Great for overnight stay near airport

Great price, clean room, big spacious room

Handle on toilet was broken. Only 2 towels, but was able to get an extra.

We had a amazing stay! Clean rooms nice facility and very nice staff!

Hot tub kept needing to be reset by staff and pool had a lot of hair in it.

With the exception of the fire alarm, bed and pillows it was a very good stay

Breakfast was good. Good location. Enough room for everyone to sit.

Pillows were terrible. Pillows were so soft that when I laid my head on it my head went all the way to the bed. In contrast the bed was way too firm for me. When I got out of bed in the morning I felt as if I slept on a floor. We had false alarm fire alarm go off during the night but I believe it was because of a power outage so it really was out of anyone’s control. Just a big frustration.

We appreciated our stay for all the reasons list above.

Cleanliness, location from highway, and affordable. Price was right - a lot of bang for the buck.

Can’t sleep under or on polyester sheets, blankets or comforter. I can’t find any hotel sister that uses all cotton, so I have to bring my own and make up a bed every night when I travel.

Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Accueil rapide, chaleureux et courtois ! Chambre spacieuse et confortable. Super propre. Très bon petit-déjeuner style buffet (serve yourself). Piscine , petit gym et buanderie sur place donc pratique si vous êtes sur la route depuis quelques jours ! Frigo et micro-ondes dans la chambre donc si vous n’avez pas le goût d’un resto il y a une mega épicerie (Meijer) juste en face de l’hôtel ! Chambre 405

A good deal but no shuttle service

Clean, reasonably priced, spacious room, close to restaurants, close to airport, felt safe, quiet

They say that shuttle service is available-it is only available at certain times and this was not made clear to us until we were checking in. Staff used government as an excuse? We weren't even angry about it, but they felt the need to use this as an excuse to express thier political opinion to us. It was very off-putting.

Stay was great and the staff (especially Maria) was so helpful.

It was clean and close to stores and restaurants. It was pretty clean as well. The staff was helpful and engaging with customers. I want to recognize Maria specifically for going out of her way to help me with getting a couple items that helped make our 35th anniversary celebration a memorable one. That kind of customer support/ service is what makes customers return over and over again.

Very good

The staff was phenomenal, specifically the morning manager, the night shift worker, and house keeping! We chose to book this hotel originally because of the pool and hot tub. I also loved the horse art!

The wifi was spotty and we really wished there would have been a hair dryer in the room. We didn’t pack ours since most hotels have them and ended up having to buy one.

The hotel was incredible, and was the best experience I’ve had in years. The breakfast was very good, and the staff was very friendly. I didn’t want to leave, and I’ll be back next time I go to Cincinnati!
