Arrived to be told there was no room and there was a problem with their website! Had to drive back to Ennis and spend £180 on another hotel. Very poor service
4.2
Amazing welcome from lovely staff.

nice staff and would consider staying again. Pool was a disappointment seemed bigger from the photos is more like a large pond

Nicw tidy & friendly

This property was pretty average in every respect except for the exceptional petting zoo located behind the property!! Pat, the man who cares for the animals, provided my children with a tour and allowed them to feed almost every animal there. It was the highlight of the trip and for that reason we would highly recommend this hotel for families with children. Pat was so generous with his time and created life long memories for our kids. The fact that the Raddison employs Pat and has this amenity is surprised and so special. Highly recommend!!

Amazing lovely room so clean today service was excellent will definitely be back again

This hotel was outstanding! It provided exactly what I needed that night, which was a very comfortable bed, a warm shower and an awesome meal at the restaurant. I recommend this property, especially if you are in the area for golf.
4.2
The Expedia listing said this family room had only 2 twin beds but in reality it had a large bed (king or queen?) and a bunk and a third twin. Very nice nights stay.
4.2
Great hotel provides everything you need.
Good food, service and accommodation
4.2
We stayed for one night only and it was an excellent night.
4.2
Booking error. Hotel wouldn’t adjust. Will not stay there or recommend
4.2
Very nice stay for the area. The hotel itself you can tell is old, but has been recently renovated, particularly in the lobby. The dinner at the Brasserie was good but the service was slow, and no attendant was at the reception for the first few minutes when we arrived. Otherwise, it was a good place to rest your head for a night.
4.2
Perfect spot after a full days travel. No need to go anywhere. Food and great nights rest before we continued our journey of Ireland.
4.2
The restaurant food was terrible and the servers were indifferent. The shower door allowed water to flow onto the floor. The spa/pool area smelled very bad.
4.2
Comfortable large bed, very nice spa/pool area, lots of amenities… would stay again.
4.2
All good & close enough to the airport, rooms are not very soundproof, but i had earplugs thankfully. Staff were all very good & attentive. Spa was nice but rather small, so only good for an hour or two..
4.2
Great room for families!
4.2
Service and food quality was shockingly bad in the bar,! Restaurant not open on the evening so you can’t get what is advertised in their guest portal, only bar food available at a reduced selection.
4.2
Thank to all the super friendly staff team

They say you can’t go wrong booking Radisson, unfortunately in this case you very much can. On arrival around 7pm check in was very smooth but when we arrived in the room it was ice cold, we kept our coats on. There was no heating and having turned the dial up in the temperature control we decided to go to the restaurant for dinner while room heated.
Restaurant was cold throughout dinner although food was nice and staff were polite, attentive and friendly.
Back to the room and again like a fridge, called reception 6 times in the space of 30 minutes and rang out each time.
Walked to reception, asked about the heating and they weren’t aware of an issue but guy came to the room with a small electric heater which helped.
A little after midnight we were awoken by a fire alarm throughout the hotel.
Next day I heard other guests complaining to management about their cold rooms, I again complained and finally some maintenance chap was called.
Hotel had no life to it, no entertainment in the bar, common area with sofas was too cold to sit out in.
Altogether a poor experience because of the cold condition of the hotel, one felt they were cutting back to save costs, surely not the Radisson?
Compliments to staff in restaurant for friendly service and wonderful food.
Visit felt like everyone knew there were major problems but if you didn’t admit it they’d go away on checkout…sadly these problems make people stay away as it wouldn’t be on my list for a return visit!

Too many kids and adults in lobby and restaurant in their pyjamas

Very comfortable and welcoming. Beautiful hotel.

By far the best hotel stay I have had. The staff are helpful and friendly, Especially the front desk staff and Emer. If you need help setting up and seeing the sites of this beautiful area Emer can assist and make it memorable. The staff in Quench pour a perfect pint each and every time and know every drink to recommend. Debbie at the reception was absolutely amazing at her job giving us the warmest greeting we received in Ireland. Whether business or leisure this is the place I will stay again. With easy access to the city and the walking area on the grounds, this is a prime location to relax and enjoy.

Property was very . The staff was awesome!
4.2
The grounds are beautiful. The access to the sauna/hot tub was inconvenient.
4.2
The property was beautiful and the front staff was wonderful! This property was very close to Bunratty Castle! We did the dinner at Bunratty! Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Firstly note the hotel still has refugees staying. The room is in need of an update, drawers get stuck and don't fit. Carpet is frayed. Bathroom had hairs on the shower head and in the tub. Bed was comfortable, lunch and dinner was excellent and good value.
4.2
Over the years one of my favourite hotels. Still looking good, though some attention to detail needed. No fridge in one room and none available when requested. No battery in mini safe. Significant dust behind furniture, back of shelves, under beds (+ sweets, wrappers etc). No 'normal' tea bags (mint, camomile, seriously? In Ireland?). Food decent, and the restaurant staff really nice. High percentage of rooms used for war refugees, so bars and restaurant sparsely used, off season feel, but high season room prices still apply.

Anna in reception was amazing always attentive and always smiling , all the staff in general were excellent thanks for a great stay
4.2
Fun for the kids. The hotel has a petting farm which is a lot of fun for the kids. It is not in the city of Limerick so plan to have a car to get around.

Hotel was beautiful. Room was well laid out, spacious, comfortable bedding , bath linens, etc. our only regret was not being able to stay longer! Jessica, at front desk, was extremely accommodating and hospitable, as were restaurant servers. Delicious food! We hope to return again!

I arrived at the Radisson after a long day of driving and was very pleased with the ease of registration and the welcome I received. My room was large and comfortable with everything I could have wanted. Although it is located just off the highway, it was a quiet and peaceful location. I would definitely stay here again.
