I have had the pleasure of staying here at least four times. Always clean, accomodating and safe. There are several restaurants in the area for dinner. Shuttle to airport is courteous and on time.

The hotel is located near the airport and provides a complimentary shuttle service that can be requested via phone and confirmation of a valid booking for the hotel. My driver was very friendly and provided some good advice on what to see and do in Cincinnati. The staff at the front desk was also very friendly and welcoming. The hotel provides complimentary breakfast, which was fairly decent. The food was a fairly standard offering, but it did the job. I appreciated that they had fried eggs - something I didn't have at a hotel breakfast buffet before. My room was quite spacious although somewhat dated. The room was clean and had good amenities. The wifi also worked well. In addition to being located close to the airport, the hotel was within 5 minutes walk to the bus stop that served the airport and downtown Cincinnati and Covington. I had a good stay and would recommend the property to others.

Staff very friendly and helpful, though extremely loud in and out of doors all night. The hotel must have very thin walls because you can hear everything. The traffic outside is very loud. I didnt sleep well at all and when I did I was woke up every little while with loud noise. They also use a very strong perfume-like deodorizer. Its overwhelming.

This was the worst Hampton I have ever been in. No closet instead a niche with a curtain. One chair in a room for 4 people and you couldn't have gotten another chair in the room. A Motel 6 room for the price of a Hampton Suite. No microwave. Baskets on rollers inside a cabinet for a dresser. The room was hot. Made coffee with water from the bathroom sink. No pads or pens to write. Never will stay at this place again. May have to find another chain.

I have come to expect a certain quality out of the Hampton Hotels and I don't mind paying for that. This hotel was horrible. The only thing good were the employees. I paid for the double room and got a regular room with 2 queen beds shoved in it. One chair. No microwave. No pens, pencil or pad to make notes. No info on places to order food. No closet just a curtain in front of a niche to hide the ironing board, iron and hooks to hang clothes on. There is more but there is not enough room for all of it. I feel like I basically paid a Hampton price for a Motel 8 room. Will never stay here again.

This was our second time staying at this hotel in the last year. Our room this time was a little underwhelming. The bed wasn’t as comfortable, the shower curtain was dirty and looked like hadn’t been washed in a long time and the air conditioner kicked on and off all night the first night and never cooled the room. I also realize we visited in a heat wave but the second night it worked just fine. We were also locked out of our room the second afternoon and had to get our keys redone. The breakfast is a wonderful selection and was very good. The staff are also extremely helpful and even offered to take our luggage to our room when we got there. We would definitely stay again, just think it’s an older hotel that needs a few little upgrades :)

I had called 3 times in the week prior to confirm reservation and make sure they took cash upon check in. The 3 people i talked to assured me that they did take cash. Checked in, paid, and an hr later, got a call saying they needed a copy of my ID! Not a problem. When i took it to the desk, the lady informed me that they dont take cash at check in only at check out. I told her that i was only telling her what i was told when i called. She was very snooty! *there was a sheila working and another lady. **it WAS NOT sheila but the other lady that was snooty. Sheila was super nice..

Shower curtain and rod damaged. Impossible to not get water all over the floor. ACdid not function correctly. Fan only setting did not work. Room was poorly lit. Desk light had ancient florescent bulb that barely glowed. Work required squinting. I am a Hilton honors member and this place was worst ever. May as well go to days inn or red roof. Switching to Fairfield inns from now on.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. We stayed for 3 night and will gladly stay here again when in the area. The Manager of this hotel was the best we have ever met and how welcome he made everyone fell was outstanding. We also went down the hallway when he was dealing with three of the room cleaners and was giving them chips and a soda and was as kind to them as he was to all the guests. Every hotel needs a manager like this man.

Not your typical Hampton Inn. I did not see a review mentioning this bathroom barn door prior to reserving but I would not have stayed here had I seen this bathroom set up. It was difficult to get to and flooded the room with light. Door was heavy as well. Staff was nice, breakfast was typical and location was good. There are many hotels in this area and in this price range to choose from.

We were concerned when we got to the room and you could hear conversations the hallway. After that, the visit was spot on! Air worked well, the location was very convenient and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was one of the best free breakfasts we have experienced.
