the hotel downstairs was beautiful but upstairs the rooms are very dated. The walls were so thin I was kept up until 12am listening to the room next door to me watch TV. The blue lights from the front of the hotel came through the window all night, even with curtains shut.
Carpets were dirty and black mould in my bathroom on the sealant.
Not a comfortable nights sleep or stay.

Great location, parking reasonable price. Clean rooms but some aspects felt tired and dated. Overall I w recommend, great staff!

I don’t often write reviews but it was just a really nice stay for the cost. The workers are very nice too!
4.4
Lovely hotel with large rooms and grand looking restaurants and a nice bar. It’s a bit pricey, but nothing you wouldn’t expect from a nice hotel. The food was lovely and the waiter even played our choice of music because we were the only ones dining at the time (mid-week stay).
4.4
Although we only stayed overnight we both enjoyed a comfortable sleep and the breakfast was more than enough to fulfill us on our journey further North.

Ok, but nothing special. A nice looking hotel from the front façade but essentially just a modern travel lodge feel when you get inside. Beds were smaller than expected, cleanliness was questionable.
We booked an accessible room but we're given a standard room so shower/bath not good for older less able people.
4.4
Comfortable bed and clean room. I even got moved up a floor from the function attendees noise. Breakfast had variwty, however the hot selection was just warm when I got back to the table. That was the only negative.
Fellow guests however, should be more noise considerate to others staying in a hotel, especially after 11pm!

We stayed at cedar court for a special birthday. The stay was amazing, the friendliest staff ive met in a hotel, so helpful.
4.4
Disappointed average room
Bathroom extractor noisy stayed on for way too long
Disrupted sleep
Room refresh was tea / coffee bin emptied , no cleaning or toilet roll change
4.4
Great for the money, a little dated and can hear creaking when people walk around the hotel. Staff were brilliant!!
4.4
Lovely hotel in a great location but not very good communication from reception staff
4.4
It was clean, nice and quiet during the night and the staff were friendly. However the rooms were dated, it wasn’t noise proofed so could hear everyone get up for breakfast and it’s a walk from the centre which is 10-15 mins if able but if you struggle with mobility it would be a bit far I’d think.
4.4
Food excellent staff really nice. Unfortunately no chance of a sleep in due to room next to the claaner cupboard, door constantly been opened and banged shut.
4.4
Hotel room was amazing managed to get an early check in which is always a win, although I don't think they should charge extra for parking £8 overnight.
Also they charge £12 per person for breakfast, the majority of which was fine but the sausages & black pudding tasted like the cheapest supermarket value produce, not good, couldn,t eat them, for £12 I would expect a better quality
4.4
As always the staff are excellent. Room very clean and the bed very comfortable. Just far enough off the road for traffic noise not to be intrusive. Plenty of car parking.
4.4
Lovely hotel. No aircon though

I was greeted pleasantly on arrival. Room was clean and comfortable. Just a 15 minute walk to town.

This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed, I felt I was staying at a different hotel, no hot water only tepid, luckily I didn’t mind as it was very hot outside, had to manually top up the toilet so it would flush.
I probably wouldn’t stay again.
The staff were very friendly and polite and it is very clean.

Hotel and staff hreat, however I have been given axroom with a connecting door to the next room with no meansof locking it so I do not feel secure. The doir doesnot insulste mevfrom the next room so I cam hear every thing thst is said even the phone calls. Also they mus be hard of hearing as they are playing the TV at full blast so ot only can I hear it but can feel it as everything is vibrating. This is not the fault of the Hotel but is a shame as it sooilt my stay.
4.4
Nice hotel and staff were very friendly and helpful. The negative was it was very warm and the rooms only had a desktop fan so was very warm and made sleeping very difficult
4.4
Very nice hotel. Very clean and a spacious room
4.4
The suite was beautiful and had a garden view. Would definitely come back

2 nights, very tidy and airy room, large window. Nice quiet hotel, loads of parking, £8 a night. Recommended
4.4
Very considerate staff throughout hotel.
Disabled room sufficient space but for my disability, I didn’t risk showering as I could get to back wall to reach upto shower and taps a distance from shower. Advise a staff member should pretend there along and unaided and limited leg movements

We visit the Cedar Court Hotel around 3 times per year.
Its a perfect location. Just a 5 minute walk into Harrogate centre.
The hotel has been refurbished to and excellent standard and we love Ambers Restaurant. Food and service was excellent.
I wish to send our thanks to Ella and Harry. All staff were very friendly and customer focused. Ella and Harry were exceptional. They could not di enough for you.

Lovely comfortable stay.
Downsides: self check in. Just get some staff on.
Lack of air-con in the bedroom although I understand this is not a huge issue in Yorkshire.

Room was fabulous, double aspect, very spacious. Staff were polite, helpful and attentive. Great location and relatively quiet.
Ordered room service as one of us was poorly, the meal was quickly delivered and the food excellent- Thank you

Dated hotel but comfortable.
4.4
Rooms were poor and outdated bathrooms mouldy and need upgrading not worth the money. The pictures on booking. Com didn’t give a true reflection of the room.!!
4.4
Nice hotel but main problem was the rooms were too hot, have a stupid wire on the window to stop you opening it more than a couple of inch and a tiny little fan that was as much use as mouse blowing at you from the corner. Really did feel like there was a secret hidden heater in the room that was on overdrive, we would understand if it was warm outside, but it wasn’t. Didn’t sleep because of the heat. Downstairs lovely and air conditioned, in the rooms complete joke

The staff were outstanding and professional. Couldn’t have been more helpful! Location excellent for walking into the town for bars & restaurants.

Big and spacious areas with high ceilings. Great breakfast. Was quite noisy due to a wedding party.

The room given to me was dated Beds incredibly hard
