Hotel was in need of upgrades. The lobby and hallways were literally falling apart. It looked like the rooms had been updated not too long ago and were in better condition. Although, I had to get my room changed since I was given a room where the window didn't close. The walls were paper thin. I could clearly hear the conversation of the couple in the room next to me. The parking lot outside my room seemed to be a popular place for people to hang out until midnight or later. It was like a party in the parking lot every night. The staff was nice and helpful and check in was easy. I used the laundry facilities and was grateful for them. The restaurant had the best breakfast I've had in a long time. I stayed 3 nights and no one came to clean my room - this is actually a plus. I don't like it when the bed gets re-made and the room cleaned while I'm out. I don't need new towels after just a day or two. It always seems excessive to me.

The first room offered was dirty and smelt of urine. Second room was better but needs updating. People loitering in the lobby by the check in desk asked for cigarettes and change. The hotel was giving them accommodation and dinner vouchers. Our room had seen better days. It needed an update and deep clean. The bed covers were dirty. See photo. I personally would not stay again. On a positive note. The breakfast was very good.

I liked the location and how staff were professional and friendly. The building is needs renovations. Other than that it was a good place.

Thankfully we only had to spend one night! The room we booked smelled so bad we couldn't take it. We asked for a different room, looked at 3 more before we got one we were willing to stay in. The floor was gross, someone else's clothes behind the bed. We booked online, so couldn't get out of it. The only thing they didn't have was chalk outlines-not that night anyways!

I stayed on two separate nights that bookended a trip further north. The first night I stayed in a Queen room on the ground floor that had been clearly refurbished. It was clean and quite modern relative to the basic surroundings of the lobby and corridors. On the strength of that I book a second night for my return to Whitehorse. I only had the option of a double on the second floor. It was extremely old, bathroom fan that droned through the night, a single lamp that worked. Bathroom showed its age was not particularly clean and had a constant noxious drain smell. Mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable. Despite my impending afternoon flight I checked out at 7:30 am, without showering. In the refurbished room, there was a slip with a pen asking 'what can we do better?'. Notably this was missing from the room where they could have done way better. I actually wondered if the ground floor was run by a different than the upper. Sketchy policy on taking your credit card for 'incidentals' when there was no mini-bar or room service - it was 'in case of damage' I was told. This was only applied to the second stay - leading me again to ask in my head - are the two floors operated by different companies. Whitehorse hotels are expensive so if you do decide to stay, ask for a ground floor refurbished queen - and find out for me if there are two companies running entirely different operations in the building...

Helpful staff, nicely kept room, comfortable bed and good shower.
Carpet to public areas quite worn, but clean.
3.0 / 5.0
The rooms are basic. Except for the carpet, the rooms, furniture and bathroom are kept clean. The carpets in the halls and rooms are extremely worn and show ground in dirt.
Staff is friendly, parking convenient.
I have stayed here several times.

Staff was great but facility was tired. Sheets not changed, no safe in room, but restaurant frequented by locals for quality of meals.
Price and location were good but this is a no frills establishment. Airport shuttle was nice touch.

Location was good for walking places, close to the walking path along the river, laundromat across the street because the laundry facilities at the inn were in cramped spaces and were being used by housekeepers. No breakfast provided. No washcloths provided until I went down and asked for some. The bath towels were dingy and should be replaced. We were able to open a room window since we were upstairs.

Adequate. At $100 a night ok but $200 plus a night not good return on your investment. Having said that, Whitehorse hotel rooms were full so I guess you take what you’re given. Dated hotel, very dated. Wouldn’t stay there again. Staff were mostly indifferent but polite at the same time.

McDonald’s and tons of other trash under the beds. “Pet friendly” room had feces in room. On top of this most of the windows are open to the rooms. Unaware of this due to the blinds our pet got out. (Screen was not secure) and I spent the late hours of the night rummaging through alleyway’s looking for my cat

Hotel is fine and adequate for a night's stay. This area of Whitehorse is safe although appearance is not great (a lot of pavement and strip malls).

This property for the price was terrible. The rugs were stained, the place smelled like stale urine. The bed was horrible the sagging mattress was to big for the bed and I kept falling off. The place was extremely hot and the air conditioner was sub par. The bed had stains on it and the chair was worn and ripped. Horrible place. Do your research and go somewhere else!!!!!

Was good bed, unit was clean lots of pressure and hot water - could have used another side table lamp - but overall I would stay there again

This place was old and dirty. The bed was dirty, so we slept on top of the blankets and took a shower as soon as we got to where we were going the next day. The air conditioner (a window unit in the wall) was loud and looked dirty as well. Lastly, we made sure to wear socks the whole time as the floor wasn't clean. We will 100% not stay here again.
I would add a photo, but the app isn't allowing photos for some reason.

We did not wind up staying. The place had people loitering around the outside and the neighborhood looked unsafe.
3.0 / 5.0
Staff are all very approachable and friendly and helpful.
The towels are grey instead of white; sheets on the bed were threadbare; the carpet was dirty; the mattress was sagging; the bathroom sink had an odour, although the warer was clean and drinkable.
It would be an okay facility if there were upgrades done to mattresses, sheets and towels.

Enjoyed our stay here.

Our stay in this very dated Yukon Inn was memorable indeed. The room had an odor, the comforter had a burn spot from someone smoking, and the towels were graying and getting thin due to the high use.

Dingy towels, stained carpeting, and the ac doesn't work. The staff was nice though.
