and they were working to improve it by adding a breakfast bar. From what I could see, I hope the new management has deep pockets because there's a lot to be done to bring this place up to a decent standard. Hallway carpets were dirty and worn, elevators were horrible, TV in room was tiny, and the general feel of the place was verging on seedy.
