Very spacious and clean hotel. Service at the lobby desk was excellent. Nice functioning large indoor pool and hot tub. Room was clean and had nice amenities. My room had a nice balcony over the pool. Plenty of free parking.

Our stay was terrible. Ten minutes into our stay we foumd bedbugs. They moveded us to the nextdoor room that had no heat. They sent someone to work on the heat and it was on full bast for the rest of our stay. This morning at 100am to 300am they had a hindu wedding. My wife called radisson and theyvhad her on hold for 25 minutes. I hadto call the police to have them come over and break the wedding up. We payed300 for three terrible nights. Never stay at a Radisson ever.

The experience was not a good one. The property looks more like a prison than hotel. The key card didn't work. We didn't ask for another because the front desk person wasn't very helpful. We left without seeing the inside of a room.

Only complaints were lack of parking and/or door access on the sides and back, had to walk all the way around to the front, no big deal except it was raining. Also, our room had only A/C no heat, it was freezing cold, BUT the front desk gave us a portable heater during our stay. Otherwise very nice, great access, friendly staff, we would stay there again.

THE WORST hotel experience we have ever had. I would strongly discourage anyone from booking a stay there. They were rude, the property wasn’t well-kept and the building is in disrepair. All interiors are dated and dirty. The worst part of a horrendous stay was when we returned from shopping after 2 hours to find our room EMPTY. They had removed all of our personal belongings while we were gone and stashed them in the housekeeping closet. They claimed a “glitch in their system” caused them to think we should have checked out already so they removed our belongings from the room. The staff was rude and refused to contact a manager, as there was no manager on staff, nobody authorized to issue a refund and no one who knew who the hotel was insured under. I still have not received a refund and this experience ruined our entire trip.

The hotel advertisement said Bar and restaurant but the Bar is only open on Friday and Saturday nights and the restaurant is only open for breakfast. I only choose Hotels with a bar and restaurant. So I will not choose this one again.

The hotel was too highly rated, from the entrance to the "hotel", worst than a Motel, it smelled, very old carpet, moldy, extremely old fashioned furniture, and to top it off, we were awoken at 8am, housekeeper wanted to service the room, very disappointed.

I liked that everything was indoors and it including food and drinks and pool and hot tub. The thing I didn't like was I only used 1 card for all transactions and by the end of the night my card was compromised by 157 dollars and nobody cared so they will cover for eachothers game

Not greeted upon arrival. Front desk lady looked extremely young, nonetheless seemed bothered with checking us in. Very Noisy lobby, one elevator out of service, hallway to room seemed liked you're walking into a prison locked down. All doors have an opening at the bottom, weird. Dirty carpet, lots of chipped paint on walls, very small bathroom, jack n jill door to another (was not told about this in room description) hard pass. No complimentary toiletries. Sheets smelled like smoke, pillows not firm. Back to remote control missing. Poor lighting in room. Bathroom shower knobs very hard to turn on. No complimentary breakfast...COST $12x person additional. We chose this location last minute, good price & area. For a Radisson disappointing. Will not return.

First of all no hot water, inaccurate infomation given at check-in about how late food is available in the bar. Very noisy at 5:00 am setting up the breakfast buffet. The hotel is old and not well kept up. Very dirty vents was noticed. The hallway to my room smelled very strongly of menthol. Won't be going back there ever.

Could be an excellent facility but when something breaks they won’t fix it. Example one elevator has been shutdown for several months now. It needs another elevator because it’s a very big facility and there are lots of people there so it needs to have two elevators going at all times. Not bad good price for room and inside the rooms are very clean hallways are somewhat dirty though

Always appreciate the nice customer service. Caitlin was very nice. I hope I spelled that right. Very good Samantha. I probably checked in four times or five times in a week. Lost my car a couple times. They didn't care. Very nice people. Place is steel compared to comparable hotels. This is my go-to. I travel and hotel rooms over 50 times a year at least.

This facility has seen better days. The pictures are beautiful but the place just smells stale; everything from the carpet to the paint needs a refresh. The staff is nice and polite and keeps the place clean but that staleness lingers. Breakfast is available for a cost.

The Hotel did look very good inside room. Rusty door hinges, the balcony has trash and leaves and sticks everywhere. My room had red ants in bathrooms. AC unit took forever to get cold in the room. I sweated most of the night. Beds felt small. One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. Nothing about my one night stay was good.

The beds were comfortable and the elevators were quick other than that a very moderate to substandard experience. Expedia said breakfast was complementary but when I checked in, they said it was not. Could never find the ice bins so ended up going to the kitchen where some nice young man filled my ice bag. Very noisy and echoey on the inner side of the hotel next to the pool and dining areas.
