The room was large, clean, and comfortable. A small fridge would have been nice to have. Mostly concerned about the property and long term guests staying there. It was loud, with screaming children and people walking from one room to another. The walkway was very dirty and at one point there was actually poop right near the room door. If the property was cleaner and felt safer, this would have been a great stay. The room itself was good.

Poor hygiene, no change of towels, no shower gel, not enough toilet paper (go to the front desk to ask for it), but the service attitude of the front desk is OK.

The room isn't clean, no fasilities, i have to activate the key to my room everyday, no houskeer for 3 days, a single towel for 3 days , bedsheet was not changing for 3- days,......over all it's terrible stay i don't recommend

Only really col or really hot shower water, mixing valve broken. Hundreds of dead insects on window sill and in corner of carpet. Butter and dirty inside fridge. Ice bucket slimy. Grab bar in shower ripped off. Particle board shelf disintegrating. Only a half roll of toilet paper and couldn't get a hold of any staff. Red carpet filthy. That's just the tip of the iceberg so to speak.

Our first room was beyond gross. Food and dog food everywhere on the floor. Foot containers and ear plugs under my bed also! We had a ton of hair in the shower and all over the floors. We couldn’t take our shoes off. lol it was super gross. Each bed frame has really gross sweat marks from shoulders and the microwave has never been cleaned. The second room was much better. But still put a bad taste in my mouth. This hotel is extremely ran down, the siding on the building is missing in some spots. Do not recommend this hotel with a family. Keep looking! lol

Check-in was awkward with a human on a video screen, we were a party of 4, we had only 2 towels/2 wash clothes, it took 2 days to get more towels. The clean towels are stored in the laundry room- it was consistently empty. Thank goodness we had brought our own. The tub looked like Frankenstein, with holes patched with who knows what, very dirty. The bathroom fan did not work. The front door did not close properly, it was very difficult to deadbolt and it felt unsafe. There was no smoke detector. No one answered the front desk when we called and called and called- There were people with dogs, I was told no pets. The grounds were filthy, lots of cigarette butts. We were on the ground floor, when we complained they put a large family above us who stomped throughout the late evening hours. We left one day early, I could not stand it any longer- NEVER again will I stay at this disgusting, run down, poorly managed place- Gross

Weird and creepy check in system. No human contact, just talk to a guy on a video monitor sitting in front of a green screen somewhere. Not sure how you are expected to contact someone if you have an issue on the property.

Most rooms were occupied by long term residents. Pool only opened 10am - 10pm, with check out at 11. Would be only able to use for 1 hour or less on the day of departure. Toilet needed to be replaced. No ice machine.

No front desk staff when checking in (had to be done through a kiosk and took almost 15 minutes of waiting to get an electronic agent.) Had two rooms reserved. Neither had been cleaned. (Bedding hadn’t been changed and dirty towels were still in the tub.) One of the rooms had prescription medications left in it. No towels in one of the rooms, bathroom sink didn’t drain, carpet filthy/stained and looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in quite some time. Not sure they if they are incredibly short staffed or if this is just the way it is.

Overall I was not expecting much for the price of this hotel, and I was correct. The building was very run down, outdated, dirty and falling apart. The side of the building was missing half of the boards, that were just hanging there. The holes in the walls were stuffed with toilet paper and the door was missing most of its paint. There was dried vomit on the door into the bathroom. There was no extra toilet paper, nobody cleaned our room. The room smelled terribly of cigarettes, despite it saying it was non-smoking. There was no coffee maker in the room, but there was a mini fridge and microwave. The beds were not terrible but very squeaky. You could see light coming through the door, which made me feel like it just blow open any time. The front desk clerk was very friendly, but thats about the only positive thing I can honesty say about this place.

Check in was a video check in which was weird. The beds were comfortable but the bathroom wasnt clean. It had a refrigerator and microwave but no coffeepot. No food included in the stay but that was OK because it was inexpensive and I was trying to save money. I wont do that again. Overall just a cheap sleazy motel. You get what you pay for.

The room we stayed in had stains on carpet the siding on the wall was coming off from the building the door had been kicked in before and there was a. Huge gap between the door and the wall. People up all night at the hotel walking around on the property and around there were cockroaches and a light was out in our room.

black mold, dog odor, broken equipment, asked for clean towels not received, pool access denied, 3 dogs from room next door unit came at me viciously-big one mauled/muzzled/slobbered on my leg causing a rash for 5 days, broke my little toe getting in shower, plunger covered with TP and it stank. entry lobby very strong cigarrette odor. Expected retaliation for reporting any of these things. Have photos.

The pool wasn't open either day when we were there, the room was dark, as one light bulb was burned out, and there were only 2 bath towels given for 3 people for 2 days. But the beds were comfortable and my husband enjoyed the TV. Also there was coffee in the morning, but nothing else. I would not recommend the place, except that it was close to the road we were on.

Dirty hair covered sheets. They didn’t tell me the pool was not in service. Garbage under bed in room. Garbage in refrigerator. Vending machines not working. Gave only 2 towels for a 4 person stay. They lost my reservation for my 2nd days stay and I had to leave or move to a more expensive room. Charged me for second day anyway. This place is awful.

The property is in serious need of maintenance. There is a lot of siding that has fallen off, missing screens, gaps around the doors, loose door handles, etc. They had a virtual person at the front desk part of the day. This was weird and took longer than having a live person at the desk. The cleaning people did a good job and so did the person at the desk when it was manned.

Not impressed. Unit had a kitchen with no pots pans or dining utensils etc. Floors were terribly dirty. Bedspread was stained. Bathtub plug did not work and drain needed to be unclogged. We were placed next to long term tenants on the weekend and then had to call to ask for the noise to be turned down. Remote check in no live attendant. Outside of the building is falling apart. Sheets and towels were clean.

We paid $180 for a room with no coffee pot or hairdryer. Check in was through a machine. The door to the room had gaps and peeling paint. The toilet ran constantly, and husband heard 2 shotgun shots in the middle of the night. Way off the beaten path...and did i mention we paid $180.
