It’s super conveniently from the train station and walkable to the city center.

Very nice looking hotel and close to Firenze SMN

What a beautiful property. Old world with beautiful antique furnishings in the open sitting area. Room was spacious, balcony was nice with the morning sun.
Staff was lovely and helpful.
Would definitely stay again!

Location was great! Stayed 2 nights, standard room was better than the suite room which is more expensive but has no wifi connection at all ! Need to go to the lobby for wifi, no action/help from front desk!

Great location for the train station, great staff, very clean hotel with lots of character.
Only reason for four stars was that we were given a ‘classic’ room (as booked) but it had no traditional windows, just a skylight. It also only had one power point available in the corner of the room and the individual sockets there were so close together we could only use / charge one appliance at one time.
Overall these issues weren’t worth complaining about though. as we were only in Florence for two nights, but it would have been better if the room photograph reflected this and the (lack of) socket details were mentioned in the advertisement when making our choice.
Otherwise, a very nice hotel and with a different room we would stay again.

Perfect for a short stay (e.g. in transition between plane and train), but also could work well for longer term. Very close to train station and airport tram terminal, but also surprisingly quiet. The area seems safe, except for a few homeless/drunk people at the end of street closer to the train station (but they were quiet every time that I passed by). The hotel inside is nicely decorated, and my room was comfortable. The buffet breakfast is not amazing but sufficient. Overall good value for the price.

It was difficult to find because the street is not well lit. But, the hotel itself is beautiful inside.

We stayed at the Hotel Albani Firenze to attend a conference. We had an excellent stay. We were able to bring our luggage to the hotel early before we were permitted to check in, so we could go explore the city while we waited for our room to be ready. When we came back to check in, our luggage was already in our room. The staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. The room was clean and was cleaned every day by the time we got back in the evening. The AC worked great, which was necessary as our stay was in August. We would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you.

I styed with my husband for over a week for a conference mixed with holiday. Just steps away from the train station and Fiere conference centre, the hotel is in a very convenient location. The area feels quite safe and is also just a few blocks from the central market area and about 15 minutes walk to Duomo. There is a grocery store just around the corner. There are hundreds of restaurants of all kinds within a few steps.
We stayed in a deluxe double with balcony and wood floor. The room was clean and a decent size for Italy but a bit dated with wall paper peeling in spots and needing new curtains. I do not think the balcony is worth it as it is over a courtyard, is pretty dingy and directly across from another balcony so not very scenic or private.
The lobby and breakfast room are well appointed and the breakfast is good. Pastries and cakes are very nice. The service staff was friendly and helpful, although they kept forgetting to replenish our coffee for the kettle.
Overall, a decent stay in a beautiful Italian city.

Classic hotel styling/decor. Convenient location to train station and Central Market. Very walkable to multiple piazza's & sights. Very pleasant and convenient breakfast room with magnitude of options. Downside: occasional city/garbage/sewer smell in room.

Great location, very clean, nice staff, good breakfast, good value

The staff were excellent! They were helpful in calling taxis and providing room service when needed.
The breakfast was very fresh and comprehensive! It had everything you needed until even dinner time because I sure stuffed myself to save a few dollars in order to eat bistecca every night!
The location also has a few laundromats nearby so you can also wash your clothing a few times during your trip.
Overall I would stay here again as my top choice!

Excellent hotel. Nice room. Safe area close to everything.

Lovely spot in a fabulous location,
and breakfast was excellent. Only cons were that the WiFi was not very strong and the room needed some updating. Worth staying if you want quick access to the train and the sights of Florence.

Great hotel, staff very polite and attentive. Great value, not expecting luxury and whilst it wasnt the Ritz, it was absolutely good enough. Breakfast buffet was what you'd expect. Hotel feels like it could do with renovation in the next few years, but does have a charm to it!

The location is convenient. Very close to the train station, but the area near the station is kind of dirty.

Close to train
Dislikes no service, ask for ice we had to go to basement for ice. No bar service, no service forquestions noone answered office. I called morning noon night.
Charged a fee @ check out of 70 euros. Whats crazy i was sitting at the front desk waiting for my husband a few people checked in and no employee asked for fees. This was a 2 star hotel. Also there were people on the elevator that were not staying at the hotel. Super unsafe.
Amything and everything we either asked for and questioning was spoken back worh attitude or no one there to answer waste of my money will never stay here again.

AC is centralized so don’t expect your room to be cool. Thermostat doesn’t work. The room was kept very clean. Beds are very firm… I felt like sleeping on a rock. The breakfast was hot had good variety.

We loved the staff and the old feel of the hotel. It was very clean and everyone was very nice. But the area outside the hotel property is dirty and has some strange people occasionally. Maybe because it’s close to the train stayion
