Price good, room was clean ,nice however no USB ports in room. First room I’ve been to in a while. It did not have any USB charging anywhere. Bathroom ceiling fan flashlight had no bulb that worked.

The light doesnt work when you walk in the room. The bathroom light/fan combo sounds like someone is jackhammering and it goes on the entire time the light is on. There is also water damage around it.. so, it seems very unsafe. Room smells like sweat. The tile was mopped but your shoes make noise like it was dirty water. Thankfully, the bed was clean, and the TV worked...

We were annoyed as we had specifically booked a room well in advance with one bed and were given a room with 2 beds. There was no other option left for us at the time. We prefer the configuration of a one bed room.

I liked about convenient driving to the airport but not a whole lot of choices for casual dining & no nearest grocery store by. The hotel people are nice, the breakfast is a wondeful idea but I wish that the hot breakfast meal would not have to be repeated same kind of food on the following day & they should have complimentary water bottles in the fridge for the guests. A complimentary bottle of juice for those people like to drink cold beverages as part of the breakfast, would be a fantastic idea. The bedding sheet & comforter, pillow cases should be fresh clean, once the guests arrived.

Dirty bathroom had bunches of hair on floor and stuck to shower wall. There must be some kind of HVAC issue because the moisture content was very high in room. As a result the bedding was damp. I complained and they offered another room but other room had same moisture issue. Was supposed to stay 3 nights but checked out immediately and found another hotel

We checked in and the man working the desk seemed like we were bothering him. The experience didn’t get better from there. Our room smelled like weed but I didn’t report it because I thought it was the people in the adjoining room. The room smelled like weed the whole 2 night stay. The carpet and bed linens felt damp the whole 2 night stay. The elevator quit working. The hallways were dark. This felt like a shady, damp hotel and was definitely not worth the money spent.

The room felt very cold and wet/damp upon walking into it for the first time. And no matter what we did to try and adjust the settings, it didn’t help. It was the middle if the night when we got in so changing rooms with a toddler and 2 dogs would have been even more inconvenient so we just dealt with the discomfort.

It was a nice hotel for the quick trip we were taking. The desk staff was hard to find and speak to. Our room was so humid, the comforter felt dampish. There was no hand soap in the bathroom to wash your hands. There were no cleanex provided.

The check in was not the best, the elevator was not working correctly. It kept getting stuck on the the 2nd floor, our room was on the 3rd. After trying two times to go to the 3rd floor, while the elevator was making a loud banging noise and dropping back down to the 2nd floor, we went back to the front desk. My husband made it to the 3rd floor finally, but when I tried again it made the same banging noise and dropped to the 2nd floor again. When i went back to the front desk the guy said it was working and my husband had made it. He then proceeded to take me up to the 3rd floor, treating me as if I didn't know what I was talking about, only for me to find out later he was with my husband on the 3rd floor, heard the loud banging noise, appear to be surprised. My husband told him that's what was happening and yet he acting as if there was nothing wrong with the elevator. I would not recommend this place at all.
