Great hotel with fantastic options for food and drinks. The bodega on the first floor ("Red's Deli") was where I ate most of my meals for the trip, and the cost wasn't bad (e.g., bowl of black bean chili costs $4.50). It is also walking distance to The Pointe, which is an area with lots of restaurants and bars. My only complaint is that my TV only worked part of the time, and the internet blinked out on a few occasions over my 4-day stay. Side note: I had colleagues stay at other Rosen properties and their experiences weren't as good. Be sure you are booked for Rosen Centre and not one of their cheaper properties down the road; the quality varies dramatically.

First time staying at Rosen Centre. Check in experience was poor. Front desk lady with glasses (name started with “L”, I think it was “Laila” or similar) did not seem in good mood and did not offer good customer service. I asked for a floor higher than 2, and without even checking her availability she immediately answered in rude tone “that is the only king left” and didn’t give any options. I was given a disabled accessibility room in 2nd floor facing the front lobby /valet area, not very pleasant and view sucked. I had to keep window shades closed for privacy which was a bummer. Bed was comfortable but room didn’t seem fully clean, with Bobbi pins and items from previous guest still left in room. Food and service at Harry’s poolside bar was good, Destini was a great server. Hotel capacity seemed low and was confirmed with several hotel employees working throughout the night, so was surprised by the check in experience. Also, hotel seems to be stuck in early 2000’s, with their carpets, lobby, restaurants/shops, and pool area. All of these areas can use an update. I will most likely not stay here again, and wouldn’t recommend, based on overall experience. Rosen, with the amount of presence you have in Orlando, and assuming decent profitability between all the properties, you can do better.

Such an amazing place for our girls weekend trip for my birthday! Originally we were at a different hotel down the street that we weren't happy with, so we left and came here instead, and boy was it worth it!! The room and bathrooms was clean and it was quiet!! Beds and pillows were comfortable as well!!

Does not matter how friendly your staff was, fact the room was not clean. Free parking was a hassle, paying for garage parking at $28.00/per night was out outrageous. Only getting 1 night of coffee seemed cheap, had to order coffee for 2 people at $30.00 plus room service, plus gratuity fees. Restaurants inside the hotel prices were outrageous. Nickle & dime you to death. I will not stay in this hotel in the future. The toilet paper was so thin, bet Mr. Harris Rosen does not use this toilet paper in his own home why put it in your hotels?

Comfortable and safe place for single mother and child. The pool was the perfect temperature and accessible til 11:00. Staff were very friendly and accomadating. Onsite restaurants were convenient. Also close to Icon Park, shopping and Disney Springs.

Beautiful, clean hotel, great location. The only downside is that the parking garage it’s a very LONG walk to the elevators that take you up to the rooms, so be prepared to walk or pay the $40 for valet parking and problem solved.

We stayed at this hotel for a few nights, and while the staff was absolutely amazing, there were a few things that raised concerns. The main issue was that on our last night (Sunday), my kids stayed with us in the same bed to avoid a hectic morning before my daughter's dance convention. The next morning, my daughter complained about her head being itchy, and we noticed blisters on the back of her head. My son also woke up with an itchy scalp. My husband and I were in the same bed since Thursday and had no issues, but it was strange that both of my kids had this reaction after sharing a bed. It made us wonder if something in the bedding might have caused it. On a separate note, given the price we paid for the stay, I feel like valet parking and a complimentary breakfast should have been included as part of the booking. Overall, the experience was okay, but the issues with my kids' itchy heads and blisters definitely left us feeling concerned. The staff was wonderful, but I’m not sure we’d stay again under similar circumstances.

We stayed for two nights for an event next door at the Convention Center. The hotel has easy access and cery closevwalking distance. Our major complaint is that there was no riom service available, and most ofvthe resturants were closed. The deli and pool side bar and grill were tour only options for dinner.

I have Issue with my legs it was a nightmare the distances between the room all the way at the en of the floor (1459, well it was a 3er. Party reservation) everything was immaculate, but the ECO-FRIENDLY sistem in Florida Really? The room was HOT 🔥 and stay Hot my poor puppy I cant explain.

Decent hotel. You can tell it was really something in its prime, but it's outdated now and the upgrades attempt to cover the old and tired decor. Beds are super comfy, tho. The hotel charges $15 to use the fitness center, apparently because they don't charge a resort fee upfront, which makes it harder when submitting receipts for business accounts. It's a perfectly fine hotel, but nothing to write home about.

The stay overall was more than awesome. The check in was easy but then when I got to my first room it was old and outdated with a double door in it. I called the front desk to ask for a change in the room they said yes and found a solution to my problem. The new room was an upgraded room with an amazing view. This hotel is a. Hidden Gem

The room was clean, bed comfortable, nice to have a fridge! Love that the sink for the bathroom is outside the door to allow people to get ready at the same time. Tons of outlets in room which was great. The only thing I would change is the shower. It waa hard to find a good temp and an upgraded shower head would go a long way
