We had a good stay at the Arlington Hotel. The hotel is centrally located which made getting around easy. Front desk staff was awesome! Room was clean and comfortable. We took in Celtic Nights while we were there which was entertaining.

Older place and rooms certainly feel that way. Its age shows and is charming in some ways.
We chose this place for location and that aspect did not disappoint. Walking distance to many attractions we were interested in such as Temple bar area, Big Bus tour stops, restaurants and of course, plenty of pubs

Our room had a king sized bed with two mattresses that had a ridge between them. Very uncomfortable!

The hotel was in a great location, it was a very clean and the room was spacious in our twin bed room, had a small table & chair & Deal & Chair, it was moderately elegant, with lots of dark woods & moose antlers in the lobby, adding to its charm, we were happy the Dinner show was on the property. Withing walking Distance to everyhing. We would stay here again for sure.

Room was amazing had more space, however not really clean. I was i entering the room i could smell something like wet. Staff not really smile and didn't fell warm welcome. As reception you have to greeting every guest and smile.
They didn't showed good customer service.

I arrived earlier but so did at five other guest before and after we arrived. My room fully paid. Everyone except for us received a room key and higher floors. I waited until 3 and receive what had to be one of the worst rooms in the building. It was noisy and had a view of the hvac system and the elevators. So if I left my curtains open any one from the elevator could look into my room. There was also a door where any one could walk on the roof where my room windows were if that is not bad enough I could hear everything they were singing all night at the bar. When I ask for another room I was given a key to an occupied room. Then back to the worst room claiming no other rooms. We were the only POC guest so my guess is that is the reason for the horrible service. It was a task to even get change. The saving grace is the location is convenient but I would chose a better experience over the experience I received. No thank you, never again!

Front office girl was very rude !! There was no parking at the hotel and when I asked about this the reply was very rude. Please note that this hotel is not having any parking facility onsite. You have to spend 25€ for an over night parking nearby.

A great comfortable, quiet room. Very walkable and close to the AirPort Express bus stop. We had meals at the onsite restaurant, very good and convenient.

The location is good. The furniture and room is pretty dated. WiFi was spotty and tv channel reception was not very good. Check in was easy.

Phone in room was out of order for our three day stay. Wi-fi wasn’t explained causing high phone charges.
Front desk was very cooperative, as well as the food staff.

Stayed one night. Cozy, cute and comfortable. No elevator but didn’t mind, staff ready to carry your bags upstairs, very nice. Great location.

The hotel is in the perfect location for walking everywhere but its so noisy from people outside shouting and the early morning trash and bottle pickup. Hundreds of glass bottles breaking after being dumped at 7am was not a good wake-up call. This was our 4th time staying at the hotel and I don't recall it ever being as noisy as it was this last time. I'll still stay therr again because I like the area but this time was a little much.

The staff were just amazing, they were more than helpful especially Lisa on reception and the whole team in the dining areas.
We were treated with so much politeness and courtesy and all the staff were aware of what needed to be done to ensure we had a fabulous time. And we sure did.
We were treated to a Celtic Night spectacular event which was magnificent, great food and entertained by a fabulous group of entertainers.
What a fantastic night we had, can’t wait to return.

Nice hotel but we had to move rooms because the first one was leaking. In the second room the shower was terrible. The water was boiling hot and you couldn't get it any colder.

It's in a great area for walking downtown Dublin, just across the river from Temple Bar, with easy access to shopping, pubs & historic sites. The food at the restaurant was average and the room we had was clean but could use an update. All said, it was an ok place to spend one night but would likely book elsewhere for an extended stay.
