The staff was amazing! From checking in to the kitchen staff during breakfast. Checking in was a breeze and quick! The kitchen staff during breakfast were very friendly and attentive to the guests.

Beautiful, well-preserved facilities. Some Red Lions we have stayed in have not been in very fine shape after about 50 years or history. This one looks a bit dated in design, but extremely well-cared-for and restored. I loved the wood carved panels in the lobby. And the bar here has very fine huge burgers that made it unnecessary to go elsewhere for dinner.

The location to the airport was good.
Needs some TLC, can tell there’s been work done but not to the greatest work.
Bed moves if you try to sit up on it, took forever for the hot water to heat up, could feel the shower floor wasn’t glued down and we could smell cigarette smoke from the walls. Husband has asthma and his night was rough from the smell, he is very sensitive to it.

Very outdated

My family has stayed at this property a long time ago, when it was under different management. Since then, the property has fallen into EXTREME disrepair.
The property, though they still have beautiful carving on the lobby walls,& elegant retro light features as well(I’m the lobby), the guest rooms need serious overhauls. Our first assigned rooms hallway looked like it had gone through a riot. There were cracks and chipped paint on the entry door,& it was a mess. The breakfast buffet was FILTHY, though they had a large team working the stations. Food everywhere,& very dirty serve ware.

That the restaurant isn't open more often! That's it! 😀

it was easy to drive too . The lobby was nice looking .
The photos of this Red Lion Inn , we’re not what we saw , especially the rooms ! The pool and hot tub wasn’t open , looked like doing construction , disappointing since it was very hot out ! Then I actually saw 2 ducks swimming in it . The section we were in , the doors going outside , were broken , anyone could come in and out . did see a group of people hanging outside the door and had it propped open , so they could go in and out , I assume . A sign said , use key card , but didn’t need too , the doors didn’t shut all the way anyway .

Staff is not professional. They tried to charge me for prepaid room. It took them 30 minutes to check in. They didn't mention about my breakfast

Park and fly and shuttle to early flight
Paying for breakfast when you can't eat it
No hair dryer in room....had to ask to change rooms when it should have been offered without asking.
Had issues getting hvac working in second room....staff was too busy to help. I eventually figured it out on my own by resetting the plug.
Was by myself and didn't feel safe in hallways that have many openings...a bit uncomfortable.

We love the scale of the location. It is vast and maze like and makes you feel like you are in a very large area with lots of places to go. The Grizzly Bar is exactly what you need at night, while the Free Breakfast and the Lunch option (for pay) is a great offering. Classically designed with a late 70s feel and modern touches added, it is very comfortable and homey. They have what you need and what else you might, is nearby. Everyone was so very friendly.
The process to check in or even waiting for the one person behind the front desk at different hours can be a little frustrating. I don't mind the wait as much as it is a long process to simply get checked in. But nothing that would keep me away. I have stayed here twice and will stay there in the future.

Not enough plugins

Large hotel and conference center. About on par for a Red Lion. Breakfast was good. Location near college and airport was ideal for my trip.
I was down the hall from the Bar/Club so it was kind of loud early in the night with some music playing, but could have been worse.

I thoroughly enjoyed the young lady who checked us in! She was sweet and funny and made jokes with me! She was the greatest!!
I feel that the bathtubs would be safer if there was a handle bar to grab onto.
