Unpleasant

We showed up and the lobby smelt like marajuana was being smoked in there. The lady took a while to notice us because she was laying down in a booth seat with her head in a man’s lap, the finally greeted us and she seemed very rushed to get back to her guest. The room was dirty, the wall paper was peaking, the tub had hairs all in it, the toilet ran constantly where we kept having to take the back of the tank off and fix it ourselves. Our stay was a disappointment from start to finish.

I booked a couple months in advance. Once I walked in the room, I immediately wanted to walk back out. But knew the area

The facilities were fine and King Suite we had were exceptional.

Good location close to interstate. The rooms were clean and well appointed.

The breakfast was awful. We went down at 7:19 and there were many items that were empty and not available. The oatmeal tasted like glue. It was very disappoint as I always stay at Hampton Inns when I can because of the breakfast. In addition there was confusion among the staff with 1 telling me one thing at check in and another a different thing at check out and I ended up being double billed.

It was perfect for a night. The staff and facility were great.

I thought the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

The room could have been a bit cleaner. There was a large "grease" spot on the kitchen counter which was a bit disgusting.

Comfortable, enjoyable.

Good breakfast. Nice variety. Varied by day. Had excellent service from the front desk. When we were checking out, I told the desk clerk about the noise late at night above us. He discounted our bill.

WE had requested a top floor, but did not get it. As a result, we had "stompers" and "jumpers" above our room late at night. Still, the hotel did attempt to deal with the situation that night. There is only so much you can do to stop noise.

I would stay here again

The room was very spacious and check in was easy. I like the hot tub and pool area. The complimentary breakfast was also nice. Staff was friendly.

This is very minor but one of the windows was missing the black out drapes. There were some guests with out of control kids running up and down the hallway at late hours. This isn't exactly the hotel's fault but it was annoying. Also you couldn't access some of the outside doors with your room key for example, if you parked in the back, you would have to walk all the way around to the front.

An oasis of comfort after a long day of driving with a great breakfast to send us off.

Breakfast was great in a nice dining area, coffee was good, the variety of offerings -- the waffle maker! Clean, quiet, comfortable, with helpful staff, and a great location to rest along our journey

Would be nice if restaurants were located nearby.

Couldn’t turn on tv. Could not call front desk. Recommendations for dinner took us to a sketchy part of town. Front desk clerk was non-responsive

Exceptional

It was extremely clean and checking in was a breeze. It was our stop along the way as we travelled to visit family-the room was comfortable, it was quiet and the coffee was hot!!!

Horrible stay

Absolutely nothing!

Staff entered the room at 8 am without permission. Staff was rude throughout the stay. Charged my husband extra for no reason. Harassed all the way to the parking lot by staff. Upon return housekeeping was in my room with my minor children even tho check out was hours away. Very uncomfortable stay! Owner was rude when trying to inform him of the situation! I would NEVER stay here again!
