Everything except the water pressure in the shower
Water pressure in the shower

Front lobby was nice. High pressure shower was good.
I’ve spent less and had nicer beds, pillows. Every pillow was flat and the bed was way too firm for my liking. I feel like I should’ve just stuck with Holiday Inn cause I know what I’m getting there. I tried something different cause the shower looked like an upgrade (which it was) and breakfast looked like a step up. I was looking forward to breakfast but didn’t sleep well so I skipped breakfast trying to catch up on lost sleep. That’s what I get for venturing outside my comfort zone. I hate falling for “glossy” pictures and not getting the details that matter. Just did not meet my expectations compare to other $200 or higher that I’ve spent on other hotels.

Looks brand new even though it’s 7 years old
Cost a little more but more than worth it

The only good thing about the hotel was the breakfast and the burger restaurant. They had great omelettes and the burger restaurant had good ice cream.
The rooms were not throughly cleaned even when we stayed our first night. We had crumbs under the table near the refrigerator, dead ladybugs in corners of the floor hiding behind the window coverings, a hole in our bathroom ceiling where the water sprinkler was (it did not have a white cap covering it, so it was a gaping hole around the sprinkler). My son complained of the extra bedding that is used for the sleeper couch. He stated the blanket was scratchy and itchy. I definitely didn’t like the fact they we had to request to have our rooms cleaned (and we stayed there for 3 days)

The beds weren't very comfortable for being a premium room... Also the shower could have had a better head on it... Was covered in hard water and having trouble spraying

Breakfast was great. Free drink tickets were nice. Got early check-in. I like the noon check-out.
Beds are not that comfortable. Food at happy hour wasn't very good. I wish hotels had a cut-off time for kids in the pool area. Both times we stayed, the pool and hot tub were packed with kids.

The staff was the best staff I have ever witnessed at a hotel. Restaurant is wonderful, breakfast is even better
A tad pricey.

Very small room for the price. We had a one bedroom double. And only one end table between the beds and I had to pull the bed out from the wall to even get to a plug in on one side of the bed. It was tiny. You could not even comfortably sit 4 people in the living room to visit unless you wanted to sit on hard chairs they had in what they called a kitchen. I used to stay at Embassy Suites all the time when they had the old design of the buildings. They had nice big rooms with large separate bedrooms and a nice living room. And the breakfast was amazing at the old one. Also the old ones nightly reception was unlimited drinks and a nice selection of snacks. Our nightly reception at our current stay was horrible. 2 drinks which consisted of warm beer , wine and a very small selection of mixed drinks. The bartender was not friendly at all. The food was basically chex mix and cheese cubes. We even had to ask for pop cups and she wasn't even sure if the pop machine was working. I could have went to the gas station and got better food. The breakfast was a mess. Not enough tables and the room was so small you had to wait in a crowded line to get your food that was less than average. One last thing, the shower only had 2 settings and was so powerful that it got the whole bathroom floor wet. I had to call to get more towels to put on the floor to make sure no one slipped and fell. They only give you 4 towels, one roll of toilet paper as if 4 people for 2 nights is going to have enough. For swimming you had to check out a swimming towel and if you didnt bring it back you would be charged for it. If I ever stay at an Embassy Suites again I will make sure it is an Old one because the newly built ones are not good. I recently stayed at a Hampton Inn that was far Superior to this for half the price. We paid over $400 for a 2 night stay and all I wanted to do was go home. What a joke. You expect nice relaxing stay and all you get is a uncomfortable headache 😒

We stayed there a year ago and it was very nice. We came back for that reason. But the blankets were dirty in our room the towels were stained and the floors were filthy.

Breakfast was good, plenty of options.
On Sat. 7/30 we went to the happy hour. Happened to be first in line. The girl who was bartending was NOT friendly. I asked her if she had diet coke and was told yes. I asked for a diet coke and rum and she picked up a diet pepsi and started to pour in a glass. I said-oh no, diet coke and she said-"well, do you want this or NOT?" This was said very loudly and all in line were a bit put off. We all sat down with a drink, and everyone was commenting on how angry/grouchy she was. Only bad experience!

1. This hotel has very thin walls. I could hear the man snoring next door—even with aircon and sound machine and ear plugs.
2. I booked two rooms via booking but desk staff could not find both bookings and I was forced to buy third room—at a higher rate. I was then charged for three rooms.
