Desperate need of refurbishment. Clean sheets but dirty and unsanitary floor and couch. Breakfast was good though with the omelette bar.

Great hotel! Good beds comfortable and pristine room. We stay with Embassy frequently and this is one of the nicest ones we have been in lately. Great breakfast this morning.

Our room was not cleaned on the second day of our stay. So we had to go to the front desk for hand towels,washcloths, coffee goods. And we had assumed it would be made fresh. Then the morning we left, the breakfast was almost completely gone and there seemed to be no attempt to refresh it. The chef cooking omelet, pancakes did a great job but the food line was empty. Very disappointing.

This hotel has terrible front desk customer service. Our rooms were not ready until after 7pm, even though the hotel called to tell us our rooms were ready at 11:50am that morning. No accountability from the ‘front desk manager’. She was combative and unprofessional and kept throwing her co-workers under the bus rather than seeking a solution.
The rooms were old and smelled like marijuana. The microwave had not been cleaned, and there was a roach in the sink. There were no soft drinks throughout our stay at the ‘complimentary breakfast’. Bacon was burnt. Just a horrible experience overall.

We went as a family of 5 I had 3 kids with me. We arrived at 4 after being at the zoo all day wanting to cool off before dinner and they didn’t have our room ready the front desk women asked me to come back in 30 minutes, all 3 of my kids were asleep in the back of the car and we had no where to take them. I explained that to her and about 10 minutes later she had the room ready but it wasn’t a great impression with service after that. We had to use the pull out couch in the room I went to the front desk asked for sheets and pillows for the bed which they told me they had no extra pillows in the hotel at the moment. I let that go and she told me someone would take the sheets up we played in the pool for about an hour went back up and had no sheets I called down and asked if someone could bring them up or if I could come get them so we could start getting ready for bed and she asked me to come get them from the front desk so I had to leave our room again to go get those sheets. The last night we stayed we wanted to eat at the hotel restaurant, I was told we had to order from the bar. When I went to order our food the bartender was just completely annoyed with us and made sure we knew it. She was nicer when she brought the food to the table with the kids present but I’m unsure why she was so annoyed at us ordering food when the hotel advertises the “restaurant “. The room was clean the breakfast was good the service was just lacking in every aspect possible to me.

Power outage for over 8 hours the morning of Mother's day.
Room was not cleaned, power came up at 1pm, miss one of our functions because no hot water. Next day we left at 10:30am came back at 6pm room was still not cleaned. Two days in a row, gave them a pass the first day because of the power.

Embassy Suites is always a win. I like that everything is inside. The breakfast is great. Staff is great. Rooms are great.

I woke up with a headache and am contributing that to the extreme amount of dust that was in our room along with the extreme smell of spices. Really disgusting.

For this hotel to be a Hilton I am in complete shock of the area its in and how run down and dirty it is. Definitely paid the price of a Hilton. But it wasnt Hilton standards. The employees was super nice all but the main cook. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. The beds was uncomfortable and room wasnt as clean as it should have been.

I like the Embassy Suites brand in general. This hotel could be freshened up a bit. And the staff was not the friendliest crew that we’ve ever met. Otherwise it was a pleasant one night stay. *Kudos to the cook who served “excellence” despite a constant flow of kiddos and adults eager for pancakes and omelets :)

The room was dirty upon arrival. Stains on carpet, couch and chair at the desk. I asked to be switched to a different room and they told me it would be 45 minutes before the other rooms were cleaned. I waited for an hour and a half and my family of 6 left. Very disappointed in this hotel.

I took pictures if you want to see, there was debris and trash throughout the halls. There was dust on the bed post that was evident the room was not cleaned for months. Yes months. The shower had cold water at 4 am on Thursday morning. Would not recommend this location

We chose this property for a business trip because of the excellent reviews. After on hour of being in our room we had a bedbug crawling on us. We gather our belongings and went to the desk. Bug in a jar. We were promptly moved to another room that had no hot water. We were offered drink, vouchers and moved yet again to another room. The staff was excellent they did what they had the power to do.

The fire alarms went off at 11pm, it was extremely loud, woke up my children, we went down to the lobby and no one addressed us.

The hotel was clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. The area by the kitchen smelled like sewage after checking in but the next morning the smell was gone. The pool was nice and clean, a bit cold but enjoyable.

No hot water for shower pm and am, not handicap accessible, mattress on sofa bed stained and coming apart, you had to turn halfway and reach back for the toilet paper , no adjustable thermostat. We had to go downstairs from 5 th floor for extra bedding for sofa bed and towels. They knew 5 in room only 3 sets of towels. No where except on vending machines did it say no cash accepted had to make extra trips to room bc of this

Stay away from this hotel! It’s absolutely disgusting and dirty. When we arrived, we noticed the flood and elevator were dirty and smell but didn’t think much of it. The room the gave us had this terrible smell between humidity and weed. I asked for another room, they sent me to one that the key was not working, then to another one that was even worse. It was late and diced to stay for the night, we had been traveling and exhausted. The bed my husband sleep in has bug beds and the 3 of us had the worst allergy for the humidity. One of the beds had dirty linens and didn’t include enough towels for all gets. When we requested another towel and fresh linens and the Staff said no clean ones in the entire hotel. We decided to leave even when we had paid for another night.
