The bed was comfortable
Our door didn't shut completely, so you didn't need the key to get in. The TV was an old box style, and most of the channels were dish commercials.

From the outside the place looks old & worn out. But the room was more modern looking than expected. Plus the bed was quite comfortable.
There was a huge stain on the headboard of the bed I didn't sleep in. TV's could use some updating.

Didn’t even see the room
upon arrival with our prepaid receipt and confirmation from both Booking.com and from Knights Inn we were told they had no rooms and were not eligible for a refund. we then had to find another hotel on our own and pay once again. NOT HAPPY.

We did not stay. The place was terrifying, there was blatant prostitution and drug dealing going on outside multiple rooms. At best we thought our car would be stolen, we thought we might also be robbed, murdered and left in the desert.
I am not joking or being hyperbolic. It was truly terrifying.
The desk clerk told us that while the water was free, the "girls and drugs will cost ya"
We took one look at the room and turned around and returned the key and asked for a refund.
We were told we'd have to get it from you.
So, we'd like a refund please.
We drove around and found a safer place to stay. We have the receipt from the other hotel.0
Everything. There was one guy watching the entire parking lot, the pimp? I'm pretty sure the desk clerk was taking kick backs for whatever crimes were taking place there. I wouldn't be the least bit surprised to learn that unsuspecting guests had "disappeared" from this place.

Don't know why you would have a facility like on booking.com was very unsafe and did not stay made reservations somewhere else

The inside of the room was very clean

the staff were accommodating trying very hard to make it right
very run down facility that needs a lot of updating it’s a truck stop and I think there are permanent residents there.

Not much
The property needs better cleaning and rooms updated. comforters & backboards need to be replaced. Grounds need better care. had to walk around BIG dog poop to get to our room, was left there over night (no one cleaned it). Rooms smelled bad of tabaco, place was dark.

First the picture of the location is deceptive, it's located at a truck stop, the noise is terrible, it hasn't been updated probably since the 70's. The occupants renting various rooms, I think could be drug dealers...very dirty.
There are no blinds in the room just a curtain so at night it's as though it's still daylight, this location should be charging no more than $35 a night

The lady that checked me out, although I'm sure wasn't her full job, was very nice.
Room and beds were clean. Had a fridge and tiny microwave.
Lobby was more like a closet with a window, not welcoming, dirty, empty and had to wait while he helped store customers. The machine wasn't working correctly to do the room card which was plain, well used and dirty. Parking lot wasn't much to be desired, basically park wherever and hope your car survives the night. Restaurant close by but another non welcoming sight. Room curtains weren't darkening so I wouldn't suggest walking around in your skivvies. TV was super small with 30+ old shows to watch. Only had enough towels for 2 people to take a shower in a 4 person room, no wash cloth and took forever to figure out the heater that still couldn't get to turn off. Shower pressure isn't for ones with longer than shoulder length hair or thick for that matter, you'll be in there forever trying to rinse out shampoo. Bathroom fixture was missing a cover and the fan didn't work. Missing two lightbulbs in the sink area. Location a bit sketchy. Looks better in pictures.

Nothing
The checking in manager said he didn't see our reservation tried to get more money out of us requested a $50 deposit for a room that had paint shipping two whole big holes in the bathroom door with blood on them paper thin curtains adjoining rooms we were not told about.
Did not get the room we asked for because even though they sent a confirmation email they couldn't find our booking supposedly.
Rude nasty dirty and barely spoke English.

The location was nice, right off I-90 & it had an on site convenience store open 24hrs, was within walking distance to fast food and a flying J truck stop
Door locks were broken, comforters had burn holes in them, pillow cases had stains, shower head was covered in soap scum, headboard was severely damaged it definitely needed some TLC
