This HIE overall is well operated with a friendly staff and generally well maintained rooms.

The breakfast was satisfactory. No complaints

There were some stains on some of the furniture and the shower curtain didn't retain all the water in the shower resulting in a small pool of water outside the tub.

The room was big and spacious.

The bathroom door would not latch l, we had to wad a towel up to hold the door closed. The shower curtain bar was about to fall off the wall. It drooped pretty badly.

Decent pool. Friendly staff.

WAY overpriced! One of our two rooms had some sort of leak under the carpet so a huge area outside the bathroom was squishy wet. The poorly caulked area in the bathroom probably was probably related. Bad breakfast too.

Would stay again if they get better beds

The staff was excellent!!! Great people Hotel was clean and good atmosphere Room was great size- plenty of room Had a refrigerator issue and management resolved matter quickly

The beds are HARD Reasonable price point- but need better beds

It was a very nice stay, clean rooms and very nice staff.

The front desk and the maids were very nice, friendly and pleasant. My room was very clean which I appreciated!

The mattress was not as comfortable as I like but OK! There was a lingering air of cigarette smoke even though it is a smokeless hotel, I told the front desk and they took care of it.

Needed a quick overnight rest. This fit.

Bed and chair were comfortable. I wasn't afraid to walk without shoes on. Shower looked inviting. Nice to have fridge, micro, good sized tv.

I liked the pillows but my husband would prefer a firmer kind. Needed the nightlight we brought. Couldn't move the clock. No explanation that our room straddled 2 time zones! That was weird! No place to plug in the car.

Older facility but clean and well maintained.

No restaurants nearby. They use cleaning agents which are heavily scented that triggered our allergies.

cleanliness, breakfast was good. beds were firm but I was ok with them.

hot tub shut down. Getting in shower was slick so hold on to bars.

It was good over all. The hot breakfast that was included helped make up for deactivation of my key.

The breakfast was delicious.

My key was deactivated. I couldn't get into my room at one time and that was an inconvenience. The desk clerk reactivated it for me. It should not have ever happened. That terrible situation has never happened to me before at any other hotel.

The staff were very nice and accommodating. Sheila, Shayla and Kayla were awesome. 😊 We also enjoyed our hot breakfast as well. Even though it seemed mediocre, but I love the fact they use my favorite Coffee Mate French Vanilla creamer. ☺️

We highly recommend.

Our reservation via Booking.com was not on their computer but the staff was very helpful and friendly. They arranged for us to have a really nice King suite. Our favorite part was walking out of our room the next morning to the smell of breakfast waiting in the lobby...warm cinnamon rolls, cheese omelets, sausage, biscuits, and more. The hotel manager was on duty when we checked out, he was also very friendly. This was our second time staying there. When we find ourselves in Danville, this will be our "go to". We highly recommend.

The hotel was great. Booking.com was a disappointment.
