I must say I was disappointed. My first room smelled awful on top of the fact that I couldn’t get a card key to my room as they were broken. Got moved to another room, smelled better, but lightbulbs were out, I had to hold the shower door closed to take a shower, and it was dirty. The cleaning staff made my bed, but didn’t even dump the trash or wipe the sink. Usually choice inn hotels maybe older but clean, however this one was just dirty. I hate to leave a negative review, but there are too many other hotels in the area to settle for this.

We only stayed one night. Easy checkin and out.

The room was very nice and clean. Great breakfast options. Pool was dingy, but not overly dirty. Parking wasn't the best. Very quiet, even as close to the freeway as it is.

Quick stay. Clean, comfortable andd easy drive to airport

Great stay, only criticism was a knock on the door before 9am for service, so it was a little early. Maybe a checkout system would be beneficial.

Only thing didn’t like was the shower door. But breakfast was great

We had to make changes to our reservation and Hotels.com was far from helpful. The gal at Sleep Inn was AMAZING though. She went out of her way to help us. She made a stressful situation so much better. We will stay there every time we visit Pasco because of her. I think her name was Claire. We will let all our friends know as well. The world needs more Claires!!

Be aware that if you stay on the second floor of this property there is no elevator. The freeway noise is pretty bad, you can hear the drag races up and down the road all night. The neighboring door slams makes your door rattle. A suggestion for the management staff, not the employees but the people who run it. The higher ups, a list in the rooms of the times breakfast is, when the pool hours are and those items would be nice. Especially at the front counter. And the food at breakfast. You had all the rooms booked , with hungry wrestlers and staff running around ragged (they were so awesome answering questions and getting extra towels, or telling people where the ER was after injuries and such) The front desk was a lot overwhelmed the weekend of Washington State Wrestling, when rooms begin booking up like that. Maybe ....just maybe put some extra people on???

I was required to make a $250 dollar deposit to cover damages. This because I live in the area. The fact that I have been a perfect guest numerous times and was recognized as a frequent guest by the desk clerk meant nothing. I had to have my room checked at checkout by the manager before I had my deposit returned.
This is demeaning and I will never stay at this hotel again.

Check-in was a bit slow and the front desk lady seemed tired. I know it was a busy day for her so I understood her lack of enthusiasm or big welcome. The pool is smallish but the kids loved it. Staff let the kids play in the pool and be annoying. They are 12 & 13 year old soccer boys and they don't get together outside of soccer much so this was so fun for them. They have a hot tub too and they enjoyed that as well. Breakfast was great. Both Sat and Sun biscuits and gravy with a ton of other choices. All adults and kids were satisfied. The location was wonderful for the field. There are new restaurants to check out right down the street. There is also a Shakey's Pizza with a huge game room for you to waste your money but kids have fun. The manager at Shakey's is awesome too. Super accommodating with groups! Go a little further with to Richland and eat at Texas Roadhouse. It was amazing and service was amazing with our group of 10! This hotel is not fancy dancy but I felt safe with the kids and myself. Yes you hear the freeway but I'm a good sleeper. =)

The first thing I noticed was a smell that I could not figure out. After standing in the waiting room patiently a young lady rolled around looking as if she had woken from a deep sleep. The first thing I noticed was her wild hair which was barely attached to her scalp which left me wondering if she even had a mirror. As I stood there a little confused the young lady set me up with my room. Now what seemed like a walk of shame to my room was leaving second guessing my booking. The first thing I noticed was a tote on the hallway floor and right above was a ceiling tile that was missing with exposed piping which is probably not a good sign. After a few attempts to use my key card, I was finally able to get into my room. With the car right outside my window blasting some Taylor Swift I couldn't bring myself to have him turn it down with those tears flowing from his eyes I knew he was going through some tough times. After a hot shower and some sleep, I was ready to hit the road and leave these places in my rearview mirror.

Everything was great. The only “issues” if you all were looking for something was some hotels allow you to check in early just to get the keys, even if a room isn’t available yet. They weren’t able to do that, but that is hotel site preference I assume. It was a wonderful experience there.

The staff here was absolutely amazing!

Super amazing staff. Very helpful and great customer service. Only downside was that the pool closed at eleven pm. As a parent with four children I was looking forward to some heat therapy In spa after kids went to bed. Unfortunately it was closed early.

I would rather sleep in my running truck than go back in that hotel. What appeared to be human body fluids all over the comforter led me to ask for a new comforter or another room. The replacement room was extremely noisy, staff left the TV on all night in the common area. The meals in the morning were pretty gross. The coffee was terrible. I will never go back and I don’t know if I’m gonna use Expedia again to look for the cheapest rate. You get what you pay for I should know that by now.

Housecleaning was superb! They did a great job cleaning and refreshing my room.
The WiFi was terrible this trip but I believe it was because my room was so far away from the router. Normally the WiFi is excellent here!
