Unhygienic, pool had lots of back swimmers insects. I do not recommend this place specially if your with kids. Nasty.

Towels were threadbare. Food service area, ceiling tiles missing, drapes falling. Only starch for breakfast, no fruit, milk, or protein. Bed was creaky and lumpy. Shower/bathtub was peeling. Not worth $160!!

I enjoyed my stay here.The room was very clean and was fully equipped including adequate heat and air. This old hotel is undergoing needed renovations but the noise was minimal. When they are completed it will be even better. My suite like room had new carpet and bathroom counters as well as a relatively new bed but an old tub! There’s a beautiful pool at this hotel with lots of room for lounging.

Well I would love to tell you about my stay however after booking the room and receiving the confirmation number I was told at check Inn that they don't rent to locals and refused me my refund saying it's on you guys he received nothing. Don't you think that a man running a business here would welcome locals but not this guy he acted like he was the motel God and I wasn't worthy of his establishment pretty messed up for a business owner to do being his business is in a town that the locals can't have use of my suggestion is dump his sorry ass. Thank you..

The price was too high for the quality. Room smelled like smoke in a non smoking room. Overall needs lots of repairs. Just looked run down. Felt a little unsafe.

The pool is very pleasant. The breakfast is pretty ood. My room was not cleaned ONCE is 6 days. No fresh towels, soap, lotion, etc This is inexcusable. I asked for an extra blanket but never ffeceives one.

The hotel was clean and quiet, and the room was very comfortable. The breakfast was included in the price, and it had an outdoor pool. The hotel manager was amazing when we had a puncture. He helped us change our tire to the spare which got us to the tire company a couple of miles away. Was so grateful to him.

This hotel is definately not for just anyone. Lol. First of all, the microwave and alarm clock were not working. The floor was not mopped and it was sticky. The bathroom floor had hair behind the door, like it had not been swept. There were towels hanging behind the door. In the middle of the night, a hair ball between the sheets scared me. Finally, someone knocked on our door, not sure if they confused rooms. The breakfast is very plain as well. I was on a budget so my choices were limited but definately many things wrong with this hotel.

Smells like an old smokers room that was painted over and walls/ceilings not cleaned before painting. No hangers and no luggage stand resulting in having to put unsanitary suitcases on the bed to repack. The bed was quite comfortable.

Although rooms were clean. The rokms were super hot. Check in time was pushed back the night before, but then we were told to leave at the original time anyway. Talked to many workers and only 1 was willing to work with me. If it wasnt for her, im not even sure we would have gotten a room. They lost our check in when we got there.

Had a hard time just getting towels. My granddaughter went for a swim, and they said there was towels by the pool and there were not any. Had to have my key reprogramed. Went to check out and found no one around.

Bed was clean and comfortable but, iron and ironing board were missing. Blow dryer didn't work; concerning Jerry-rigged wiring around front door. Hair came up from tub drain after shower was turned on. Bath towels were not much more than scratchy bar towels. Loud people in next room were definitely flipping out on some kind of hallucinogenic.

Unclean, took too long at checkin time, 1st room given was opened and a disaster. Tried to check in a bit early but was told it would cost 30$ more. When I came back to check in the lobby was packed and took too long!

Horrible place! Making our way to our room there was a guy who wasn’t staying there was asked to leave. As we were walking by she sprayed him with a pepper spray gun. Which we got the back spray. Our eyes burned, couldn’t stop sneezing and coughing. Took us awhile to get over it. Now onto the room…horrible room. Was not clean at all. There was hair all over the sink, tub and, floors. Beds were not comfortable, bedding had holes in them. Most of the lightbulbs were burnt out or outlets didn’t work. Towels were stained and didn’t look washed. The shower curtain was useless as it didn’t stay closed. The soap was different varieties as if they used other hotel brands (not a dealbreaker by the way). Definitely my top 5 worse places that I’ve stayed at. I would have rather been at a campsite.

We chose this hotel as a budget-friendly hotel for our family to have a weekend get-away with a pool. This hotel was unclean, "non-smoking rooms" smelled of stale smoke, had holes in the curtains and bed spreads, the outside structure of the building was literally falling apart (holes in the wall), the pool was "out of order" when we got there so the kids could not swim, and the hotel made no efforts to try to amend the situation.

I booked online and before my stay I needed to check on their dog policy so I rang them. I should have read the signs then and cancelled. While asking my question, the person didn’t understand so they just hung up on me. When we arrived there, you could tell the property was very run down. From the moment you opened the front door we realized we made a mistake. We were immediately greeted with the smell of a dog kennel - it brought tears to our eyes. We have stayed in very well maintained dog friendly places - this was definitely not the case here. The grout in the shower was moldy, good luck trying to wash your hands as to conserve water, the faucet only pushed out an ultra fine spray, bit like a windex bottle! Even though they offer a complimentary breakfast - don’t do it as it is the worst condition dining room we have ever seen - not only is it dirty but the ceiling was missing chunks of plaster, with some pieces hanging down and you can see particles falling on the food. My advice is sleep in your car if you can’t get any other accommodation.

I am sorry to say that this Days Inn and Santa Fe in general are in poor shape, littered and run down. The motel were nice, but there were not enough of them to keep the facility clean and serviced. The breakfast was minimal at best, with only two hot food options that were not very good. This is in an area populated with the homeless, and while I wish them well, I don't have a solution to this growing dilemma.

There was a piece of wood over the place where the ice machine would have been. The first room I went into smelled really bad & the door was open. There seemed to be some long term residents which didn’t make me feel comfortable. Stains on the bedding and some kind of silly putty holding the shower curtain rod onto the wall. All in all, I will not be returning to this place again.

Service was not good in the morning. The coffee was out and no one to refill it. There was no selection of fruit for breakfast. No one was at the desk to assist, with coffee or to answer questions even after ringing bell. Poor quality of bedding.
