I am very satisfied with the accommodation with 2 rooms and kitchen. Also it is very convenient to nearby town. Environment is so beautiful as it is opposite to Brushy Park and at the back of Hampton Court Palace.

Great hotel, provided all we needed and handy for visiting our friends and for exploring Cambridge. Pool, sauna, steamroom and jacuzzi all good. Food (dinner and breakfasts) and service were great. The room was comfortable and quiet and had nice blackout curtains, but maybe ready for a refresh. We could have done with more light in the room - there is no top light and although there are various side lamps, my preference is to be able to have more light when needed. Otherwise though, a great stay and we'd definitely use the hotel again if back in the area.

The hotel itself is fine and recommended, but really only for people with a car; for people who depend on public transportation it is quite inconvenient. It is about 15 min walk to the bus station, and another 15 minutes on the bus to the city. Not terrible, but especially with suitcases quite inconvenient. On the positive side, there is a meadow with sheep directly next to the hotel, the children enjoyed that. But a hotel shuttle to the bus stop would be really appreciated.

Overall disappointing as the rooms & corridors weren’t clean enough. Carpets in the corridors need urgent attention!! I had 2 rooms & both bathrooms with the rooms had dirty marks & smell. One of the rooms A/C didn’t work, I don’t understand why that room was given to guests when the A/C doesn’t work.

Best customer service I have experienced in years. The team were friendly and incredibly helpful without being asked. So attentive and an absolute delight. Brilliant. Special mentions to the Restaurant Manager on Saturday evening and all the bar staff.

Tired room, hairs found on the bed and side table, toilet cystern noisy and took a very long time to refill so the noise continued for about 15 minutes each time the toilet was flushed. Awoken at 3am and 5am by guests staying in neighbouring rooms. All in all a disappointing stay

Hotel fine, food and service more than happy. Booked a month in advance with hotels.com to find out although I’d paid and not amended the booking, they cancelled the room straight after I booked it. This was shown on a print out from the manager at holiday inn. After an hour of standing in the lobby arguing all points across from all sides, we were given a room. Sleeping in the car not needed after all, but furious with hotels.con who denied all knowledge. 9pm city centre with a 6 year old after walking round city all day. Great Fun. Hotel was basic but really clean and great facilities.

This hotel has no elevator. We had to carry heavy luggage up to the 2nd floor. The air conditioning was not working at all. Hotel managers didn’t offer to change room or give discounts for such a problem. Bad experience !

From the moment we walked in the staff were so friendly our room was ready even though we were a little early.it was a good sized room with plenty of home comforts including dressing gown slippers coffee maker and a fridge with water and a chocolate treat . The food was worth the money and in the bar area it was a pleasant atmosphere to have a drink after exploring the area the pool and gym area were a lovely space to relax with again helpful friendly staff Didnt have a pen to fill out the comments in the room but definitely a ten Thankyou for a lovely stay

Only complaint was that there was only 1 drinks machine at breakfast and always a queue so food got cold while waiting to get a cup of tea or tea got cold when fetching my breakfast and the usual toaster that doesn’t toast properly but the breakfast was good

Decent stay at the Holiday Inn, Impington… but it was slightly ruined by a Prom Night in the hotel which we was not made aware of prior to booking (or subsequent correspondence). Tbh, it might not of been a problem, but it was, due to the hall being positioned off the hotel rooms.. allowing for the kids to run freely in and out of rooms, leave music playing etc. Needless to say, I had words (when you have 2 children being constantly woke up you tend to!).. which was received with lip, and cockiness and even a tug of my arm from one child! That all aside.. we would stay again. But I’d want reassurances prior to booking that no event is on in the hall, purely down to its location. Pool - decent size B/fast - very nice Bar area / entertainment - also good

It is probably over 20 years since I stayed in this hotel, which I used to on a regular basis. It has so improved so much with such friendly and efficient staff The only issue was the sharp metal tray in the shower that contained the shampoo etc. I was impressed with the selection of bar food and drinks at pretty reasonable prices My daughter and Grandchild very much enjoyed the spa and swimming pool

We stayed for our 20th Anniversary with our teenage kids. A wonderful stay starting from offering us drinks due a small acceptable wait at reception, a really friendly and helpful check in man and a fantastic family room with really comfortable beds (2 kings and a sofa bed!) . All the staff were lovely and friendly, the health spa facilities were excellent as well as the top quality breakfast. Well done a great. Team effort that made our short stay wonderful .Thank you.

Arrived in evening lighting around footpath poor, check in was pleasant, corridor to ward had a foul smell. Room condition feeling dated and need of refurb. Comfortable bed nevertheless. Breakfast was average had to chase up requested poached eggs.
