De maaltijd
Geen warm water om te douchen en geen ontbijt. Voor een diervriendelijk hotel helaas geen mogelijkheid om een hondje uit te laten Ook de entree van het hotel is moeilijk tevinden

This is a nice hotel with an historical feel. When we booked, though, they had apparently just reopened the hotel and restaurant. When we arrived, the building was empty and dark. It took some texting and about 15 minutes in the car before a staff member appeared to unlock the door and let us access our upstairs room. The room had no refrigerator or coffee service but there was a refrigerator in the small common area at the stairs. Surprisingly, it was filled with food from, judging by the "Sell By"dates, a long ago guest. I had to empty that out to make room for our perishables. Other than that it was a very cozy place to stay. Although the upstairs was quiet, when I went down to get some drinking glasses, the bar and restaurant were a lively scene, I'm sure that over time, the hotel operation will improve greatly. There is free off street parking. and a tram line right in front of the door. The staffer with whom we had contact (he appeared to be the restaurant chef) was Italian, and spoke little German.

Super cool Hotel with a lot of Charm.
The room was cosy and the bed super comfy.
The personal is very responsive and I would recommend to have dinner at the restaurant on the ground floor.
The city center is near per Tram and you'll find some supermarkets or bakeries nearby.

The building is absolutely beautiful and charming, the staff were incredibly nice and understanding when we arrived a bit late due to traffic, the room was big, super cozy and warm, the bedding surprisingly comfy. While the location isn't exactly central, the surrounding area is wonderful, filled with charming houses and little squares that lead to a forest where you can walk up the hill - which provides a panoramic view of the city - and then down towards the centre. Also, it is easily reachable by a tram that comes by very often and the intersection next to the hotel has a variety of shops. One more noteworthy aspect would be the amazing air quality due to the proximity to the forest. All in all very happy with the experience and super excited to go back to this magical spot in this incredible city. 🧡✨

The owner was a very nice person. He helped me to carry my luggages and was readily available when I had issues with water in the room to solve the issue. He was very friendly and kind. The room was like in the pictures: authentic and clean.. Thanks a lot for hosting me!
