Pool was down for maintenance...

Our room was clean, Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Roomy and clean facility

The breakfast area was not very clean. Toaster was broken, waffle maker broken, staff had no spoons and not once wiped tables or counters. The parking area was full of trash. Sink faucet in our room was broken. Only good thing was how nice the front desk lady was

The exterior of the hotel was extremely dirty. Garbage cans over flowing and litter on the ground and in parking lot. I know they are remodeling but cleaning up litter is not a hard thing to do. Our room had hot water and cold water reversed on the sink. The painting done in the bathroom was poorly done and could have been taped off on the edges of doors. For the dog walk area no bags to pick up the dog poop. When you pull up you immediately wonder if you made a mistake.

Didn’t know you had to ask to have the beds made and fresh towels if you are staying more than one night. Closet door when closed was covering the main light switch. Shouldn’t have to pay so much if you have to do everything for your self. Should get a discount

Our room was not ready after the 3:00 checkin time. Main living area lit by three lamps, none of which had bulbs and desk clerk couldn’t provide any. Extremely difficult and very time consuming to connect to the TV. Twice during the middle of the night our TV turned on all by itself and woke us up. Our neighbors began blasting their TV at 4:00 am. Minimal and cheap personal cleansing products provided. Extremely minimal food options available at breakfast. Over the years we have stayed at this hotel several times and by far this was the worst experience!

The room was very clean and spacious. It was quiet and the service was great. There wasn’t any toilet paper in our room. Breakfast was more than a little disappointing. There were very few options and what was there was barely edible.

Clean and in good convenient location

The hotel looks and feels much safer and cleaner than our last visit 2 years ago. Great service at check-in. Our room on the first floor appeared to be amid a renovation. The sleeping area had obvious new flooring, wall coverings and bed. The bathroom had an old toilet and the door itself was older, chipped and marked with over paint, there were no toilet paper holders or towel racks, but a new vanity and wallcovering made us think the reno just wasn't finished. There was a peculiar fishy smell we thought came from the flooring. We will stay again because the location is so handy to family.

One small issue. There was a small leak in the bathroom we mentioned. Everything else was very good!

The hotel looked like it was under construction. The TV did not work. There was no shower curtain or pillows on the bed. You could smell paint, very strong in the room. The bathtub had black hair in it. The floor had construction bebree all over it. I had to ask the front desk for pillows, clean blankets and a shower curtain. She also had to come to the room for the TV. She then had to go get a new remote because there was an old remote, which is why it was not working from another room. She also had to go get a lamp from snither room for my room because it was vefy daymrk and witjout any light. It was not set up at all or cleaned for a guest to be staying in. Very disappointed and was not offered a new room. I was told there were issues all week and the prior days before the front desk was moving TVs for other guests due to everything not working. There was not even a fix offered for the inconvenience of the room being not properly prepared for any guest to be staying in.

I was so very unhappy!! They did not notify us or post that they were doing construction and remodeling the building. Also the complimentary meal they off for breakfast was horrible and they were out of almost everything as supposedly someone didn’t do the ordering. Wasn’t credited anything for the stay due to all of these things. Very very unsatisfactory

The room was completely destroyed and even the furniture.

Had my grandson‘s birthday party there, swimming pool, and all it was wonderful. Staff was very gracious and helpful.

I booker 2 rooms at this hotel because i had my parents with me and they love the Comfort Suites and have been membores for decades. Both rooms had wallpaper falling off the walls, partially painted and in 1 of the rooms there was black mold in the upper corner of the bathroom [6-8"w X 18" L]. At night there were construction noise up until 8pm, with no notice that hotel was under renovations. Staff was amazing, property was the worst I have ever stayed in!

They were painting the lobby and did not open the front doors so my granddaughter with breathing issues so we had to go find somewhere to go for a few hours. The room I rented for my daughter had mold around the windows and the hide-a-bed where the kids were supposed to sleep had food in it so they had to sleep with mom and dad and one with me. Nobody slept well and my granddaughter had to play volley ball all day the following day. I don't have photos but my daughter tool some.

Gave me wrong room! Need 2 queen beds and gave me king instead. They Tried to tell me that’s what I booked which was a lie. I show them my booking! Didn’t have the room I needed and did nothing about it! Desk girl didn’t have a clue what was going on! No help at all!!! Bad experience and will not be staying there again

Terrible experience! Our room is literally under contruction, the walls are half painted and there is white spackle all over the carpet. The front desk says there is nothing they can do, no vacuum, no doscount, no other available rooms. I'm stuck!

So when i was in the bath / showe i grab the safety handled and it came out of tgw wall. It dudnt help me it dropped me

The place is trashed. The closet doors are barely hanging on. Inside the closet there was a hole in the wall that was poorly fixed and wasn't bothered to be painted. In the bathroom the caulking on the counter was smeared all over the place and looked terrible. Worst thing was there were bugs near the couch and coffee table. My daughter left a few pieces of pizza on the table in a pizza box and it was crawling with bugs by morning. I sat down on the couch and bugs were crawling all over me. At best the room maintenance was poor at best. Looked very cheap. Sad that I paid 100 dollars for a night there :-(

1st room bathroom toilet overflowed water everywhere. Thank goodness we new how to shut it off. No phone to call the desk and there were holes in the wall, peeling paint, etc. 2nd room not so bad but TV didn’t work. A shabby place couch old, says remodeled but didn’t appear so. ☹️

First, the staff were wonderful! They were nice and helpful and helped us with what they could do. The stay was gross. The first room they gave us was terrible, the condition of the non-smoking room had wall paper tears, splatters on the wall, torn carpet base, loose plumbing fixtures, and it smelt like cat pee and cigarette smoke. The 2nd room they gave us had same run down problems, including drywall patches, ripped carpet but thankfully no smell. This property need an upgrade ASAP! This will be my last time staying here.

The worst experience I have ever had the receptionist was rude our room wasn’t ready I was giving a dirty room … the place smelled dirty the hole place is trash I didn’t even stayed at this place I didn’t feel safe for my self and kids I would never stay at this location.. and on top of that I was charged a room I didn’t use ..

The hotel seemed like a haunted mansion. I could write forever about the things wrong with the hotel, water marks on the ceiling peeling the wallpaper, the floor had a huge burn mark, my room came with two remotes and very specific instructions on how to access the hotel TV. My experience was horrible for the price I paid, which wasn't very much.

Fairly quiet and clean

This is the worst hotel I ever seen. I'd give it negative ten rating if it was possible. Absolutely trashed rooms, sketchy people on the parking lot, a car with a broken window. The pool also wasn't working.

There were people hanging out in the parking lot revving their engines and making lots of noise late in the night. In the morning, some of them were still lingering outside. It made for an uncomfortable night.
