We arrived nearly 8PM and one of the rooms was not ready. They said it was used by a family with dogs and needed to be deep cleaned. The room was not a dog friendly room. When we got in the room was hot and smelled. We left to grab some food and as we got off the elevator heard the staff talking loudly about us. Rude and not welcoming. They offered us a free beer coupon

We loved staying at this hotel. The only issue we had Sunday morning breakfast was terrible so many people nowhere to sit. People were standing around waiting for tables to sit and have breakfast.

Nice area. Room was clean and spacious. Could use some updates. Water in the shower was warm not hot and the tub drained slow. We stayed in a room with double queen beds and a sofa bed. The beds were not queen size more like full size. Worked for me and my small child however might not be comfortable with two adults. Unable to access pool with card key had to find an employee. Elevators didn’t work good at night had to wait 5 min to go up two floors. Worked fine during the day. Breakfast was decent. Small bar with only beer and wine.

We came to go school shopping and this hotel was so convenient. We walked to the uptown shops and it was a drive across the street to the mall. Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean and spacious and staff was friendly. My one request would be to upgrade plugs to be more charger friendly.

I loved the area but this hotel did not have the best customer service. The girl that checked me in wasn’t friendly at all and failed to mention to me that my card would be charged 100 for incidentals when I was only staying 1 night. The worst part was the red stain on one of the beds that may have been blood. When I notified the front desk I was offered a sheet to use instead. Zero empathy and didn’t try to resolve the issue.

Room with two beds had a large sitting area. Abq Uptown is across the street from hotel. Many other shops are walkable. No microwave in room though one is available downstairs. Very nice hotel for the price. I would stay again.

We had an ok stay but could have been better: Clean but older hotel in need of a refresh, A/C wasn’t working at night, no way to adjust it, same during the day. Homeless person roaming the parking lot. Staff was nice and helpful. Hopefully it can be all fixed, it would have been a 4 stars review.

There was a major storm the day of check in and the entire hotel and surrounding ones had no power. We were told no discounts or refunds will be given. We decided to drive around to look for another hotel, everything close by was sold out so we had no choice but to stay with no power & hot water. We were tired from the long drive and no accommodations were offered. The front desk clerk was told to tell all customers absolutely no refunds or discounts will be given no matter what by the manager. What a terrible experience. Attempted to reach out to hotels.com for a refund and was also denied.

We were in town for a baseball game. The room was comfortable and extremely quiet. The cost was reasonable but the breakfast was VERY good. Fresh cooked bacon, not warmed, but cooked on site. The eggs amd tortillas were hot and the fruit fresh. Even the oatmeal was good with many choices for stir-ins. Would definitely recommend.
